Loved the size of the apartment and it had everything that we needed. Plenty of bedding and towels, huge bedrooms and bathrooms. Very clean and walking distance to most places. Beds and couches/chairs were very comfortable!
The photos show a balcony with Mountain View. We had a Mountain View but it was not from the beautiful balcony as pictured so that was a little disappointing to arrive and have a small ground floor patio. Upstairs neighbours were quite loud (thumping continuously) which is no fault of the host but just something to consider with a ground floor property.

Size, facilities
Staff at front desk (not associated with owners) being overly challenging/f gate keeping. Although we followed the instructions, we still had to deal with “front desk”. Noise transmission between units, another guest was playing EDM front 6-7 am. There was no one to complain to

We are a group of six and we’re able to stay comfortably with the two big rooms and two full bath. The room is clean and well managed. The access to underground free parking is easy.

The property was clean and everything you need is right in the apartment ready for you to use. The pool and hot tub was awesome. It has a gorgeous view of the three sisters and a large deck. The building was only 5 minutes away from the Main Street and has a great access to fun trails.
The wifi was slow, but that was the only thing we struggled with.

The property/room was beautiful. It was very clean and up to date. The location was good. Close to Banff, easy access. lots of restaurants in the area.
After talking to other renters, they paid less than we did for the same room so do your research. Other than that, I’d recommend it.
The rooms were exceptionally clean and came with more than I expected (ie. shampoo, soap, etc.)

The view was amazing. The beds were very comfy. Housecoat came in handy especially when it was a little windy at night. The extra child locks on the patio door put my wife at ease with our young one.
I think the price was a little too much considering you have to pay a cleaning fee on top of it and another fee. Considering we are only staying two nights and we have to do some chores before checking out. I would stay again only if the price per night were knocked down a bit.
