The location was great for us to visit in the summer since we did not need to be close to ski lifts and instead visited mammoth for picnics on the lake. The place was spacious and beautiful. We only wished it had some lake items like chairs and umbrella and beach towels. Also needs some kitchen items like foil, parchment paper and non glass cups. We could have used more trash bags and laundry soap and dishwasher soap too. Overall,great place.

As expected. Just note in the summers they do work to help improve so we ran into a bit of an issue, but the company called us immediately and made up for it.

One of the best houses we've ever stayed in. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with high end everything including knives (which as a chef I appreciate). Couch was gorgeous and so comfortable, the beds and linens were fabulous. The kids had a ball with the video games and foos ball table.
We would definitley stay there again.

It was our first time in Mammoth during the summertime. It is a very spacious, comfortable and beautifully located home. We enjoyed the game room and the televisions that were great for the grandkids.

The house was clean and stocked perfectly! The neighborhood is beautiful! Close to beautiful lakes and a park. Close to shopping! The only thing pillows and beds not so comfortable. My husband slept on the coach. Would book again!

Very clean. All the modern conveniences. Plenty of space for all ten of us. The old style video machine in the playroom was great for the kids (even the grown up ones). Close to pretty much everything. Garage and driveway provided plenty of parking space. Will come back.

The boulder creek house is beautiful but the communication with the property management is awful. They take entire days to respond to simple questions. And although there are really high end appliances the house is missing a lot of amenities. There were barely enough bath towels for everyone in the house, not enough dish detergent, shampoo/conditioner, very thin/cheap trash bags. The house is not set up for guests who are planning to actually use the kitchen and clean up after themselves. Lastly, although the temperature was suppose to be set to 55 F it was below 40 F in the house when we arrived. Overall it’s a great house and we would stay again given some better communication and supplies.

we were not allowed to use these when we stopped by there. we rented the same place the year before and had no problem accessing the facilities. the host at the athletic club claimed that only properties booked through certain rental companies had access. this was not disclosed in the amenities of the property and we were disappointed in not being able to use these like our prior rental.

This place was as advertised. Great location, beautiful house and had all the little things you needed. The only thing I would say was a bummer was that the WI-FI handle name on the welcome email was wrong and I had to try and figure it out by looking on the TV’s. But then once I figured it out the Wi-Fi stopped working. We couldn’t watch tv or use Wi-Fi for the kids for the last 4 days of our trip.

Amazing place to stay 5-star
We had an amazing time! We stayed for 8 amazing days! The house was well stocked and very clean and nice. Lots of room for everyone. Bedrooms were big and it was really nice that everyone had their own bathrooms. Kitchen was perfect. Very nicely equipped. Craft ice in the fridge plus a regular ice maker. Top of the line cookware and all the gadgets. Bbq worked great! It was really nice to have a garage as well. Had use of the snowcreek athletic club so that was very nice as well! Can’t wait to book a winter trip in this house! Will stay again and highly recommend!

Summer Getaway
An amazing place for us to stay. Check in very easy. Roomy and spacious. Close to town and shops. Very responsive hosts. I also have to comment on the furnishings. Some of the cookware was better than mine at home. All-clad pans, staub and la creuset. I actually took some ideas from the Zwilling knife collection and will beef up my own collection.
Would definitely come back! Perhaps this winter!

High-end comfort! From the appliances to the linens, everything provided in the house was awesome.
Easy process. Access codes were provided before arrival and everything went smoothly. My family enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. Huge TV’s with sound bars in each room! The kids especially loved the game room and bunk beds. Unfortunately, the bbq was not ready for use, but we made due with the stove and oven. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Great view perfect get away
Amazing clean property! We stayed here for a family get away in remembrance of my mom. This house was extremely clean and brand new it really does still smell like paint (not in a bad way). Slept all 9 of us perfectly best part was every room had it's own restroom and shower so no waiting for anyone. Definitely will stay here again!

Weekend getaway
This rental town home was a great spot to hangout and go out for hikes with the family. I would strongly recommend renting this home again in the future. I can’t wait to come back in the snow. The unit was filled with all kitchen amenities and more. I loved that they left us Nespresso coffee!!! Yum! The wine was a great addition as well!!! Thank you NoMadness rentals!!!
