PERFECTION…it was beyond our expectations! The condo is absolutely beautiful, spotless and you have every amenity you may need at hand! Shannon the property manager was in contact with my husband and I from the beginning to end of our 3 day stay! She gave us recommendations on food and resources for venturing out in Chicago. I would recommend this place to anyone and will stay here again! 5 stars and beyond rating, absolutely LOVE!!

We loved our stay! Very easy to Uber anywhere we wanted to go. We had 4 friends over for dinner. It was delightful to sit on the back deck for cocktails. Would stay again!!

This condo was one of the cleanest we've ever stayed in. It also had everything you could want in the kitchen and bathrooms. Entry was easy and we appreciated having off street parking. Jessica and Sharon were great to work with. We look forward to staying there on our next visit.

This rental property was perfect for our family of three for our short stay in Chicago. The location was perfect and the accommodations were excellent. Shannon was quick to help us upon arrival. I can’t express enough how clean and amazing the entire house was! We will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Chicago!

Stayed here while dropping our daughter off for her summer internship. Location was down the street from where she'll be staying for the summer. The garage access was key to our selection. happy to say that a Chevy Suburban fit in the garage. Communication with owner and property manager were seamless.

This is the first time I stayed in a Vrbo rental, and it was great! I needed a place to stay with my two cats while moving to a new place, and this rental fit my needs perfectly. Spacious first floor one bedroom, very large for one person. I enjoyed the main bathroom with the spa shower, and the back patio. Comfortable bed and easy to use amenities. Very easy check in and great communication from owner. Even my cats were happy!
Location was walkable to Wicker Park and Humboldt Park, area felt safe.

This place is close to downtown making it easy to go and come back.
It’s clean, and looks just like the listing. Secure garage parking was a peace of mind as well I wanted. Shannon the host was in constant communication, very accommodating and tried her best to make sure our stay was the best. Will definitely stay here again next time we need a place to stay near downtown. Thank you Shannon!

Everything was really nice, clean, and comfortable for me and my dog during our stay. The space is really nice and in a nice neighborhood. Made for nice dog walks and peaceful evenings. Also, the property management was very quick and helpful if there was any issue with entry. All the consideration and directions were really appreciated. I'll definitely be looking to stay here again next time I'm in Chicago.

Parents and teenagers visiting Chicago for spring break. The property was clean and we were able to - carefully - park our big Ford Flex in the urban-sized included garage stall.

We really enjoyed our stay here! It was perfect for us and our grandkids. Jessica the owner and Shannon the property manager were quick to answer our questions! Shannon gave us some suggestions on where to go for entertainment and dining! The place was very clean and had everything we needed!

This stay was very clean and convenient. The kitchen has everything you need. The bed is super comfortable and the master bath is relaxing. The host was very accommodating and everything is labeled in an organized fashion. I highly recommend this stay.

My wife and I enjoyed the rental from the secured parking to the cleanliness and the location. We had a great time as we took in a show at Lincoln Hall and hung out with family and friends the next day. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the city.

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay here this was our first time using Vrbo also our first time seeing Chicago. We were quite nervous about it however was a great decision our place was clean quiet a nice neighborhood not far from downtown check in was also painless.

Everything about this space is perfect. We had five of us in the VRBO for the weekend, and the main bedroom with the couch bed and roll-out twin fit is perfectly. The space was very clean, easy to find and park in, and it’s in a perfect location. Working with Jessica was amazing as well- very communicative and quick when responding to questions. If you’re planning a stay in Chicago and looking to be close to the city but not in the fray, check this out!

Booked this space to spend a few days hosting different friends and family throughout the weekend for my son's 21st Birthday. It was close to downtown for our dinner reservations, grocery stores close for last-minute items, and enough space for people to spread out and enjoy catching up over Brunch. Our host was extremely accommodating and had everything we needed in the kitchen plus more! Thank you for a great time!

Beds were comfortable and the place was fully appointed for our family of 5.
We didn’t spend much time there because we were out in Chicago, but the neighborhood was quiet at night and we would have loved to spend more time on the back patio, what a lovely space!

I believe this was a wonderful mini staycation for my husband and I. We had a few friends over the first night and we had an amazing time. The danger of this place is not wanting to go home when it’s check out time. It felt so good! It felt warm and cozy. The neighbors were nice and tho the construction going on next door woke us up we didn’t mind it after a while. The host was amazing, understanding and supportive throughout my entire stay. I would definitely recommend staying here as I will be booking again in the future
