The condo was lovely and the facilities were great as well. A guest had to have 3 codes at there disposal to enter the area, their room and the facilities. The company did not refill cleaning supplies such as dishwasher and laundry soap etc. All in all it was a nice stay with a great view however was moderately over. People were very nice as well

Unit was very comfortable. Balcony has plenty of seating and great views. Nice big living area and I would definitely recommend this unit. Just a few questions as there’s no way to turn ceiling fans on by a electrical switch. Other thing is the 230.00 cleaning fee should include cleaning carpets. Master bedroom definitely needed it on our arrival. Washer was replaced with a new one as it was leaking and it was promptly taken care of. Only big complaint had to do nothing with the unit,we loved it, but Roku. If you don’t know anything about it, it will irritate you a lot that’s why we’re staying at Seabreeze next year because they have direct t.v. That’s how bad we disliked it. But for the unit it was so nice and you won’t be disappointed in it 4 stars because of Roku.

I booked the stay for a six week period. About 4-1/2 weeks into the stay I was notified that I was to leave the property because of three complaints of excessive noise, unruly behavior, and throwing things from the 4th floor deck. After telling them they had the wrong room and person I was allowed to stay but never got a call back with a explanation of what truly happened or an apology for the mistake on their part.

The unit was extremely nice. All was good till Hurricane Nate forced us to leave 2 days early. We hoped for some sort of compensation for the two nights we had to give up since this was due to an uncontrollable event. We have stayed with BBRR for years.

We've stayed at Legacy Towers for CTC for the last 6 years and this has to be the best place to stay for CTC. Away from the traffic, WalMart right around the corner, and many good places to eat nearby. The Staff is friendly and always willing to help. For my wife and I, this is the only place to stay for CTC.

The only thing we had a problem with was the mattress in the master bedroom it should have been replaced years ago it was obvious as soon as you looked a5 it the mattress had a huge bulge in the middle. Also we could not get any remote to work the blue ray player,we bought new batteries but just couldn’t get it going.

The overall experience was good. We found the security guards, wristbands, and all the codes needed for gate, door, and amenities somewhat oppressive. Also, a kid had threw up in the pool - that was information we didn't need to know - just say the pool is closed for maintenance.

The unit had the following issues and I did report this to the staff:
smoke alarm kept going off for no reason both days; right burner on stove was not working; reserved spot given to me for parking was already reserved.
