This condo was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It also had everything you could want in the kitchen and bathrooms. Entry was easy and we appreciated having off street parking. Jessica and Sharon were great to work with. We look forward to staying there on our next visit.

This rental property was perfect for our family of three for our short stay in Chicago. The location was perfect and the accommodations were excellent. Shannon was quick to help us upon arrival. Stayed here while dropping our daughter off for her summer internship. Location was down the street from where she'll be staying for the summer. The garage access was key to our selection. happy to say that a Chevy Suburban fit in the garage. Communication with owner and property manager were seamless.

This is the first time I stayed in a Vrbo rental, and it was great! I needed a place to stay with my two cats while moving to a new place, and this rental fit my needs perfectly. Spacious first floor one bedroom, very large for one person. I enjoyed the main bathroom with the spa shower, and the back patio. Comfortable bed and easy to use amenities. Very easy check in and great communication from owner. Even my cats were happy! Location was walkable to Wicker Park and Humboldt Park, area felt safe.

This place is close to downtown making it easy to go and come back. It’s clean, and looks just like the listing. Secure garage parking was a peace of mind as well I wanted. Shannon the host was in constant communication, very accommodating and tried her best to make sure our stay was the best. Will definitely stay here again next time we need a place to stay near downtown. Thank you Shannon!

Everything was really nice, clean, and comfortable for me and my dog during our stay. The space is really nice and in a nice neighborhood. Made for nice dog walks and peaceful evenings. Also, the property management was very quick and helpful if there was any issue with entry. All the consideration and directions were really appreciated. I'll definitely be looking to stay here again next time I'm in Chicago.

It will be interesting to see how the balcony in the living room will be incorporated into the final apartment….

Very nice property—definitely would stay again

This was our second time booking and our experience was as great as the first time. It is a convenient location to many areas around Ukraine Village. Love the space and immaculate condo. As a suggestion if you enjoy cooking bring your own spices and oil. They have everything in reference to dish ware, knives, pots/pans and glasses/cups. It was my birthday weekend and the host had a special gift for me. Very thoughtful!

Parents and teenagers visiting Chicago for spring break. The property was clean and we were able to - carefully - park our big Ford Flex in the urban-sized included garage stall. A very good property.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for us and our grandkids. Jessica the owner and Shannon the property manager were quick to answer our questions! Shannon gave us some suggestions on where to go for entertainment and dining! The place was very clean and had everything we needed!

This stay was very clean and convenient. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and the master bath is relaxing. The host was very accommodating and everything is labeled in an organized fashion. I highly recommend this stay.

My wife and I enjoyed the rental from the secured parking to the cleanliness and the location. We had a great time as we took in a show at Lincoln Hall and hung out with family and friends the next day. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the city.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here this was our first time using Vrbo also our first time seeing Chicago. We were quite nervous about it however was a great decision our place was clean quiet a nice neighborhood not far from downtown check in was also painless.

Everything about this space is perfect. We had five of us in the VRBO for the weekend, and the main bedroom with the couch bed and roll-out twin fit is perfectly. The space was very clean, easy to find and park in, and it’s in a perfect location. Working with Jessica was amazing as well- very communicative and quick when responding to questions. If you’re planning a stay in Chicago and looking to be close to the city but not in the fray, check this out!

This was our second time staying at this property and once again it was perfect!

The condo is extremely well appointed, much better than most 4 and 5 star hotels. The rooms are spacious, especially the bedroom and kitchen. We cooked a Thanksgiving dinner for our daughter and a number of guests, the kitchen and living room/dining area were perfect. Everything was there from an adequate supply of kitchen needs, glasses, plates, pots and pans. The fireplace was a real plus! The guest bathroom was spacious enough, but the master bath was over the top beautiful. We will be back for certain!

Jessica was a fantastic host and had great communication. There was a small hiccup with the back door lock, but she was so quick to have everything fixed and to our liking. I would definitely come and stay here again!

My friends a s I stayed at Jessica’s property to celebrate my birthday and it was a wonderful experience! The property was incredibly clean and had a lovely outdoor seated area that was perfect for brunch. Also super close to wicker park, we were able to walk and do shopping and had plenty of restaurants nearby. Also, Jessica is a wonderful host! The checkin process was super easy and Jessica was very communicative and accommodating through the the whole process. Thank you so much for helping to make my birthday an experience that I will never forget!
