Big room, easy parking place, waterfront brand new sun umbrellas and beds. Room cleaning and tidying every day. Welcome fruit and one bottled water offered in the mini fridge (no glasses/forks though). Staff very helpful and polite.

Almost everything seems to be neglected or worn out and needs maintenance/replacement. So-called gardens are completely neglected. The room, even though spacious, needs a renovation urgently. Bed/bedding not comfy. Bathroom needs the least a new shower cabin, let alone the rest of the fixtures which seem to be there since the 90s. Breakfast is very basic. Beach bar with extremely loud hit music since morning.

Quite possibly one of the worst rooms I’ve ever stayed in. I can’t believe they call this a 4* hotel. Broken air extractions, paint chipped from the walls, mouldy sealers in the bathroom, bathroom hardware and woodwork eroded from the years of use. We couldn’t open the window because it smelled like cesspit outside. On top of all that we had to complain at 23:40 about noise as the hotel was hosting an event and they didn’t make sure that the noise from that wouldn’t affect the hotel guests. The mattress are fairly comfortable, the staff were polite and pleasant and it is really convenient if one needs to be close to the airport but the whole hotels looks tired and in desperate need of renovation. We had a wonderful holiday otherwise but staying in this hotel before flying home left a bitter taste in our mouth. Don’t advertise this as a 4* hotel when it hardly looks like a 2*

Bait and switch on the hotel. Only the garden condos were open, hotel closed. Restaurant HORRIBLE. and closed at 8 pm!! Pool area very very beautiful and beach and lounges lovely, but we booked a hotel, not a condo a 1/4 mile from beach
