For the price it was fine. The staff at the Front Desk - Nick was amazing! They are lucky to have him. Chris the manager was great too. I was very disappointed in the male staff with the beard vaping in front of me and my kids when we checked in.

Overall good experience. Close to everything you need. The hotel is good value for what you pay. I'd stay here again. Free breakfast was also nice!

We brought the family to Michigan adventure and stayed the night here. It was great, the kids loved the pool and the breakfast was terrific!

Not the best rooms. Has a cigarette and a musty smell to the room. The area is nice because it's close to freeway and other cities.

Breakfast options could of been better. Too small for a big crowd trying to eat at the same time.

Front desk attendant Nick was fantastic. The property it self is working on updating . New carpet giant TV new mattress. This is probably one of the better Wyndam hotels we have been to. Two suggestions to property owner . Make sure the shower drain is woring and pick up all the cigarette butt's in the parking lot .

The staff was outstanding

There was bugs, They sink water was very Brown, We ran the water for a few seconds and dirt and other substance start pouring out heavily, my handyman tried plunging it and lots of unknown things up from the drain. I wanted to exchange rooms We let Management know our problem also sent emails to upper management stating we didn't like the room but we never got another room and did not get refunded

Hot tub

It was a great stay. Being a Holiday and were booked full the breakfasts were busy and well supplied! Staff very friendly and helpfull. Housekeeping staff were very efficient and gave us items requested promptly. Would stay there again.

Hotel was very clean, including pool area. Staff was excellent. The only downside was the bed was very hard and the pillows small.

The only things i found unacceptable were the breakfast (no meat options) and the lobby restroom (omg). Otherwise, great place.

Fine hotel, nothing fancy. Felt comfortable staying there. Comfy beds, cable TV, and great water pressure were a bonus. A great stop over on our way home.

The room was dirty, the dresser wood was splintered and scratched up, the flooring was bubbled, the door didn’t shut unless you pulled it shut, the only washing machine was out of order, the breakfast was terrible- they put French toast sticks out frozen and you had to microwave them, you poured your own milk by getting the gallon out of the fridge, the coffee was disgusting and old and only offered tiny styrofoam cups with no lid, we were told to put our dirty towels and garbage out in the hall each day and they would leave us clean towels on the floor in front of our door!, the pictures online don’t represent the reality of this place! And the worst of it was that the cost to stay here was twice what it was worth.

It looks like they're in the middle of much needed renovations. But the pool and breakfast were great, which was a priority for the kids.

We booked this hotel bc it had on-site laundry. The washing machine doesn’t work & hasn’t in awhile, which it does not state online. The shower only had freezing cold or scorching hot water. The staff at the front desk was very nice but all they did was apologize & said the maintenance man was gone. So shower was never fixed & no washing machine. They never offered to switch our rooms, partial refund, nothing. Room was not great either. Smelled musty & you could tell it wasn’t vacuumed. Do not recommend.

I loved the indoor pool and hot tub. Also the service was 5 star.

This may be slightly long as I don't usually post reviews. The check-in process was swift and efficient and the desk staff were thorough, helpful, and kind. The first challenge was that we wanted to know how late the pool was open as we were delayed and the kids really wanted to swim. When we called to ask the pool hours, we simply got an automated "nobody can answer the call" type of response for about 2 hours. When we finally got there, we were told the pool closed at 10, so the kids got about 30 minutes to swim. Really no huge issue. Then we went to find water, but there was no bottled water sold in the hotel because they weren't expecting the vending to be stocked until later in the week. So we went to bed. The rooms were quiet and we slept well. At about 6 in the morning, we were woken by a dripping noise. It was raining hard outside and water was coming in through the seal of the window. My nephew then got out of bed and discovered bed bugs on his pillow. We were given bags to put our belongings in, but this was a distressing situation. After bagging laundry, I approached the front desk to let them know about the window. The maintenance man was at the front desk and I told him directly. I was told that he knew about the leak and that it was "on his list" to fix after the summer season. I was told that the manager of the hotel would call me by the end of the day but I received no phone call. To say that my family is frustrated is an understatement.

Staff was extremely friendly. My only complaint is the breakfast area was kinda small there was a traffic jam of individuals in the room. Not a staff issue just a design issue. Overall I was happy and content with my stay

Our room was not clean. Paint spots all over the doors, which would have been overlooked and fine if not for dirt/debris also on the carpet and blood stain on the coverlet/comforter. When we went to make the front desk aware of the BLOOD on our beds… all they had to offer was giving us a new blanket and sheets. Nobody came to pick up and take care of the BLOODY bedding. Our AC also stopped working late at night, but we tolerated this rather than going to speak to the front desk who seemed to have no interest in rectifying things. We have stayed here several times when in town for various things. This will be our last stay.

Very Friendly Service at the front desk. While it appears the hotel is far from stores and conveniences, Every thing you need is located very closely.
