This was our 2nd stay at PBC. Love the pool and having the ocean so close. Grocery store, Wal-Mart, gas stations and restaurants are all around the resort. We will be back again.

Condo was perfect for our sisters getaway. Beautiful view of the pool and beach. Condo was perfect for the 4 of us girls.

Great place to take the family on a getaway. Property is directly on beach so it’s easy with little ones. Plenty of hoses to rinse off sand accessible to all condos, great pool area with grassy sections for kids, large grilling area. Appreciated the luggage carts available for loading and unloading. Happy with cleanliness.

This is a beautiful beachfront condo! The view from the balcony is stunning! Waking up to the sound of the ocean was wonderful and the pool is perfect for families! One caveat is that there is a seawall, and only one set of stairs to reach the beach from it. No ramp, which for me would have been a major improvement.

Pro the location.pro the pool was great con neighbors smoked on deck so the smell was hard to enjoy being out on our deck Con 2 other side neighbors dog barked alot

PLACE WAS GREAT!!! Kelsy and Taylor were awesome from begining to end!!!! Ajay was very helpful....and great attitiude... not sure senior guy name always around fixing thing like pool,shower, he was always working ...sunday night at dark working on stuff around the pool...and nice guy. THANKS!!!

Condo clean, but all beds awful. Loud. If you can’t sleep in beds, condo on beach has no value.

Perfect location, listening to the waves 24/7 was the best. A few hiccups but sometimes things can't be helped, owner is great with communication. Highly recommend.

We want rent this one again because of the uncomfortable mattresses. Last years beds were great. We had no power for 2 days and nights. Other than that great stay.

The check in process was seamless. This is one of the best places I’ve stayed at. Inside and out the property is meticulously maintained. A perfect little gem!

PBC has become our home away from home. After a two year hiatus, (due to covid) we returned to find many updates and improvements. Unit 445 was updated and a washer & dryer was added inside the unit (a game changer for a 10 day stay). A brand new seawall and landing to the beach that added a few feet to the pool deck. New railings to the balconies, the pavers that were under construction last visit are now complete (so much nicer that the crushed shell), and the pool is maintained every morning before sunrise so it's nice and fresh as soon as day breaks. Service is top notch as well, especially for privately owned units. The on-site Super/Manager's are great! Everything is kept up nicely, and he even climbed on the roof to retrieve another guest's glider after a wind gust blew it up there. We had a brief problem with the air conditioning, but after an email to Zareh, it was back up and running in under an hour! Another draw for us, are the type of guests this facility attracts. Almost everyone is happy and friendly. If you like to engage with other people, you can always find others to hang out with at the pool or walk with you on the beach. If you like you're privacy, people leave you alone and there is plenty of room on the beach or other areas like the two grills w/picnic tables and even a secluded "smoking area" up front where some people who don't smoke will sit and relax when they need a little "alone time". We even had a little "launch party" with several other guests to watch a Starlink night lauch. Of course, there are also the other features such as books, puzzles, beach equipment in each room, community pool toys, shuffle board, small gym, two fenced in dog areas, nearby shopping center across the street, the Barrier Island Sanctuary is only a short ride south (I highly recommend, especially for sea turtle lovers), and "Surf & Turtle" ice cream shop a few blocks south serves beef & bone ice cream sundaes for your furry friends. All in all, we really enjoy PBC and look forward to returning many times for future relaxation and adventures. Matt & Tina, Polk City, FL

The location was beautiful and the condo was lovely.

We come to Cocoa Beach quite often, and we always stay at Paradise Beach Club with stayincocoabeach.com. Communication is always excellent, check in is extremely easy, and the rooms are clean and well stocked. The only suggestion I have is to change the mattresses in the spare room. Not too big a problem if you put kids in that room, but extremely uncomfortable for the adults. Since this last trip was only my sister and me, we just slept in the master bedroom, which was incredibly comfortable. Even with this, I still give the room 5 stars!

Enjoyed the ocean view and family atmosphere. The building, apartment and grounds are not luxurious a little older looking than in the photos. The condo was clean with a beach decor. We had a lengthy stay, the only negative being a small kitchen with little space for storing groceries.

This property was immaculately clean, with beautiful tile floors throughout. Well supplied with towels and washcloths, beach towels, dishwasher pods, paper towels, garbage bags, bath soap, etc. The washer and dryer were full-size, updated, and the nicest I have ever seen in a rental. The sound of the ocean roaring is unbelievable. The kitchen supplies are a little sparse, but enough to get by. I would recommend adding a mat as you enter the door, so you could wipe your feet and not track in sand. Other than that, this place was perfect for our stay and highly recommended.

Great Location, Beautiful clean spacious beach. Easy access to enjoy the beach. Nice quiet location. The condo was a good size with beautiful beach view. There was a nice balcony that we sat out on morning, afternoon and evening. We appreciated that there was all tile floor which made the condo cleaner and easy to keep clean. Many people might not cook like we do so it might not matter to them, but the kitchen was a bit dated. Although the oven worked it was old and rusty. The microwave worked but was cracked, there was not a garbage disposal or a catch screen. Cooking pots and pans were old and beat up. The bedroom furniture was lovely with spacious drawers, however the mattresses were not very comfortable and the sheets needed to be replace. There were plenty of good bath and beach towels. There was a nice walk-in shower. There was a really nice beach umbrella for us to use. The beach chairs that were provided were broken, but we found some inexpensive chairs at the publix across the street (a plus) and bought them to use on the beach. We were pleased to find a a nice washer and dryer in the condo that worked well. We brought our 2 small dogs with us and there were ample clean walking areas for them. We really enjoyed our stay it was a wonderful vacation. I would give this a 4 out of 5.

Property was clean and so easy to access! Property manager was great and answered questions very fast! It was nice to have chairs, boogie boards etc on property. The mattresses on the double beds could use an update, but no other complaints. Decor was really nice and access to the beach was fantastic! Loved it!

I talk about communication, as that is so important to feel comfortable when you are in a place that is strange to you, and to know that they are there for you and that everything is taken care of for you.
