We have been renting from these guys for 5 years now. All the units have been good and we have enjoyed each one. Whenever we have questions or need something fixed or serviced there response is immediately. They go out of there way to make your stay enjoyable. Donetta and AJ are wonderful assets to there employer and we will be back because of them.

This was a very nice place to call home while visiting family that lives in Melbourne. Super easy to visit them and get back. Centrally located. The construction next door didn’t bother us. Nice to be on the side and not directly in front of pool.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Satellite Beach, at Paradise Beach Club. Taylor was always helpful and responsive, Ayjay assisted with a minor repair issue promptly. Our view of the ocean was amazing, and the atmosphere of our condo was light and friendly. We plan to return! Highly recommend!

My family and I stayed over spring break. The condo was small but clean and supplied most everything needed. However, the furnishings and bedding need to be upgraded. The sheets were so thin they felt like they would rip at any moment and we ended up buying blankets for my kids that were sleeping on the pullout. The couch had duct tape over holes. The main reason we rented was that they allowed pets, however dogs are only allowed in the small pet area and there is no place to really walk your dog. We had to drive each day to the local park.

This is a very nice unit and had all the things we needed. Zareh the property manager was very informative and proactive. The only draw back is the construction next door. When that is finished, the place will be perfect.

We had a great time other than loosing power and being in the hurricane. The place was very nice.

The instructions were easy to follow and the condo was very close to the ocean. The mattress in the king may need replacement; we didn’t sleep well because of lack of support on king. We ended moving back and forth between bedrooms. The property on the outside of the condo was dated and that was okay but a sofa had been left by the side of the road near the property if not on the property. This was very unpleasant to look at every day we were there. Overall, the stay was good due to location of condo; the inside of the condo was also pleasant.

The condo was lovely and clean. A few added supplies in the kitchen would be very helpful, such as coffee filters, pot holders, better quality paper towel, maybe even a few small food storage containers. The bed was very comfortable, very nice towels and washclothes. A grab bar in the shower would also be helpful. We loved watching the sunrises and really enjoyed our stay. Our property manager was fantastic, very helpful and such a pleasant person.

Everything was great with the exception of all the construction in adjacent rooms. Okay me day they were painting a primer and the smell was toxic and permeated our unit. Other than that it was excellent. It was the second time we stayed in that unit and will be happy to go again.

My husband, three year old and myself stayed for a week vacation. The condo was clean and the perfect ground floor unit for easy access to the beach and pool as well as enjoying sunrise and sunsets. We highly recommend booking this unit for your next vacation.

Very happy with the selection. Bathrooms were a little tight but super clean! Check in and check out was a breeze. Patio and beach areas were great!

Everything from check in to check out was wonderful. Very clean and a nice layout. Favorite part was proximity to the beach. Lots of restaurants and shops very close. Can’t wait to visit again.

Fully stocked. Easy access to beach. Bring the family and have a blast.

Exceptional experience, so close to the beach, absolutely beautiful unit, great communication with owner with quick response/fixes. close by shopping and many activities to stay busy. highly recommend especially for pet owners.

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was beautiful and spacious. Great location with beach and pool access, near grocery stores and anything you may need. We did find on the first night we stayed that our sheets were not clean. I’m usually pretty understanding of things not being perfect, but the sheets were obviously dirty stained (my husband agreed- who is low maintenance) and had long black hair all in them. It was gross. So the first night we made due with towels and spare blanket and washed all the bedding ourselves. The sheets in the guest room were the same way. That almost pushed me over the edge but glad we at least had washing machine, etc., to take care of it. Also the floors had sand all on them like they hadn’t been swept. Aside from that, everything else was clean and great and we enjoyed our stay. Would def come back, just think cleaning needs to be checked on.

Our stay was amazing!! My family and I had such an incredible time. The beach was spectacular, the fishing was perfect, and the condo was beautiful!! We will absolutely be returning in the future!

We had a great time and the condo was extremely nice! All up to date, bright and cheery and literally steps from the beach! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property! The property manager was very accessible and offered us extra days without any issues at all! We gladly accepted and stayed one more day! Well worth it!

The actual condo unit was nice. It was pretty close to exact as described in the listing. The in unit washer/dryer was very handy. The spaces inside the condo were comfortable and roomy. The A/C worked great and the fridge/kitchen had plenty of space. The only complaint I have about the unit is the lack of supplies in the kitchen for families who enjoy cooking/eating in over going out to eat. A Tupperware set would he handy. The ground unit was amazing to have considering the close proximity to the pool and beach. The property itself is managed by a lady that is one of the unfriendliest people I’ve interacted with. She was very rude to the children of the 4 families that occupied condos for the week. At one point she came out of her room and yelled at one of the kids for splashing two younger kids in the pool which happened to be their siblings. When the kid told her this, she told him he was disrespectful and mouthy. That’s when we had enough. The mom was present and asked her to mind her own business. The manager continued to be controversial. My husband requested to speak with whomever was over her. The man that was over maintenance apologized for her attitude, but after spending several thousand dollars to stay somewhere the last thing we should have to deal with is someone being rude. It’s unfair to the property owners trying to rent their units. All four families will choose somewhere else next time so their kids can enjoy the pool without the hassle of dealing with her. This interaction happened several times over the course of our stay. I would say this property is better for couples without teenage kids that aren’t looking for anything remotely luxurious.

This beach seems so peaceful and private. Very relaxing, the beach is so close, love being able to see and hear the ocean from the pool. Our only surprise was the ocean was rocky/or had coral, that was a little rough on the feet.

Unit is clean and spacious. First floor location makes it easy to access the beach. Parking is available directly in front of the unit. Newly renovation has it fully equipped. Look forward to our return visit soon. There was some construction in the adjacent unit and property maintenance going on. When we inquired with the property owner, details were provided promptly.

This property was absolutely perfect, just a few steps to the beach, easy parking, perfect for pets. Emma was so quick to respond and also great at checking on you through email to make sure all was good. Will look forward to returning soon.
