Me gustó mucho, lo tenía todo para poder tener una larga estancia en el futuro. El personal me atendió de maravilla dejándome entrar antes por qué mi viaje fue por un problema hospitalario. Se volcaron de manera directa y intentando ayudar en instalarme. Si tengo que volver a Castellón, lo primero será buscar en este complejo. Muchas Gracias.

No one spoke English which was very hard. Nothing on the walls in English to help out especially the washing machine

Very quiet place, although close to the historical center.

Good location and nice studio. It has a sofa and a wall bed, very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with everything we needed.

Nice modern studio, perfect location, underground parking just next to it and if you book in advance it's really cheap parking.

It was hard to find the street which it is on but once we found it access with the access key was easy

Good value and location just a few minutes walk from the town centre in a modern block close to pretty, traditional streets. Modern, very clean, excellent communication with the host. We had the studio with bed built into the wall and it was a firm, comfortable memory foam mattress and pillows. The space was well-designed and comfortable to use with enough kitchen equipment to cook simple meals and, thankfully, a stove-top espresso coffee maker instead of those vile Nespresso machines often found in apartments. February was cool and we arrived to find that heater had been left on for us so the flat was cosy; a thoughtful touch.

It would be good to have cooking basics - salt, pepper, oil - which many apartments do. It was quiet enough for us but I think sound would carry if you got noisy people staying close by; but we always travael with ear plugs, just in case.

The property was very comfortable and clean.The host very helpful and available at all times to answer questions on the phone and watsapp

i wasn’t able to turn on the stove to prepare coffee. one window wasn’t closing well and noticed another was smaller than the actual frame. also please check batteries of the tv remote once in a while.

Fantastic apartment. Good location, close to the centre, and to the bus stops (there are also shops, restaurants etc nearby). INCREDIBLY CLEAN, there were everything we could have needed (plates, sheets, towels etc). It smelled amazing due to the air freshener that was pluged in. There is a very well working Air conditioner, huge windows, big television, everything was amazing. The bed was bulit in the wall but was very comfy. We even got some bottled waters, and teas as a gift. The host is very kind, we have not met him since the apartment is self-served but talked to him thru messages. He is very helpful. The check in was very easy. Loved it, would visit again!!!

In the description at the web (booking.com) was stated the there is parking. Unfortunately there was a parking just beside the studio, that I have to pay extra 33 euros to park my car. In addition the air-condition even though it kept the room cool. it had a malfunction, it turned off and on without pressing the key button at the remote control. This was quite annoying specially during the nights , because it awake us up. In addition there was an issue with curtains. that the owner said that will be fixed immediately after our departure.

Very friendly and helpful host, very clean studio, a lot of house appliances you can use, especially for longer stays, the possibility to wash and dry clothes in a common area, air conditioning, very close to the city center, very nice design of the studios, comfortable and functional, there is also a desk very good for working remote on the computer. The interior is exactly as shown in the pictures.

There are various studios with different size and design. It would be good to have a clear understanding from the beginning which one you are actually renting. But all of them have all stated functionalities and changes cand be done according to availability. My advice is to check with the host immediately after the reservation.
