Excellent floor plan. It was clean but the only incident that occurred was the shower curtain liners in the two bathrooms that have the shower/tub combination were dirty. I can't believe the cleaning crew did not replace the liners. After reaching out to the owner new liners were put up. We loved the 3 balconies and the views of the bay. There is minimal furniture in the bedrooms. The greatest disappointment was that the bedroom on the main floor does not have a TV. We loved our meals at the Sunset Grill . We would definitely return.

We chose this property as a hub for the West Coast Florida locations we wanted to visit and couldn't be happier with our decision. The location of the unit within the Little Harbor Community was ideal for all of the amenities. We loved eating, listening to music and enjoying sunsets from the restaurant. Everyone played Tennis and Pickleball, used the gym and enjoyed two excursions from marina for fishing and dolphin watching. The unit itself was perfect for our party of 6 to rest and regroup personally between all of the fun. Thank you for the opportunity to stay!

The unit and location were great! Unit was well stocked, comfortable and met our needs easily. Nice views from the balconies (all 4 of them). Watched boats, manatees and dolphins on the canal behind the unit. Definitely recommend and worth the price.

We loved the stay and didn't want to leave but knew we had to. The place was in a beautiful location and was decorated very nice. We will stay here again if it is available. Thank you for the beautiful place that we were allowed to stay in.

There were 5 of us that stayed here, and we all enjoyed our 3 days at this townhouse. Everything was exactly how it was described, it was very clean, and the view was beautiful. The landscaping on the grounds were very maintained. My son loved swimming in the pool. The restaurants on the premises were convenient, but food not that great, and very pricey. We all had a great time and will be back!

Condo was great. The property however had some odd rules. Amenities closed at 8pm (pier, hot tub, pool, beach). Nothing to do with the rental but something to note. Condo was empty. No spices/seasoning, no plastic wrap/tin foil. Had to buy everything. Been to other places that have the "basics" which was a nice touch. Overall still a good experience and beautiful place.

We really enjoyed our stay. We recommend to families traveling with children.

We have visited this area in the past and we’re looking forward to return. It is a nice little community with two good restaurants on site so everything is walkable. My particular unit was pet friendly, so my little dog enjoyed as well. We definitely plan to return, and our host gave us clear check in instructions. It is a lovely spot on the Tampa Bay. So, although it is not on the gulf it is still a lovely beach area, and there is access to two pools.

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean an had all the amenities that we needed. The sunsets from the front balcony were amazing and we watched the dolphins swim up the canal on the back balcony. The property is centrally located and an easy drive to most places of interest. We'll be back next year!!

Everything has gone perfectly so far. I am especially grateful for some extra flexibility shown when we learned our trip would be delayed due to weather. Above and beyond!

Place was very nice and great location.

Overall the location and unit was nice. It was clean and furnished approximately. Only problem is we were given the wrong code for check in and it took 40 minutes to get someone to answer our call. Once someone took our call the issue was resolved!

This vacation rental was perfect! There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. The condo’s kitchen was fully stocked (with quality cooking supplies) and rest of the place had plenty of linens for the beds and bathrooms. Keeping the condo clean, from sand being tracked in, was super easy thanks to the floors being some kind of hard vinyl planking. Dan was extremely responsive leading up to our vacation (we didn’t need anything from him once we got there) and the check in process was a breeze. We will absolutely stay here again!

The property was as advertised. Walking distance to the small private beach and pool. It had ample space for our family. We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting on the back decks.

Beautiful condo!! Perfect for our long awaited vacation with our daughter and her 2 girls. Had plenty of room for more family and are sure missing the others. Beautiful resort setting. My only suggestion would be better quality sheets!! I’ll still give it a 5 Star!!

The check in process was easy and the property was as described. There were a few issues, such as the key fob for the pool being missing, but we enjoyed our stay. Sitting out on the main balcony watching the boats come through the canal was so relaxing. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was adequately supplied in terms of dishes (other than no dish clothes/towels). They also do not keep any leftovers from previous tenants (like ketchup, salt, etc) which I understand, but usually have which is nice so you don't have to buy all new condiments for a brief stay. I was a little disappointed that there was no "resort book" describing the townhome and the resort property, but was informed by the property management that due to COVID they no longer do those (a friend staying at another property on site, managed by the same company did have one, however). We did enjoy the property - the beach area was nice and the kids enjoyed it. It was very close to the townhouse. We ate at the Grill that had live music and the food was good. The pool was relatively small, but never too busy and the kids loved it. The property was well maintained and we took a nice sunset cruise that left right from the little harbor next to the townhouse. It was fun hunting for shells, and we saw so many dolphins off the pier and on the beach. I would recommend - management was very friendly and the property very comfortable and clean. As for the area outside the resort, if you are going to the grocery store, etc, go a little farther down the road than the first Winn Dixie you see - a couple miles down there is a bit nicer area of town with some restaurants and larger grocery stores. Have fun!

When we called for assistance, we were told to look once again for email. We waited 40 minutes in a torrential downpour to get in while the two cleaning ladies sat on the front porch. We only got entrance when their ride arrived. She let us in. 2. There was no toilet paper, no paper towels, no shampoo and no soap. They did try to make it right by sending over paper towels and TP, but by then, we had already purchased our own. 3. The FOB for the pool area was no where to be found! We were harassed twice by security for allowing our grandbabies to swim. 4. The couches were filthy 5. The L.R. rug was beyond filthy, it needed to be disposed of. 6. Most disappointing was the communication for this place! We've stayed in this resort a few times and have never had such a bad experience. With fees & all adding up to about $400 a night, we expected better. 🥺

Quiet location with easy access

This property was very spacious. The amenities seemed endless. The private beach and pool were great. The view from the back balcony was our favorite!

We loved this property. Had my coffee over looking the canal each morning before the family woke. Most days you could see Manatee, Dolphin, or Sting Rays having a morning meal. Its a great location within walking distance to pool, beach, and both on property restaurants. Beds are comfortable and having 3 bedrooms was perfect! We did not end up having a family member visit with their service animal, but the owner had a great process and was very easy to work with in this regard.

Property was exactly as described. We enjoyed watching the manatees from our back balconies, and the sunsets from the front balcony. The property had everything we needed and was extremely clean and comfortable. We were within an hour to several beaches, and places of interest. We had a great multigenerational family vacation.
