My friends and I stayed at this house for a golf trip we took in May 2024. Made use of the tons of space, the pool, and the rec area when we weren't out on the course! Highly recommend this place to stay for groups of all sizes. Something for everyone to do if you aren't out and about. Bryan and Tara are fantastic hosts, and were so communicative throughout the check-in/check-out process. I will absolutely be staying at one of their properties again when I am on the west side of the state. Only ding is for an ant problem there seemed to be in the kitchen when we got there, but the rest of the house was immaculate.

We had a long weekend with 24 family and friends and the house was great! Plenty of room and activities for everyone - lounging in the hot tub, playing in the pool, hanging out in the kitchen/family room, talking out on the multiple decks - and plenty of competitions down in the basement with the ping pong/pool table! Followed up with some walks up to the deck for sunset overlooking Lake Michigan. The stair chair was very helpful for some people in our party and Tara was a great communicator - ensuring all of our needs were met. Thank you for a wonderful weekend to remember. :-)

With 3 generations, this was a great location for a long weekend winter break. Many happy hours were spent in the pool and hot tub and multiple cooks could work together easily in the well-equipped kitchen. When little things arose, Tara quickly and happily responded to questions. The only downside was that it was too cold/windy to spend much time at the beautiful Lake Michigan overlook. But our granddaughter was able to get her coveted sunset picture, so it all worked out.

Our family of 11 adults and 6 children had a wonderful stay at this house. The house was very clean, the beds were comfy and the kitchen was fully stocked! The heated pool was so nice and we all ages enjoyed swimming in it! We are already talking about our next trip here!

This property was perfect for our family to have a fun weekend getaway to celebrate a significant birthday. The pool was a big part of that experience and kept the grandkids very busy. Amenities and location were great! Would definitely rent again.

AMAZING STAY!! I don’t know where to begin other than to say we had the best weekend at this property. The host was responsive, helpful and so nice. She sent a text as we were on our way that the spa had a broken part, but that they already had someone on their way to fix it! Within an hour of our arrival the hot tub was fixed and ready to go! The house & pool area were clean, spacious and just as shown in the pictures. The house was stocked with quite literally everything you would need for your stay! 10/10 would recommend and we are already want to book another stay!

The house was beautiful with a great kitchen. Also how can you be mad about an indoor pool and jacuzzi!

We have a large group of friends and struggled to find a house that could hold us all comfortably. This house provided endless hours of entertainment, a comfortable spacious place to sleep and a great location by the water. The hosts were extremely quick to reply and set up the home so well for us to enjoy. I wish we never had to leave! I would recommend this to anyone! Absolutely 5 stars

We had our extended family of 17 people at the home to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary. The owners left a nice card and bottle of champagne to honor my parents 50th. That was an amazing touch for a vacation rental and basically summed up our entire experience….which was that everything was perfect! We had plenty of room to spread out. The kids enjoyed hanging in the walk-out basement, playing games and watching movies. The kids had the time of their lives swimming in the pool! There was just enough beach for the kids to play in the sand while we were there, so that worked out well. All in all, my family had a great time and the house was perfect. I certainly recommend it to anyone considering the home for your famiy!

This was our second time staying at one of this owner’s properties, and it did not disappoint! Our group of 20 people had the most amazing weekend and the house was very clean, comfortable with a ton of space and beds for everyone! Tara is very responsive and checked in during our stay, which we really appreciated. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and will plan to stay here again!

Our stay in this beautiful home by the lake was wonderful. We had 17 family members and there was plenty of room for us all. The kids LOVED the game area downstairs and indoor pool, hot tub and tv. They could have stayed inside the house all week and been happy. The kitchen/living area had room for us all to enjoy being together. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The owners had great communication. I can’t say enough about how lovely this home is. We were all sad to leave and hope to come back again.

“10” in all categories. Three generations, 4 families-ages 1-79, total happiness by all for 7 days. Beautiful, comfortable, and well maintained, well stocked with the basics- paper products, plenty of kitchen utensils, pots and pans of all sizes, plenty of dishes, glasses, and silverware, every amenity imaginable -ie- 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, 2 toasters, blender, food processor, baking sheets, spices, (even baking powder!), a foldable poker table (we placed it on the rec room table), 2 cases of poker chips, almost every board game one can think of. The layout of the house is very well thought out. The fantastic pool can be seen from the kitchen, sitting room, hot tub, and the wrap-around deck - so no matter where the adults were, the kids could see that they were being seen at all times. The hot tub location just a bit away from pool has a big screen TV- much used by kids and adults alike. I lost track of how many TVs. The convenience of bathrooms-in the pool area, complete with a shower, on the main level, in the lower level near 2 bedrooms and the recreation area, 3 on the top/bedroom level. Did I mention super comfortable beds, great internet access, and almost immediate response -when a bathroom door got closed when it was locked! A “cotter key” is in the tool box in the laundry room! Only one disappointment - it was already booked for 2024 for the dates we need Solution-Booked Tara and Bryan’s nearby second property-ID 2685329 - Also looks great!

