Very nice place for easy access to Clearwater Beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. No issues except that the bathroom toilets need upgraded. Flushing issues.

The condo was so spacious. We had three bedrooms and three bathrooms, perfect for five women. TVs were in every bedroom, as well as well as the living room. The deck was also very roomy and we took in the views as much as possible. A couple of dolphins visited multiple times during the day. It has a nice covered garage and an elevator to our condo. I would highly recommend.

Loved the place & location walking distance for everything. Had issues with the internet but still enjoyed our time there.

Upon arriving at the condo we found it in excellent condition and the view from the lanai is exceptional. It was a pleasure communicating with the owner about our stay. We had no issues and will recommend this unit to friends and family.

This property is absolutely stunning. It’s very spacious, clean and has everything you need. The views of the bay from the balcony are amazing and occasionally dolphins would be swimming in the bay. It’s a great location only 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants. Communication from the owner was very good. If visiting Clearwater again I’d check availability here before anywhere else. We stayed here for a wedding a half mile away. The accommodations were clean and had easy access to the beach and surroundings. If we ever come down again for a vacation, we will definitely contact this owner to see if they have the availability we would need for another stay!
