Great location with parking included, which we really needed.

A bit “old” but otherwise fine.

Our host was very kind, she gave us useful information about location and bus stops. She also recommended us a great restaurant. She was waiting us with cake, she left fruits biscuits and coffee for breakfast. The room was very cute.

Everything was fine, we will definatelly come back here.

- The apartment has an excellent location, just at the doors of the city of San Quirico (outside ZTL). It allows to visit several places in Tuscany region - Jessica, the owner, was extremely lovely, helpful and reactive. She felt very concerned about my well-being in the apartment and found solutions for each little issue. The kindest host ever. - The apartment has everything one needs for a short or mid-term stay : cooking material, oven, beds/linen, blankets, a jet shower, a Delonghi coffee machine, breakfast, etc.

- We have had a small issue related to the private parking that can not be used on City Market days (until 14h) but here again Jessica assisted me in finding a free parking place close to the apartment - The bedroom faces the street (ground floor), so you can hear people in the street (especially on market day) and the road's noise, but it is quite bearable.

I loved this place. The location is great and parking was right outside. The lady was very nice and always helpful. The room is a good size. It was warm and cozy. There is light from the windows, which I loved it. It was also nice to have some free snacks and cake for breakfast.

I was happy I was able to cook, since I've been traveling for some time. I will suggest to have a knife and a spatula. Other than that the place was great!

The walls are made of paper. Getting a sleep was challenging.

Calm, peaceful and relaxing/artistic atmosphere of apartment. Thank you and I'd love to return next time. pk 😊
