Clean, comfortable and lovely oceanfront view. Would definitely rent again!

Truly wonderful location and views. The condo has everything you need for a great vacation.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the property. The view from the condo was the best part. I would stay here again. The only complaint would be only having two key fobs for two families to share, but that would be it.

My family and I enjoyed our time at Folly Beach. Dunes Properties made it easy for us to reserve, check in and check out. Our condo had a fantastic view of the ocean/beach and our stay was very comfortable.

The condo is just as beautiful in person as it is in the photos online. The master bedroom was large with a decent bed. The other two rooms were small but each had their own bathroom, which was a big plus for us. The beds weren't the most comfortable but that wasn't an issue. The kitchen was fully stocked with anything and everything. We absolutely loved this place. Perfect location! You can walk 5 minutes and get to downtown Folly with great restaurant options. We hope to be back next year and many years to come.

I used this house for the groomsmen and it was perfect. They enjoyed themselves and it was close to the beach.

A very nice condo, plenty of food options & shopping options

We were in town for a wedding and loved everything about folly beach. The island is fantastic! Restaurants are all close to the property. We loved listening to the live music coming from loggerheads from the front balcony. The music ended at a reasonable time (I believe 9pm at the latest). Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to enjoy the place.

The condo was in good shape on 4th floor. Glad we were on the top floor because lots of kids. Would have been bad to have someone above us! The condo building itself needs some attention. A huge water pipe burst in the garage and caused the alarms to go off for over an hour. Very loud. You can see the corrosion on the ceiling in the garage and more bad things will happen in the future if not repaired. The one elevator was always I demand and made checking in and out kind of long process waiting and competing for the one elevator. Other than that, it was nice stay. Views make it great.

Had an awesome stay, can't beat the location. Good amenities with the pool and credit for renting beach gear. Only negative was there was no soap or toilet paper (perhaps this is a Covid restriction that we just overlooked) That would be the only (small) negative about this place, otherwise it was really nice

Just had a fantastic stay in the King Neptune unit! The condo is beautifully appointed, with everything you could want. The kitchen is well-supplied with all cookware, dishware, tools, and appliances. The bathrooms are spacious and spotless. The bedrooms are clean and comfy, with great mattresses and plenty of pillows. Even the washer and dryer worked great. The living room is beautiful, with really comfortable sodas. And you cannot beat the spectacular view of the beach and the pier from the huge balcony. Even though the pier is currently being removed, there was absolutely no issue with construction noise! Loved sitting on the balcony, especially in the morning, watching the flocks of seagulls and squadrons of pelicans, and even saw dolphins a number of times!! With the easy proximity to Folly's shopping and restaurants, the prime location on the beach, and the great condition and amenities of the King Neptune unit, I couldn't have done any better!!

Condo was just as advertised. Comfortable, clean, all the basics. Lovely view from balcony of ocean and beach and short walk to all the restaurants. Probably the best location in Folly Beach.

The condo was clean and in good condition. Our goal was to be able to see the ocean 24/7 and the location fully met our expectations. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The beds were fair and could use new mattresses but they weren’t the worst I’ve seen in a vrbo. I can’t rave enough about the oceanfront view and it being within walking distance of restaurants and shops. I would stay here again.

We spent a few hours each day in Charleston visiting museums, historical homes, a carriage ride and the market. Would definitely recommend to family and friends. The condo was great, all we could ever need or want.

Loved the condo, the view of the ocean, the ability to walk to Pier and "downtown" Folly beach. Loggerhead restaurant (literally across the street) was amazing. Lost Dog cafe is a must! Balcony was A+++. Only negative was fan in master BR made a clicking sound intermittently through the night :(

Great property. There was confusion over the booking process and ended up having to pay more than we were emailed which was disappointing, however we had a great stay and loved the property

Great rental. View never got old nor could it! I am a cook and there was plenty of pots, pans, utensils etc. We will be back.

Very nice place. The condo was clean, comfortable beds, enough towels for 6 and plenty of dishes. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. The condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable. Safe neighborhood with great restaurants. 2 small issues but, don’t think it was the owners fault. The internet went out and called the after hour emergency number to see if we could get help. No one called us back and had to call again the next day and was told that no one could come for another day. It was ok to go with out tv but, we needed the internet as we had work that was on a deadline that didn’t make it. We just thought we could of had better communication with the rental company and better care from the after hour employee. The other small issue was we rented beach chairs and the chairs were delivered dirty. One call to tell them and before you knew it we had another set delivered. (Great customer service) Thank you It was nice to have chairs to sit down on the beach. Theses 2 small issues would not stop me from renting again. This place is very nice!!!! And the view is great.

The place was not As clean as previous condos we have rented at this facility. Also the queen beds have terrible mattresses we bought inflatable and left for the next guests to have if they are still there. The condo was very nice in decoration

We had a wonderful stay at the condo. The televisions were not working upon arrival and it took a few calls to get someone, but the guy who showed up was very helpful and restored service quickly. The location was perfect - right in the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was comfortable and we would book this condo again.

My sisters and I stayed in the condo, and the young people stayed downtown. I have stayed at the COV before. This is a nice unit, more update in furnishings than others I have stayed at. I know my way around Folly and Charleston so the location is perfect. However, we were disappointed in the appearance of the condo upon arrival. We saw sand on the coffee table, some food on the floor, two used wash cloths left in the shower, etc. Big bird droppings on both patio sliders. All the patio furniture was covered with bird droppings. I did mention it to the girls in the rental office when I had stopped by to say we could not get any of the tv’s to work after following the directions which were left. She did offer to send over a cleaner, but we declined since we had plans the rest of the day, and my sisters had left valuables out. We ended up cleaning the windows, the patio furniture, and vacuuming ourselves. It took us while to get all the bird droppings off the table and chairs. Once it was cleaned it stayed clean the rest of the stay, which makes me wonder if it had been a while since it had last been cleaned. The tv’s weren’t anything we had done, since the worker sent over had to fiddle with it a while, and someone previous switched the cable around. Two of the tv’s needed two remotes and one you used just one. Not mentioned in the directions provided. Definitely need to fix the slider in living room. It won’t slide open without heavy pulling, and it rattles and whistles on windy days. Neither sliders will lock. We basically went with the flow, had a good time, and just giving some honest feedback. Also, other units in the past I have stayed at there, store beach chairs, toys, etc. in the locked closet area you can take down to the beach. This unit has a code lock on the storage area. Missed having some beach chairs.

Beautiful views and nice condo.

The condo is located across the street from Loggerhead's restaurant; which we ate at the first night- delicious. Beautiful views of the sunrise! The condo was very roomy and the master bedroom was nicely decorated. All three bathrooms have been completely remodeled and were beautifully done. The front to bathrooms, not the master bath, must have just been completed because dust/chalk was everywhere in the front two bathrooms and bedrooms. The master has a king platform bed with a foam mattress. The other two bedrooms have queens and are nicely decorated, despite the dust/chalk, with comfortable beds. Oddly, most of the light bulbs, in all the lamps, in this condo were out. The kitchen was well stocked. We also ate at Lost Dog Café- highly recommend it for breakfast/brunch and Rita's Seaside Restaurant- great food and live music in the evening. Also, this condo is basically in the middle of the complex on the fourth floor, with elevators on each end and stairs in the middle. BEAUTIFUL views!

Loved the location! Property was exactly as stated. Loved the pool. It was a great property you could go to the beach or walk to Center St or go across the street to Loggerheads.
