An awesome little cottage in a very nice quiet part of North Beach. Plenty of parking we brought our trailer with our motorcycle on it with plenty of room to spare the cottages. Very nice in the beds were very comfy. Joey was awesome to deal with will definitely stay there again.

Cute and well maintained cottage, lovely and quiet neighborhood, walking distance to beach. Overall a very enjoyable experience.

Joey's place was a perfect setting for a laid back week long stay in Tybee. Quiet and just a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. It was just right for our family.

My family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Tybee Island Cottage! It truly is a short walk to the beach and you can see the historic lighthouse from the porch. The neighborhood is quiet and very walkable. Our host was very accommodating to let us leave our car parked after checkout so we could enjoy biking Tybee before returning home. If you’re lucky enough to book this place—HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Clean and comfortable. Plenty of room. Comfortable beds. Nicely decorated. All the dishes and cookware you need. Easy walk to the beach, the lighthouse & museum, & the marine sanctuary (8 minutes per Google maps). There are no sidewalks so if you have little kids, be aware. Overall very pleased with the location and the accommodations. Can’t wait to come back for another stay!

Nice location walking distance from lighthouse. Lovely front porch, adequately stocked kitchen, good washer and dryer, enough towels, pleasant interior design. Some repairs and upkeep needed but overall a good value. We would stay again.

No fault of any human…. Deep freeze made havoc in power, which affected heating and without that….pipes froze.

The beds were comfortable and everything Was easy to get around Tybee…,the owner answered all questions promptly . Enjoyed the lighthouse visit and beach.

Really enjoyed our time here in Tybee Island and our time at cottage.

The cottage was as advertised. Nice fenced backyard, easy walking distance to lighthouse, marine science center, restaurants. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen/laundry. Very responsive host. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect cottage for a weeklong vacation. The cottage is in a quiet location within walking distance to the beach. Beautifully decorated, with all the comforts of home and amazing comfy, huge beds. Loved having the the little wagon to cart all our beach gear. Joey is a great host and super communicative. Wow, our stay was better than I could have imagined! Joey was so kind and responsive the entire trip and attentive to any inquiries we had. Check-in was easy and there were fresh flowers waiting for us inside which was such a nice touch. The host even left us some bottled water on the counter which was so sweet! The backyard was green and beautiful and we enjoyed grilling out on the charcoal grill and relaxing inside with the many streaming services provided. The place was so quaint and adorable and I would absolutley recommend to anyone coming to Tybee; the short 5 min walk to the lighthouse/beach was a huge plus, too. There's also a gas station a 5 min walk away that we went to for milk :) Oh, and there were more than enough pans/plates/dishes for 6+ people to use. The experience was perfect :) I hope to be back!

Very good location.

The duplex was the perfect size, cute interior, great price and location! The one very bad downside is the yard which had not been manicured in ages and overgrown with dead limbs that had been there a while. There was even a ladder against the front porch of the unit next door snd old chairs left broken in the front yard from prior guests. The external property is in really bad shape and needs a good manicure and some curb appeal. Other than being embarrassed to bring over friends to the property I was pleased with all else. Saw a few dead roaches in the house but nothing major.

Great visit to Tybee. The house was very cute, clean, and comfortable. Good location - easy to walk or bike. Only recommendation is to improve the outside to make those areas more attractive. Outdoor cushions moldy, backyard needs just a little TLC. including beach equipment, etc in the shed.

We loved everything about this house and the location!
