We had an amazing time, the property was beautiful. The view was to die for. We were just outside of town with a very short commute. Our host was very attentive and welcoming. We highly recommend Mrs. Marsha and this property.

Warm pinewood paneled walls and ceiling creates a cozy natural warm feeling. The deck on the river and views are plus plus to have a glass of wine with your sweetheart. Bryson City is only minutes away! We were there for the dinner train excursion on the Smoky Mountain railroad, everything from cabin to location near Bryson city was great!! Will definitely plan on returning!! Jim &Judy

Quaint property right on the river.

The cabin was nice and clean. The kitchen was a little under supplied with utensils and cookware. The location is great. Bedroom was nice as was rest of the cabin.

This was a really nice cozy cabin right next to the river with a beautiful view out the back on the deck. Location was great for activities in Bryson City. Very clean inside and comfortable. Really enjoyed the stay - price was good too. The campgrounds that the cabin was on was not go great, but the view on the deck and closeness to good restaurants and the train in Bryson City made it well worth our stay. Accommodation to larger dogs (we had a golden retriever) was much appreciated and priced right. We'll be back - thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Marsha was an excellent hostess that checked in us via email to see if we had questions about the area. The porch was my spot since I love a porch swing and yes I would stay with her again. Thanks for sharing your cabin with us.

Overpriced, but everything is these days.

I cannot say enough good things about the place and the hosts. From check-in to check-out it was amazing. The cabin is just the right size and adorable! We felt right at home. The view from the desk was amazing and we loved sitting out there and relaxing. We even had a meal out there! Marsha answered every question we had and checked in to make sure there was nothing we needed and that everything was good. Hopefully, we will be back one day! Butch and Jan Hammack

The accommodations were excellent, our host maintained contact, the river was awesome, location and Bryson city awesome.

This place is great. My wife and I had 48 hours of rest and relaxation. Description of property is very accurate. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This cabin has it all! This is a great cabin with a perfect location that is central to all the attractions. It is backed up to the Tuckasegee river and you couldn’t be any closer to it. My husband and daughter fished from the back porch. And what a wonderful place to sit in the morning an enjoy a cup of coffee. The cabin has everything you need and is very clean. Out of all the places we’ve rented in the past, I never walked barefooted until this place, it makes you feel right at home. We went during the 4th of July weekend and the weather was great, we did not have any problems with bugs and/or mosquitos. The cabin has a small grill and Marsha gave us perfect instructions on how to get to the location. We will definitely come here again on our next trip to Cherokee NC. M. K.

Amazing little cabin on a beautiful river. Great property and neighborhood. So much to do around, never a dull day. From fishing, tubing, swimming, and shopping. A great little place that has it all... It's nice to come back and relax in a cozy cabin and enjoy the deck, view and stars. We will definitely be back. The host was great and always in communication with us. The cabin was just what we wanted and needed on our vacation.

The camp ground left a lot to be desired. Would not stay there again..

Communication with the owner was efficient and quick. She was very nice and attentive to all our needs and questions. The check in process was super easy. I would definitely rent again from her!

Everything was very good, they were always in communication with us and responded quickly, very friendly, and we enjoyed the place a lot, without a doubt we will return in the fishing season.

My husband, me, and our 3 year old son stayed here. It was peaceful! The sound of the river. It was kind of hard to fish on without getting it stuck only because it’s a river!! Lol but it’s gorgeous and cute!

Pros: super cute cabin Comfortable Pet friendly Pretty deck with wonderful sounds of river Bryson city is a cute little town with nice shops, local candy store and the Smokey railroad. Fontana lake pontoon rental was amazing. Con: we thought by the description and photos it was a bit more private. Def not private as there is only a parking space between the cabins. I could see right into the neighbors home while out on the deck. The neighbors dog barks a lot. Oddly can hear the trucks, cars, and motorcycles from the road. The gas station sign definitely outshined the moon every night. It’s a campground/trailer park with some sketchy trailers that made me a bit uncomfortable to walk the dogs at night. 3 out of the 8 nights we were there I killed a roach in the shower in the early morning hours. Maybe they came from the drain but unsure. I didn’t see more any where else. The owner assured me they didn’t have them or new of them being there but did report they do spray for bugs. Overall the trip was fun because of the surrounding area. Fontana lake was amazing.

the river view was wonderful, the geese gather at night for bedding down and the hummingbirds were everywhere

To no fault of the host, two bags of dirty laundry were left at the front door of the cabin. Otherwise, the experience was exactly what we wanted.

Cute little cabin over the river and close to town. Offsite laundry is available.

Great patio on the river. The community around was nice and quiet. Interior was cute cabin bungalow style. Decent cook ware if you like to cook in. Convenient location close to town. Bryson City has lots of fun things to do.

Good holiday. Clean and great views. Quiet and peaceful! Photo a bit misleading. It’s located by a trailer park. Several cabins together. Not as private as the photo leads you to believe.
