The apartment was huge, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you needed and the showers were great. The beds were super comfortable and the location was great too.

The sofas could be a bit more cozy but they were fine in any case.

Staff very helpful and accomodation was amazing.

The hotel is very clean. Staff is very nice. It is in a very good location

Location is good with bus terminal right next door. The property is new, modern and very clean. There are sufficient kitchen supplies for all the guests and they provide water, coffee and tea bags every day. The host is very friendly and helpful, both before and during our stay. All our guests are very happy with the stay.

The hotel is a bit understaffed at the moment as business resumed post-covid but this should improve over time.

Modern facility well presented. Apartment was spacious for a family of six with excellent faculties. Our host was especially helpful and went out of her way to ensure we were comfortable and attended to any of our needs.

The apartment caters for six people with the exception of the lounge room facilities - there were two armchairs and a three seater couch so one seat short. The couch itself was not comfortable, Other than that we could not fault the property.

great location and modern / clean apartment.

It is extremely expensive for what you get. considering it’s just an apartment with no facilities. even the ski lockers we couldn’t use because it was filled with the owners personal storage such as old chairs and boxes. pretty disappointed considering it cost 180,000¥ per night.
