Great place for 9 adults coming to visit Nashville, however the location is right beside a busy fire hall with fire tones and sirens going off all the time. It is also right in the helicopter flight path to the hospital so loud helicopters flying by all the time. All the walls are all covered in black marks and dents and dings and the whole home could use a good “tune up” if they are billing it as a luxury property it should be cared for like a luxury property. The online photos make the property look a lot nicer than it is in reality with minimal amenities, and furniture. The company was great to deal with and no issues with booking the property, check in or check out or any other processes.

We came to Nashville for the weekend with family and friends. Had a great stay at our VRBO. Quick Lyft ride to all of the places we wanted to go. Place was clean and well stocked. Highly recommend.

Location perfect, size of space was great, nice beds, laundry, bathrooms. Owner extremely responsive if needed.

The space easily sleeps 12 people. The check-in process was easy and the communication was clear. If you plan to cook, you may want to reconsider. The kitchen lacks many items you will need. The location was good. Depending on traffic, it was a 10-15 minute drive to downtown. Park in garage if you can. Street parking was a bit difficult. Bring long sleeve shirts and pants because it is very cold in the house. The thermostat would not stay at 70 degrees. TV had multiple streaming options.

The property is very nice and super convenient, a less than 10 minute Uber to Broadway. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms for larger groups. Rooftop patio was a great extra too.

We could not get the air conditioning set correctly. It was 65 degrees the entire time. We tried to turn up the air to a higher temp but nothing worked. There were no wine glasses either! Huge disappointment. But beyond that it was nice!

Beautiful! That's our first and last impression. Amazing 3 floor town house with comfortable accommodations. Located not far from Brodway in a quiet area. There are 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms, we were 6 adults and had ample space. We did make use of the kitchen and the upper floor terrace(was quite hot out so werent out there much). John and Emily made it super easy for our arrival and departure.

Great house and short Uber/taxi to Broadway. Perfect for a group.

We were a party of seven. Had plenty of space. The rooftop was amazing at night with all the city lights. The only complaint was the bedroom with the 2 queen beds one sat on the floor the other one was not situated on the frame right. Almost like the frame was bigger than the mattress not comfortable. Other than that place was great would highly recommend it. Uber was always a couple of minutes away.

This home was beautiful and very spacious for 9 of us! Unfortunately it was raining- part of the time while we were there, the rooftop was really nice! I would highly recommend staying in this house!

The location was wonderful. It was a great space for our family to gather. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint was that the rugs had not been vacuumed prior to our arrival. I would highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed staying in a Nashville Tall Skinny even though we are all seniors.

We had 2 families staying for Spring Break. There was more than enough space and the property was exactly as listed. We just wish it had been warm enough to use the rooftop deck! Overall we had a great time and would recommend this property!

We had a great stay at this property. We had plenty of space and were a short Uber ride away from all of the Nashville hotspots.

There were a total of 7 people (it was originally supposed to be 9) stayed at this property, everyone had their own bedroom and almost all but 2 had their own bathroom. The primary en-suite bathroom shower was the best I have ever had. Everything was as pictured or better. I definitely got my exercise on those stairs!! And only a $10 or less Uber/Lyft ride to Broadway!!

We came to Nashville from all different parts of the US to celebrate a friends retirement. This house turned out to be amazing and just what we were looking for. We were a 15 min Uber ride to Broadway and it was perfect.

Great clean place to stay close to everything!

Property was great, great location - close to downtown and the owner was very responsive to questions and concerns.

The property was very clean. Well taken care of. When I needed to contact them they responded immediately every time. It was stocked with all the essentials needed for my stay. I would definitely book again.

We were close to anything that we wanted to do. The accommodations were excellent. The home was very nice. The only thing I would recommend is having more supplies. This house is meant for big families (there were 9 of us). There were not enough dishes and the pots and pans were a minimum. We struggled to cook a meal. We even had to buy a pot to cook a meal. Other than that the stay was fantastic.

Overall the house was great! The one thing I would improve is the amount of sitting offered. As VRBO owners we feel it is very important to offer plenty of sitting in family for all to enjoy. Also another recommendation is provide storage in closet areas/bedrooms would be great for future guest. We would love to stay again in the future ! We had a group of 7 for a bachelor party, and it was the perfect size for our purposes. Everyone either had their own bedroom, or if they shared one, it had a bathroom attached and a large bed per person. Could’ve easily slept an additional 5 people. Place was spotless, showers had great water pressure, huge fridge. It was too cold to use the roof deck but it’s also huge and would be awesome during better weather. There’s not a ton in the immediate vicinity, but probably about a 10-12 minute cab ride to Broadway, where we spent the majority of time. If you’re going to be out and about all day and into the night, can’t recommend the place enough.

Loved the property, close to downtown and across the street from fantastic parks. Parking can be tight if you have more than 2 cars. Overall a great experience.

This property was perfect for our group of 12. Lots of room and great communication with the property owner. Its 3 levels so there is a lot of stairs. But overall this place was perfect and very accurate to the pictures and description. Short uber ride to Broadway.
