Almost every blind in the condo had holes from where a dog or cat had chewed into them. The blinds on the bedroom going out to the balcony were broken and ripped on the bottom. The floors were nice, but scratched up because they didn’t have any sliders on the end table so when you move it Because it’s heavy you slide it to pull the extra bed out and when you slide it back, it cuts the floor. The bottom of the door going outside from the living room was broke and the outside furniture was also damaged previous to check in. The towel holder in the master bathroom has been ripped off the wall and just taped back onto the wall. When we were checking in, we were made the way 24 minutes past our check in time to get due to the maids, still being in there cleaning. There were only two trashcan bags under the sink. Overall, we still had a good time and made the best of it, but attention to detail goes along way.

It was a nice little condo. Enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could have been better was the instructions for trash. We figured it out but would have helped a little to have some more info on that in the check in email.

Property mgt company was great. Place had a few issues that southern Belle resolved quickly. Pool hours of 10 to 5 were different.

Pros: Location was ideal. We were just across from the pool. Less than 5 minutes walk from the beach. Multiple restaurants within walking distance. Parking was sufficient for 2 vehicles. Cons: Condo was not properly cleaned. All dishes had to be rewashed as they were dirty. Floors were dirty and left feet black. Water dispenser was broken. We were told a work order was placed and it would be repaired that day and then the next. It was never looked at during our 5 day stay: Dishwasher wheels were broken off and the bottom rack would not roll in and out. Busted light cover in the elevator. Rusted fire alarms. Had to text multiple times to get pool code each day. People below us continuously smoked. Molding on the patio door was busted, leaving sharp edges that one of our children cut their foot on while going out into the balcony. Overall, the property was not properly cleaned and has not been well maintained. Though, convienantly located, communication of host was not good.

Highly recommend for families - we really enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach!

Communication with the management staff and check-in for a very last minute booking was super easy. The unit is in a great location & it was nice to have a parking space and elevator close to the unit.

Overall, location was awesome, unit was clean , beds very comfortable, small living room with limited seating, tv picture had poor resolution and small, basic cable, but good internet. Great for small families. In all we had a great stay.

Everything was good. The table benches in the kitchen wobbly, beds not comfortable, roaches, gave out of toilet tissue. I feel like no one really showed any interest in what my concerns were. We left early because of the concerns without no tissue and bugs.

We loved this condo, it was perfect for our family!

Property is in a great location and easily accessible. I wish there was more seating. The property sleeps six but only seats three comfortably in the living room.

Great location walking distance to beach and town. Condo had everything we needed for our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close enough to the beach, restaurants, bars and stores that we could walk. The pool was directly across from our building too, which was nice. It only stays open until 5 so you need to plan accordingly. The unit itself was clean and had nice furnishings (with the exception of a pair of matching white vinyl chairs that someone else had mentioned in a previous review. The vinyl was peeled off. These need to be removed from the unit!) The kitchen was nice but could have used more of everything. It was pretty sparse so if you cooked more than once a day you would have to run the dishwasher in between. Not enough pots/pans and lacking glass mixing bowls that you could put in the microwave. Also the dishwasher was not secure - meaning that when you opened the door to load it, the whole thing tilted down. And for having someone inspect the unit prior to our arrival like they say they do, someone should have noticed that there were three light bulbs that did not work - two in separate bathrooms (one over the shower and one over the sink) and one elsewhere. I literally had to steal bulbs from lamps to replace the ones that were out. Overall for the money we would stay here again.

The check-in process was simple, the property owner sent an email a week or two ahead of time with the necessary information that included the code to get in and the wifi pass word. The condo was clean but could have used more towels and paper towels and toilet paper. There wasnt' any extra. The communication was good, they have an after hours number and also I received a text asking how things were and if anything needed to be fixed, which there was a loose handle on the patio door and I think the freezer leaks water. Overall though a very nice stay.

This property was perfect for our stay. There are a few things in the unit that could use some repair, but overall a great place in an excellent location. Parking is included, so the only time we needed the car was to go into Savannah for an afternoon/evening in the historic district. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Owner shut off cable so only had access to 3 local channels. This place is very different than past dozen VRBOs used in other stays. Costly pet add (plus tax!). Heavy charge (plus tax) for check in 2 hours early. . Came in in off season and found many bars/ restaurants closed certain days or closed for renoS . Room was ok with some minor fixes needed.

