nice view, kitchen well equipped

not very clean, there was a dyngus in the shower, issues with hot water. Even though the check out was till 11 AM cleaning ladies came at around 9 AM, they was sitting in the shared space, eating breakfast. They started to clean before we left, wash the floor or bathroom so we couldn't use IT anymore. It made me feel really uncomfortable

My friend and I stayed in the room just for 6 hours and we fell in love with the amazing sea view! It is really incredible! The room and apartment itself have an amazing design and are beautiful inside. Nice staff.

The communication was absolutely poor. We could hardly reach the key to get into the apartment. Also, there was no kitchen stuff either. Only place was worthy for having it

The only good thing about this accommodation is the view.

First the driver was more than 30 mins late to pick us up from the airport and the car smelled horrible. The entrance to the building is a bit tricky to find. The most shocking thing once you enter the apartment is realizing that it is actually a shared apartment, and this is not mentioned anywhere in the description on Booking. It is actually indicated that it is a whole apartment. Once we entered the room, we saw the walls were dirty and also the window blinds. The bedsheets had hairs and food on them. The toilet seat was dirty and we had to buy sanitizer from the supermarket and clean it ourselves. We complained about the bedsheets and requested clean ones. We were in contact with the host on whatsapp by messages and calls for about 3 hours to make sure we received them. And we finally did around 23:00 PM after 4 hours. The wireless internet never worked because the network was not visible on any phone in the apartment. The other guests had the same issue. Also, one of the mirrors of the dresser in the room was ducktaped because it was broken and something was ripped under the bed and was just sitting there. The apartment is dirty, outdated, and not at all similar to the pictures on Booking.

Fantastic location in the city right next to the beach, a unique view of the sea from the room and the balcony, the living room and kitchen are shared with other guests (2 rooms)

The room and the terrace were not exactly the cleanest (on the floor next to the walls and next to the door), even the sheets looked like they had not been changed

The view is just fantastic! Apartment is on the beach, in old town near medieval fort. Great, spacy apartment on 6th floor, with sea view. We have had some requests, and the owner gave his best to make it work.

Property was totally misrepresented. This is a shared accommodation. It is basically a condo with 3 bedrooms, each of which are rented to different people. You have to share kitchen and living room and balcony with 2 other units. Unit #1 is what the main picture in the ad shows, which is a bedroom and you have to share a bathroom in the main area with unit #3. Unit #3 is a very small bedroom with barely room for the bed and no windows (is this legal?) and shares the bathroom in the common area with unit #1. UNit #2, which is fortunately the one we rented, has a private bathroom and separate entrance to the shared balcony. Fortunately, the entrance door to the building was always unlocked because the the code we were given did not work. We tried both code pads as we were not told which one to use. Due to the entrance door always being open, security to the building was lacking. Dining room chairs are falling apart. Straps to hold the seating are broken and the springs are coming through the bottom. The TV in Unit #2 does not work because it is not hooked up to cable or satellite or anything. The only way you can use it is to run it through your own devices if it is a smart TV. Sink and shower drains in Unit #2 were blocked and would not drain. Could not use shower because water would have over-flowed the shower basin. It was not indicated that the entrance to the building is on a side street / alley, not the main street. AS a result we had trouble finding the entrance. Because we were travelling extensively we did not always have access to internet so did not see the message from the owner with the final instructions indicating the unit is on the 6th floor. A lot of confusion, irritation and trouble could be avoided if the owner had provided all the instructions for entry when I booked the unit.

The place is disappointing.The kitchen is shared & the description has nowhere mentioned it is shared. If i know, i would not book it in the 1st place. The AC has water dropping, few times I accidentally step on it & almost fall. There is a camera in the living room which violates the privacy. My room is opposite the shared toilet & it makes so much noise even if people going in & out gently, the family which shared the apartment with me on the first night stay up to 2am. And they are not quiet! I came to rest, but staying here I can get average 3 hours sleep every night. Doesn't completely feel like I have a vacation. The entrance is super dark, there is sensor light as long as you walk out the lift, but you have to rush to find your apartment b4 it goes off or you be smart enough to find the switch of the light in the common hall & not accidentally press on someone's doorbell. The toilet paper that they provided was used, the edge is dry after wet. One of the mirror of the cabinet is broken & taped. Some puller handle of the bed cabinets are gone. There were 2 ladies shared the apartment the 2nd night who already have a complaint about the hygiene of the shared toilet & the floor. The place is simply too old & not maintained well. Only the view is beautiful & the location is perfect, but these can't compensate the bad things about it. I canceled the 2 night's stay without refund. I wish i could see a review like mine, it would have saved my money.

The place is clean and equipped with all you need. They have a very smart system of checking in and the location is simply excellent. Тhe communication with the owners is nice and easy and you have dryer in the terrace, TV, nice hair dryer, all you need.

We made the mistake to misunderstand that there are 3 rooms in an apartment. So it will be perfect for you if you can book the entire apartment for yourselves. If not, you will need to share the place with other guests. 1 of the rooms has its own bathroom and the other two share a common one. Just be aware of this :)
