Welcoming host. Apartment warm and comfortable with excellent amenities .

Beautiful property, extremely clean and had everything we needed. Situated in a quiet neighbourhood, a few minutes drive to shops, and an easy drive to the CBD, or Te Rapa. Very private quiet location with views out to private garden. Great space for parking and plenty of room to turn around. There's a garage between the unit and main house which adds to the privacy. WiFi and TV were great, no hassles with connection. Good pressure in shower and plenty of hot water. Extra blankets available and plenty of hangers in closet. Everything was good quality and in good condition.

The bed was too firm but that's just a personal preference. I found not having curtains on the sliding doors made it a bit cold inside even with the heater on. Also felt a bit exposed to the outside, even though it was a totally private space.

I liked the peacefulness, the cleanliness, the very comfy bed, and the big huge selection of tv streaming options. The muesli was yummy too!

Microwave was difficult to reach. Some milo / hot chocolate and decaffinated coffee options would be nice.

Breakfast was average, no choices, had to catch a taxi to get breakfast for my wife. No way one container of cereal was enough for 3 breakfasts and I am in my eighties so I don’t eat a lot

We have stayed before, the place was great but attention to detail was not there.

Clean, quiet and relaxing, comfortable with all modern furnishings and appliances. A lovely outdoor area to enjoy. Handy to CBD and all attractions. Robyn is a lovely host who made us very welcome.

A tranquil, peaceful place. The only sounds were the tuis. Robyn a fabulous host.

We were very happy with the area and just far enough from city to feel the peace . Good walking paths besides river. Look forward to a return visit.

Peaceful quiet location, some distance from shops/city in nice suburb. Very spacious apartment with nice garden outlook. Owners very obliging and helpful. Due to bad weather unable to make use of pool but looked enticing. Well equipped, parking in front of apartment.

Perhaps some mood lighting (table/standard lamp) would enhance.

The range and quality of the facilities and the decor made it feel like home, loads of space, very comfortable beds, very private, all gave it a luxurious feel. A 5 min drive from Hamilton centre and an hour or so from Waitomo Caves/Hobbiton

Thank you Robyn's Retreat our stay with you was perfect for us two. We truly enjoyed this private tucked away Retreat. The feeling of the Ngahere (bush) out the back, we felt like we were back home sweet home. We both loved our nights rest before travelling back to the East Coast the next day.
