I rented this apartment for my parents who were coming to Bullhead City for my in-laws Celebration of Life located in the adjacent neighborhood. The apartment is really clean and comfortable, we would definitely rent here again should the need arise. Dario replied in a timely manner when I reached out prior to booking. Thank you!

Good, economical, nice place to stay. Close to casinos and the Colorado river. Dedicated parking spot. All needed essentials were provided.

The property was as it was listed. There were no surprises. Communication with Dario was very good. We felt that we could approach him if needed. We were down for a month to golf and the accommodations suited us Just fine. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great property for a concert in Laughlin- pictures showed exactly what you where getting. Dario was very accessible and answered all questions quickly.

the first issue was place advertised as bring your water toys plenty of room. when ask Dario said to park in ond spot everyone know toys dont fit in one parking spot unless pull through spots . which are not available. so was advised to park on the street. which area is not great so paid for rental boat parking. apartments are a bad area 😕 are space was parked next too a car missong a rim. so drunk people out wondering around all hours . then two towels were wet when we got there and didnt know we had to was a load of towels before leaving then checked out to get a 70 dollar fee for damaged white towel which i dont understand how . got pictures but looks like just need to be washed. thankfully youre forced to buy the insurance before booking which now i know why. Would never stay her or recommend

Dario was easy to communicate with. He was very accommodating. The house was great. Very comfortable for my husband and two kids. This location was really close to the lake and casinos. Would definitely stay again.

The owner was on top of every concern . Easy check in and out. Weak internet signal But your in the mountains so have to expect some of that. 5 min to the city and Casinos

This apartment was clean and offered everything you need for a weeks stay. Price is amazing. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay in Bullhead. Neighbors were all very respectful.

It was a good stay

Was a perfect place for just showering and sleeping. Needed a place that wasn’t a hotel and this worked. Dario responded to my questions.

Lots extras. If a problem someone was always available to fix it. Pool not heated so a little cold. You definitely need a car to get everywhere.

Booking process was easy, however unit had a number of housekeeping issues that I tried to address by texting and sending photos to # in owners manual. The response came back “who is this, and That i needed to inquire through my original booking reservation. I tried again, but response was the same, even though owner says to reach out using his phone #. The fridge had not been cleaned and had a lot of dirty areas. During unpacking, I found someone’s jean cut-offs and underwear in a drawer! ( so gross!). Later in the week, we found an old Soda bottle behind one dresser, a hair scrunchie and a pill behind another dresser. After several days there, I had to retrieve something that had rolled under the bed, and found a bag of food wrappers and Soda cup from a takeout place tossed under. Obviously, cleaners are only skimming the surface! I rarely post a negative review, but thought owner needs to check up on cleaning staff. Regardless what amount rent is charged, units need to be clean!

When we arrived we felt the place was rundown and not as nice as the pictures but we thought we could make do. The inside of the condo had been cleaned and it was good. We ended up leaving early due to being uncomfortable in the area. In the parking lot there was garbage, cigarette butts, dog poop and a live 9 mm BULLET from an pistol. There was a lot of barking dogs, one afternoon we were bombarded by loud rap music from one of the residents. The pool area was so dirty you couldn’t even sit on the chairs. We saw several drunk or high individuals walking about the complex. We had read a review that the condo is close to everything…..it’s not close to anything! We left early and when I messaged Dario with these issues he denied any problems and said I should have contacted him to correct them. These are not issues that can be corrected in a few days. I have been renting through VRBO for many years and this is the first negative review I have done.

It went smoothly and good. Great commutation with renter

We started in Bullhead city for a 25 hour endurance race in Laughlin. It was a quick drive to the race and the accommodations were perfect. The apartment was clean and as described in the listing. We would stay again if we ever found ourselves in this area again.

This apartment had everything you need and the home owner was prompt on answering any questions I had can’t wait to plan on staying again on vacation

Pleasant stay in a property literally close to everything. This apartment is newly remodeled and clean. This 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment makes it better than a hotel room.

The place was very nice! All the extra touches. Property owner was immediate in his responses. Would definitely stay there again!!!
