The room was a good size

The beds were low and hard. The sink in the bathrooms and kitchen was clogged I had to pump it for a whole hour for the water to go down. I contacted the host they said they were going to let me know what time maintenance would come and I never got a time. There were roaches in the bathroom. The sofa had duck tap where you sit on . The sides of the sofa were only hanging by one screw so it would just fall off sofa was not comfortable the trash can was broken lid would not work. Neighbors were loud at all types of hours. Door was missing pieces. The bedroom ceiling had a crack on it. Walls had paint chipping.

I loved the location of the property and all the amenities on and near to it.

The condo set up and and inclusive amenities were very nice. The condo was very clean throughout. Three full bathrooms was a plus!

Didn't like that there were not televisions in the bedrooms. At night, it would be better to have options especially when vacationing with children. Also didn't like that there was no blow dryer and had to wait to get one sent. Didn't like that only 1 parking pass was provided

Call me. I am disgusted! There was a sewer leak outside my door and down the hallway and was forced to stay in that hall because there were "no other rooms available". Floor and carpets remained wet for the entire stay. I got the CozySuite to house my mom and daughter, my husband and I. They had 2 employees checking everyone in during our check in then after taking an hour to get through the line we waited 40 minutes for a cart.

Everything was clean 'in the room'

The beds where basically on the floor not to mention the mattress felt like cardboard !! The toilet leaked water every time we flushed it . It was only one tv in a 2br with 4 kids under the age of 12 !!
