On ne pourrait pas qualifier celà d'hôtel. Ce sont des chambres au 5ème étage d'un édifice où il y a des habitants, des bureaux, etc. La chambre était exigu et la propreté absente, la salle de bain sale et la douche bricolée avec un trou au mur pour la pomme de douche. C'était un cauchemar et en plus du bruit infernal venant de la chambre en face. Un groupe d'homme criant, se bagarrant et vomissant jusqu'à 3heures du matin on avait peur qu'ils essaient d'ouvrir notre porte. On avait payé pour 4 nuits mais on a dû quitter le lendemain. Les hôtels réservés par la suite dans ce même pays étaient bien.

The staff was very friendly. There is a 24hr reception so late check-in wasn't an issue.

This is the first time I give a bad review - my standards are very low so I don't expect much from hotels but it was impossible to sleep. The mattress is so sunk that your head is at the level of the board but your lower back almost touches the ground. I've traveled to every corner of Africa and slept on hay mattresses that were more comfortable than this one. I have no clue where they got the mattress from but it would have been more comfortable to sleep on the ground. This is the reason for my 1 star review, it is a hotel where you can't sleep. I could go on about the fact that the bed sheets were obviously not washed, there was no toilet paper in the room etc ... but the reality is that until they invest in some decent (not even good) mattresses, this cannot be used as a hotel.

everything is just fablues, you feel as you are in your home and everything you need they bring to you and help you with, the stuff are amazing specially nor the moon of the place.

The staff were so nice and helpful, they were welcoming, and the location is amazing it's in the heart of cairo, it's close to the shops, restaurants and so on..., however, I suggest to change the mattress of at least the bed i was using.

The personnel was very nice and doing their best to make my stay pleasant. I arrived at 7am and the stuff was nice enought to give me a room before my check in time so that I could rest. I felt very safe in the hotel. Also it is located right in the centrum of Cairo which was very convenient. The pictures of the rooms are accurate and for a budget stay I was satisfied. I had a room with private bathroom and a balcony.

The room was not really clean, especially the bed sheets and the wc. There was only one towel not clean and one morning only tea to drink.

As many budget properties the outer buildings and interiors are dated. Get pass this and you will find everything you need, clean, comfy bed, refrigerator, strong WIFI, modest but manageable bathroom, hot water and a very helpful and friendly staff. All at super budget pricing.!You get what you pay for...in this case, more.

Entry to property is a bit unattractive with an old, but serviceable elevator

The location of the inn is excellent with a lot of shops around so it is good to have a walk in the evening on the street. The staff are really kind and provided two meals for us. The price is very nice compared to other luxury hotels in downtown Cairo.

The Installations are aweful. The entrance is really ugly The elevator to the hotel was missing two doors so you have to stand really close to the only closed part of the box so you dont risk an accident. The rooms are nothing like the booking pictures, the beds and sheets looks dirty. The toilet was in the box of the shower, and they are so close that it almost seem like they want you to shower while sitting down?. The worst thing was when I openet the tap to wash my hands, and in 2 minutes I notice the whole bathroom was flooded. They said something was stuck in the sewer and they un-stuked later, so it ended up working without flooding after a while, but I was afraid it was gonna happen again so I asked for an other room, but they didnt accept. When I got there they said that they gave me an "upgrade" by changing my room to a bigger one (something that I didnt want and that they did not ask me if I wanted to), but after I complained about the room they said that they were full and could not change it, so it looked like they just changed me to a bad room cause they overbooked or something. We ended up not staying there, but they said they would not reimburse the money for the two nights we had paid in advance. The next day they did cancell the reservation (I guess that they wanted to rent the room on the second day) but only reimbursed the money for 0.5 USD (tax charges or something like that). So they probably got the double of the money for that room that night.