We had a nice Thanksgiving stay in unit 6. A little smaller than we expected but not so much that it was an issue or uncomfortable. Nice beds and great to have an elevator. The pool was advertised as heated but it was not. The pool area was nice.

Please get rid of those white chairs. They are peeling we wouldn’t even sit on them. Why no lock on the sliding door of the balcony?

The property worked well for our family. It was close to the beach, clean, and a perfect size for us. We appreciated that linens and towels were provided. There are a few things that need repair (back door molding)or replacement (dishwasher rack/range knobs) in the condo but they did not impact our stay in a negative way. We wished the pool had been open for all the days of our stay. It was closed the first 3 days.

Great location and a quick walk to the beach. Place was clean and comfortable. Nice to have access to the pool as well! Oddly, the sliding glass door did not lock and was torn up near the slider - if we'd had small kids or older adults with us, this definitely would have caused some trips. I let the company know, along with the fact that the outside light near the front door wasn't working and we only had 3 forks! The teamed seemed very responsive, but it did take a reminder text to get more forks (and we were very happy to see a silverware set propped up near the door a day later!) While I corresponded with three different people about the lack of a way to lock the sliding door - no one ever showed up to fix it. They even asked it they had permission to enter we weren't there and we said yes. Then one person said someone would be by the next morning but nothing. It was odd bc the cleaners were there right at 10 a.m as we were leaving, but over the course of being there for seven nights, they never fixed the door! And as I texted, it would only take a rod to prop in the slider rail to keep it shut. I liked this place and it was nice, but it wouldn't take much effort to take it to great -- they talk about having home inspectors before each new check in, but I'm curious what the home inspectors are checking if they don't notice that a door to the outside doesn't lock and is ripped up, the exterior light that would help you see the keypad to log in at night wasn't working or notice that in a 3bd unit, there were only 3 forks! Also, if you plan on making pasta, you may want to bring your own strainer and hot pads as these are not supplied and there is only one dishtowel. Like I said, a few tweaks could really bring this property up and the location is great.

This was our first time visiting Tybee island. The location of the condo was great. It was with walking distance to many stores, restaurant, and of course the beach. We liked the parking under the condo it kept our car out of the elements. Tropical storm Danny came through the first night there it was nice knowing our car was safe. The condo it's self was nice and just as posted. The only thing we didn't like was the pool closing at 5. After spending the day at the beach it would have been nice to go to the pool in the afternoon. Some minor maintenance would be the door handle on the outside of the sliding door was off on one end. The frame around the sliding door on the inside had some pieces that was sticking out. Other than that our stay was great. Communication was great with them if we needed anything.

Overall, I think the property is really accurately reflected here. It's not a luxury villa by any means, but it's cute, very close to the beach & Tybee boardwalk, has a working washer/dryer and elevator for bringing things in & out. Southern Belle was very responsive to a few minor maintenance issues. Only note is that the pool is only open 10 AM - 5 PM and you have to text for a code each day. It's right across the street though - can't beat that location.

It was a very good place to vacation. The unit was in great shape other than the back door. Some molding was loose but we used the other door anyway. Some trouble with were to park. Our unit was clearly labeled but most of the other units were not, thaty lead to lots of problems come saturday night!

The location was a short walk to the beach access. The neighborhood is busier than we would have liked and there was no ocean view. But that's ok since everything was so close. We walked to the coffee shop, breakfast place (The Breakfast club), pizza place, (Tybee Island pizza), stores and Chamaco's (Mexican restaurant.) Overall, we enjoyed our time and the accomodations were good. Wish the pool would have stayed open longer than 5:00. There was a small issue with the sliding door track piece but I reported this on the first day and was offered a maintenance request but since it did not interfere with opening/closing of the door, it was not necessary that someone check it out during our stay. Thanks for the cleanilness, safety of the door lock with key pad access and deadbolt lock.

This property is very close to beach, shopping, restaurants, and pool. Everything was a short walk. It was extremely clean with comfortable beds. Perfect place to spend a long weekend. We really enjoyed it!

An efficient condo in a great location. Steps away from the beach!

We had a great short stay here! There was a slight issue with a kitchen cabinet that was present when we got there but the property manager offered to fix it immediately for us at our convenience. Very clean and close to the beach. Would stay here again!