We booked this property to accommodate our family and grandchildren while attending our family reunion in Grand Haven. Everything exceeded our expectations, with many thoughtful special touches. To say that people didn’t want to leave is an understatement. Tara was extremely responsive and helpful.

This rental was absolutely perfect in every way!! We brought our entire family....my husband & myself, our 3 sons and their families! We had 8 adults and our 6 grandchildren, ranging from 1-10 years old. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy, while still being in the same house with the family! The indoor pool was a favorite for all the grandkids (swimming 2-3 times daily)and the adults sure enjoyed the hot tub! We loved that the property was secluded, yet walking distance to lake Michigan. We also loved being 5-20 min. from everything - gas stations, convenience stores, Meijer, Craig's Cruisers, Michigan Adventure, hiking trails, Pere Marquette Park on lake Michigan and anything else you can think of 😉 Thank you Tara and Brian for making our experience so memorable ❤️

We had a group of 15 people including three generations of our family together. The youngest group of 7 kids were between 17 and 25. We all had a great time in the pool, hiking, playing outdoor and indoor games. The weather was not warm enough for much lake activity but it did not stop us from having a wonderful time. This home is gorgeous, immaculate, well stocked with necessities and the host family is so accommodating with any issues. Would highly recommend.

My extended family stayed for a week here (4 families with 9 kids). We loved this house! Located in a quiet neighborhood. The indoor pool was enjoyed by adults and kids alike. Easy access to the beach/lake, which we enjoyed every day. Plenty of beds/space for each family and common areas for gathering. We didn’t really leave the property except for grocery runs. Would highly recommend!

Our multi-family group had a great time at Tara’s vacation home! The pool and hot tub were the highlights for adults and kids alike. The home was very clean and everything was in great working order. We were even given a very thoughtful gift basket to enjoy during our stay. I can’t say enough how easy and pleasant Tara was to work with! She was very responsive to messages, questions, and with instructions. I highly recommend this rental home to anyone looking to get away with family or friends!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I’m not sure what more we could have asked for out of our winter getaway. Cozy, very well maintained home. Extremely welcoming hosts and excellent communication. The pool was clean and our kids had a blast on the slide. Everything we needed to cook family meals was there for us. The basement was full of games and entertainment. Beds were comfy, towels were plentiful, and the welcome basket was such a kind, unexpected treat. Highly recommended vacation home!!! Would stay again without hesitation.

This house did not disappoint! Don’t think twice about staying here. Definitely a 5 star place. Brian and Tara went above what I have ever seen from any owner of a rental. The place was super clean and the decor of the house made it feel like home. There was plenty of room for everyone to space out which made it nice. The pool was great with keeping the kids occupied and when they weren’t in there they were down in the basement enjoying the fun down there. Tara was very quick to respond to any questions we had which was very helpful. Already planning our next stay here!!

This property exceeded expectations. We had 4 families that shared this home over NYE weekend. The house was perfect and fit all of us with ease. The common areas allowed for our large group to hangout. Our kids enjoyed the board games, ping pong and pool in the basement and swimming in the comfortable temperature pool. The adults enjoyed the hot tub and evenings by the downstairs bar playing ‘the ring game.’ If you are looking for a large home to accommodate multiple families, this is the place. In addition, Tara was easily reached for questions and they left the sweetest welcome basket that included snacks, wine and a family picture frame. We are so glad that we chose this home!

The house was very clean, very accessible, the owners kept in contact and answered all our questions and sent someone to fix the lift for me. Doing stairs is too much for me. The pool chlorine was too high and we had several with chlorine burns but they said they would check into it. I trust they will.

I have nothing but good things to say about our hosts. They were great in communication, if we came across any question they were always available and ready to respond. The entire family had nothing but good things to say about our thanksgiving holiday celebration there. Thanks to how great of a turn out we hope to make it a family tradition.

This house was amazing. We had teenagers, toddlers, and infants with us and not one complained....now that's a great vacation! We have never stayed at a more organized and lovely place. The house was well stocked and everything was labeled. The hosts were amazing and are very informative and helpful. You won't regret booking here.

This property is Amazing! I have been booking annual family getaways for 10 years- this is in my top 3!! As our family has grown to 17, finding enough space for everyone is a bit of a challenge. This property more than delivered!!Everything is clean and well maintained. The beds were all comfortable (yay for good sleep!!). The pool was a hit with the grandkids and the adults alike! The hot tub was a hit as well. I even got up early one morning and watched a movie with the older grandkids while hanging out in the hot tub. They thought that was the best thing, ever! The kitchen is well stocked as afforded us the opportunity to cook all our meals easily. Tara left a welcome basket of treats that made us feel so welcome in her home. So thoughtful!! The grounds around the house are beautiful with the observation deck over Lake Michigan offering amazing sunsets!! Tara was always quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this house!!
