Great tiny/cozy place near the beach. Parking is a little tight with just one allowed parking, but plenty of public parking with fees. Average parking fee $20 a day

The best thing about this rental is the location. As others sit in a line of traffic searching for for an expensive parking spot for the beach we simply walked out our door and were on the beach in less than 5min. Same for going out eat, just a short walk away. And the place was clean & had everything we needed.

We had a great 3 nights here. Super clean! Comfy beds!!! Right in the middle of town. So much fun!!! Kinda loud at night but that added to the fun and didn’t last too late!! Highly recommend!!

Close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Very clean unit, quiet. Only stayed a couple nights but we liked how it was close to everything! The ceiling fans in the unit could use replacing or a way to turn off/ change speed as they were a bit noisy.

This apartment was perfectly located for everything we needed during our friend’s wedding weekend. It’s right in the mix of all the main bars, but somehow not loud at night. Nice and clean and comfortable, would love to stay again if we come back to Folly in the future.

Great small place if you want to be close to Folly nightlife. It’s a little loud on weekend nights but it didn’t bother us. Place was clean. There’s no coffee provided so bring your own!

We stayed here over the weekend, and despite bad weather, the condo provided all that we needed! It is in an awesome location, well equipped, nicely decorated, and was a joy to be there! Thank you guys!!!

Loved the location, just what you need while at the beach a place to sleep and full kitchen if you want to eat in. Beds are comfortable , parking is tight but don’t let that stop you.

It has been 20 years since I had been to Folly Beach, and I had the opportunity to return for a short weekend trip for NYE 22' - 23'. Beyond the place with convenience to all the great happenings and waterfront, parking was easy, the place felt comfortable, safe, and it surpassed my expectations. Thankful - and cannot wait to return to this place again in the future!

Our Airbnb was double booked, leaving us stranded after driving 10 hours with 2 dogs. This rental was an affordable lifesaver that still put us close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We also appreciated the access to beach chairs and boogie boards. While this rental isn’t necessarily luxurious, it was a cute place and gave us a roof, shower, bed and kitchen that was close to the beach. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay. We were close to the beach, hops, restaurants, night life. The only drawback was we were near to the bars, and the sound got old at night. Bu tit was worth it to be able to go downstairs and be right there.

Great Little Get Away
Cute 1 bdr apartment and the location was ideal. Beach, dining and Pubs are close by to walk or ride a bike. I can understand the previous reviews about the noise with all the bars next to unit, however during the first part of the week was not an issue for us. Will look at booking again for a quick get away to Folley!
