Excelente localização, para quem busca acomodação para participar da maratona de Chicago em outubro, é ótimo, com cozinha p poder preparar a alimentação pré prova, é muito próximo a largada (start) e finish. Recepção prestativa e tem um bom café da manhã também.

Hotel w świetnej lokalizacji, blisko metro i przystanki autobusowe. Wiele atrakcji miasta dostępne na piechotę. Bardzo uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Śniadanie ok, zdecydowanie lepsze niż w innych amerykańskich hotelach. Dobrze działająca klimatyzacja.

Rozkładana sofa do spania była koszmarnie niewygodna. Ten mebel zdecydowanie wymaga wymiany i nie powinien być pokazywany jako dodatkowe miejsce do spania.

Awful breakfast, poor service, they ran out of bread on our 3rd morning and did not have any for the rest. Of our 5 day stay

I travelled with my son and my niece (25 yo) AT our arrival they informed us that due to the fact that the hotel was full they assigned us a room for disable which means a huge bathroom space and a very small room. The room for 3 had no space to move. The couch used as 3rd bed was horrible. The person sleeping on that couch felt the metal as the matrass was over used. I asked the reception and nothing was done. Coming back from our tour we found the door of the room opened. We informed the reception, there was no feedback. It was not clear if the room was cleaned daily. I asked and i was told yes, however if there was not available staff, the room would be cleaned!! Breakfast space was chaotic, confused, poor food choices.

The property was very clean with a welcoming and helpful staff. We traveled in for Lollapalooza and expected it to be a little loud but there was blissful quiet and comfortable beds. We got a nice view and had a very good breakfast. We got into the city early and rooms weren’t ready, but we were able to store our bags at the hotel and explore the city. They called us as soon as a room was available. Also they offered guests who were needing to change outfits a clean restroom to change before they stored their bags.
