It was great. Only thing I would suggest host had would be more towels in kitchen and more than one chair on balcony. Everything else was good. Beds were amazingly comfortable.

Great location - quick Uber ride downtown. House was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a weekend trip! It was great having a king size bed and our own bathroom for each couple. Would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL! Quiet, 3 Story, attached condo…Kitchen to bathrooms, mattress to driveway, pristine condition. Good location-1/2 mile walking distance the college shopping district: retail/restaurants/cafe’s/ packaged goods and even closer to Vanderbilt & Belmont University’s. Easy drive to EVERYTHING downtown NASHVILLE has to offer! A thought on beating the crowds downtown- head downtown to the Country Music Hall of Fame as soon as it opens; you are then steps away from Broadway (Honky Tonk Alley!). Music plays all day long at its restaurants and bars which open early and close late. We would stay at Vandy Campus again~ One note on downtown parking: we did not see parking rates posted on the outside of Parking Garages. A 2 hour stay cost us $45, ouch. Do your homework and Google: Uber/Lyft and best prices on parking in downtown Nashville. Plan to Have A Country Good Time !

Our stay was nice for our group of adult couples. Loved each bedroom having its own bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Location was close to many things, but a little far to walk to restaurants or shopping with the heat. Kitchen has plenty of dishwater, but just basic pots and pans for cooking.

Our adult children, my wife and I enjoyed being in the Belmont/Vanderbilt area during the trip to Nashville for a family wedding. Fun to walk in the area and close to downtown Nashville, but outside the craziness of lower Broadway. Would recommend to others looking for a convenient but calm location.

This stay was centered around celebrating my brother getting married. We were easily able to request an early check in so that I could get the house ready for the weekend with grocery delivery. The house had the perfect amount of space both inside and in the back yard. We spent a lot of our time in the backyard hanging out and playing games. The house was very clean and had great ventilation and air conditioning. As for location, the house is only a few short blocks from Edge Hill which has a neat little shopping center with delicious food. I was able to walk there one morning very easily. Everything was a very short Uber or even scooter ride away including music row, Broadway, and 12 south. This was a great property to stay at and the owners were amazing hosts.

This property was just as listed, the perfect house for three couples. The host consistently checked in to make sure everything was okay with our stay, and the warm cookies upon arrival was definitely a step above. Only complaint was no ceiling fan in the room on the bottom level and didn't quite get cool enough. Close walk to great brunch spots and short uber rides to downtown - never had an issue getting uber xl for our large party. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed The Frankie! It was clean and the owners were so good at communicating with us and making sure our stay was the best we could have.

This was a girls trip and the neighborhood was great for us. Close to downtown and 12th Ave. The property was clean and very comfortable for our group. Hosts responded quickly to all inquiries. Would recommend to others.

Very comfortable property located super close to Broadway. Easy Uber to music row. Beds and couches were super comfortable, linens soft and plush, kitchen well appointed. Would definitely stay again!

It was our first time in Nashville and we sure picked a great place to stay. The location was perfect for us. Upon arrival, we received a welcome gift of WARM chocolate chip cookies. We walked through 12 South on our first night and had dinner there. The house is beautiful and the kitchen/living room area was great for us. The kitchen was a pleasure to cook in. The mattresses were SO comfortable, it was difficult to get out of bed in the morning. Everything was great. Communication with house management was excellent. We had an issue with a broken coffee maker, which was immediately replaced with great new one. We also had some slow drains, which were addressed immediately. I highly recommend renting this house. I also suggest ordering groceries through them for your stay. Having everything you need when you arrive, saves you so much time and effort! Using Uber and Lyft were so convenient. They arrived in 2 minutes every time we used the service.

Everything was great. We will stay here again!

What a great time in Nashville! Went to many bucket list sites :0 The accomdations were excellent everything and more. Best part was how clean the place was. Everyone had more than enough space to gather, hang alone, etc. The cookie delivery from the host was an excellent surprise. We will be back!

Three couples stayed here on our first trip to Nashville. It's in a quiet area but no more than a $20 Uber ride to Broadway. Belmont is right across the street and there are several things within walking distance. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house is well stocked with the essentials. The owners are very responsive and the warm cookies were a nice touch! I would definitely recommend this place to others who want space to spread out but not far from the fun on Broadway!

We had a three night stay at The Frankie this past weekend. It was the perfect place for us. Three couples, three bedrooms with King beds, private bathrooms and huge closets!! Perfect setup. The kitchen/LR had plenty of space to spread out and room for more guests if you have a bigger party. The property was simply decorated and stocked with all kitchen necessities. Our hosts were awesome. Got back to me quickly and efficiently. We took advantage of their grocery shopping concierge and I highly recommend it. We arrived to a stocked pantry and fridge! Many thanks to Isabeau and the staff at Beckon!

We stayed here the week we moved our daughter into Belmont. It was very spacious. We didn’t really use the lower living room or bedroom except to drop her luggage for dorm move in day. So nice to have if you have a big group. Kitchen on second floor with another living room. Comfortable furniture. Kitchen was very well stocked! Everything felt very clean! Beds were pretty comfy for VRBO. Upstairs on 3rd floor were two more bedrooms both en-suites with king beds. Little desk area and laundry. Owners had fresh warm cookies delivered when we arrived. Such a nice touch since we arrived late. Nice surprise! On Friday night, the parking was a little tough and had to park down the street, since the complex seemed to be busy with a lot of check ins. We were there for a whole week and had no problems parking before our last night. Location is easy access to pretty much everything. Safe area. Only recommendation is please put more hooks in the bathrooms. Never enough. Would stay here again! Thank you so much.

Opry was 15 minutes. Andrew Jackson Mansion 25 minutes. When I come back I will most definitely stay here again. House was perfect for 6 people.
