This unit is in a great location in the heart of everything. One minute walk to anywhere including beach. With that comes a few important notes. 1) You are right next to a rooftop bar that goes thill 2:00 AM with loud music and people. 2) The bathroom is pretty tight and it you are a larger person, this is not the place for you. 3) This place works if you are sleeping in same bed. My friend and I went and one of us was relegated to either a futon in the same bedroom or pushing the sofas together. Both were very uncomfortable however the bed itself was really comfortable so make sure you can sleep in same bed. 4) Hoping the owners will put together a booklet on how the TV operates. It took us 40 minutes and we are fairly high tech and instructions for checking out. There were none so we were unsure what to do with bedding. Overall this is a good place for people probably on the younger side, not picky about noise and can sleep in the same bed.

Great location and clean stay. Close to everything within walking distance. Parking was a little tight only because I had a big truck, but I made it work. Definitely will be coming back.

Enjoyed the space. Amazing how comfortable and well appointed for a smaller rental.

Perfectly situated little space. The decor and accommodations are new and well done with an air system that works great! It is right there at the shops, restaurants and the beach.

This lo action puts you very lose to the beach as well as all the shops, restaurants, and night life.

This condo is super small but has all you need. Clean, comfy bed, coffee maker, fridge, beach chairs, parking, etc. We were there over the 4th of July holiday so it was pretty busy, but fun! You are literally right next door to Snapper Jack's patio, so it smells like Old Bay when you walk outside. But we like Old Bay, so all good there. If you want to be right in the middle of it all this is the place! Noise wasn't a problem for us, the bedroom is on the back side of Snappers.

Listing is very accurate. Small place right in the center of town... nothing fancy but great location...a block from the beach, close to all the great places to eat... Perfect for me and my one small child! Check in and communication with property management was well above my expectations. Very easy to text them and very quick to respond with my questions before and during the visit. We will be back!

Free parking 2 blocks from beach; easy access to restaurants, shops, and activities; nice bike ride to lighthouse (rental nearby), comfy bed; and small deck. Friendly town, nearby marsh views for sunsets, and awesome Mexican food helped us make some family memories.

Walk to Folly Beach in minutes. Close to the main restaurant and retail area. A little noise from nearby bars, but not too bad. Small and well organized apartment, good for two people. Enjoy the beach!

Had a great stay! This spot is literally steps from the bars. We are local(30 mins away) so this is what we wanted. Would stay again!

Stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect for what we needed. Had everything you needed for a long weekend stay. Literally steps from the beach and in the middle of downtown. Would definitely come back and stay again!
