Great place to stay

Very clean and convenient. Perfect walking distance to everything. The condo could use 1 full length mirror

Family time was much needed and this was the perfect place to have it! Lots of room in a beautiful place, close to the beach and fun in town. Checking in and out was easy. The beach wagon with chairs available was such a plus! We will be back.

This was a great property. The only thing needed fixing in the home was the ladder on the bunkbeds was loose and needs to ne fixed permanently to the bed. It is in a HOA that only allows 2 vehicle parking at all times. We truly enjoyed our stay here.

It was a beautiful week on Tybee. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the tile flooring and bathrooms. The condo was just a few minutes walk to the beach. Also, enjoyed that Tybee was just a short drive to Savannah.

We had a great stay at this beautiful apartment. Very clean, just around the corner from restaurants, the pier and souvenir shops. Our kids loved it as well and felt very comfortable :)

Had the best time. Enjoyed our visits to Savannah (Mrs Wilkes, Paula Deen, Ghost Tour and the Savannah Candy Kitchen). Beautiful beach! Not too crowded. Huc-a-poos for pizza, Fannies for dinner, Spankys for chicken fingers, Agave for Mexican and too many ice cream shops and coffee shops to mention. Beautiful property! Meet all our needs. Beach chairs, wagon and umbrella were a blessing. My husband and I hadn’t been back to Tybee in over 20yrs and our kids and grandkids had never been. We are already talking about coming back but at a cooler time.

First time to Tybee and loved it. Great location but parking in the garage is a little tricky. Thanks for the great stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo was very clean and spacious! We were within walking distance not only to the beach but restaurants and shopping as well. We really enjoyed being able to just get out and walk around Tybee Island. It is a beautiful island community!!

The condo was perfect! Everything was thought of, it had all the amenities of home. The owner was so great at communication and advice, very responsive. We had a truly amazing stay in a beautifully decorated wonderful home away from home!

This was our second trip to Tybee and we truly had a wonderful stay. The condo was in the perfect location to walk to the beach but also close enough to walk to almost all the restaurants. The weather was cool for this time of year but it was enjoyable to sit out on the covered patio and just relax. We did wish that there was a hammock. Many evenings were so cool that the air conditioner never kicked on. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy at night. . It sounded like they were dragging around furniture, bouncing a ball non-stop and arguing, but you can’t really control who your neighbors are. The condo was appointed with everything you could possibly imagine. We lacked for nothing. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time . We stayed over Thanksgiving weekend and our stay was very pleasant. Very spacious and clean accommodations close to everything that Tybee has to offer.

My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. The inside of the condo was very nicely decorated and very clean. The parking was excellent. For beach life it’s actually a perfect location. Loved this location. Very clean and convenient to everything. We rented a golfcart which offers free parking everywhere. Definitely a must stay! 👌

We had a fantastic experience at the condo. Perfect space for what we needed, and clean throughout the entire condo. Even with a 2 year old, we were less than a 3 minute walk to the beach. Steven, the host, was great with communication. We had a question about something when we first got there, and he responded in a timely manner. We were unfortunately there during a time of an impending hurricane. Steven worked with us during the process to make sure we were comfortable with the situation. We would absolutely rent this location!

We had a fabulous time on Tybee! The condo is gorgeous and very clean. Nice neighborhood with excellent access to the beach. Everything we needed was right there. Would definitely stay at this condo again!

Condo exactly as described, beautiful decor, owner communicated everything we needed to know prior to arrival. Available parking spaces is a plus as most all areas of Tybee are pay to park. Beach access 1/2 block away. Plenty of restaurants & shops in short walking distance. We didn't really need to drive much the whole week!

Love the location but was list as having a garage but was just a carport, their cleaning crew needs to do a better job in the bathrooms, shower in master had alot of mold in grouted areas. Over all a nice place to stay.

The location is ideal - close enough to walk to all the shops and restaurants on the south beach but far enough away to be quiet. Super easy walk to the beach, even with gear. The storage area on the ground floor made it easy to grab our beach stuff and go. This condo is 2 floors up, and you can choose an elevator or stairs. This place is beautifully decorated and spacious - looks exactly like the pictures. Loved the balcony where you can get a peek at the ocean through the palm trees. It’s on a small alley-way so not a lot of traffic. There is a small, indoor pool on the ground level, which we only tried once, but it seems fine - prefer to be at the beach. The place was fully stocked with everything we needed for a week’s stay, including linens and beach gear. Some things to be aware of - the parking spaces are a tight fit, especially for a large truck. This place is in the middle, so there is a unit below and a unit above. I don’t know what was going on upstairs, but it sounded like they were constantly moving furniture. One night they were up partying at 5 am. But you never know who your neighbors will be on vacation; not much to do about that. Otherwise, it was delightfully quiet all week. I definitely recommend this place if you are visiting Tybee Island.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was convenient and only a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well-stocked. There were lots of towels, including beach towels. Great vacation! The only issue we had was when someone was spraying inside the building. Coming back from the beach, we walked into the elevator which had obviously just been sprayed. The smell was quite strong. Someone was actually spraying in the building at the time. We had to quickly exit the building and use the stairs. Perhaps spraying could be done at night or between departure and arrival of guests or at least a notice posted on the door to warn people.

This is a clean property that is well furnished and supplied. It was very convenient to the beach and South Tybee restaurants. There was nothing particularly attractive about the property's immediate surroundings as it is located on a narrow alley among closely packed buildings. But, that is a minor consideration.

This was the perfect spot for a week at Tybee Island with my family of 5. Everyone had plenty of space in the unit, and the location was great for both the beach, pier & Tybrisa Street. Having defined parking was an excellent perk as were the provided beach supplies, (especially the wagon). We enjoyed the beach, and took day trips to Charleston & Savannah. The owner was excellent with communication. This was an excellent family vacation spot!

Property is well maintained and clean. It is easily accessible and the full kitchen and open floor plan made family time that much easier! Property furnished anything and everything you will ever need which included a convenient building full of chairs and other beach essentials. It was only a short walk to the beach .

We had a very impressive stay! The condo was accurately wheelchair accessible, and the place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay and hopeful to stay again!
