This house was so cute and clean! I appreciated the convenience of this location. The owner was most helpful when I needed to make a change in the reservation, it was greatly appreciated.

Our family came to Alabama for baseball tournament and we really enjoyed ourselves. This place seemed to be 10 mins from everything. Clean and spacious. Neighborhood very welcoming. Would definitely stay in Hoover Alabama again.

We had a perfect experience from start to finish! Jared connected with us before our stay with additional details about the home and was able to accommodate an early check-in. We stayed in the area for a basketball tournament at the Finley Center and it was never more than 20 minutes in each direction. We had so much more room than a hotel room and a better price too. There was plenty of space for 2 teens and 2 adults in this ultra-clean townhouse and we had everything needed to start us off (dishwasher pods, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. Pillows and beds were comfortable and the entire home was updated! We will definitely book this home with Jared again if we return to the area. Many thanks!

Very quiet area, close to shopping and downtown. Easy to locate if you do recon on the area like I did :)
Would advise of very dark streets and roads throughout the neighborhoods and surrounding areas, so if you struggle to drive at night I would travel before dark.
Would suggest complimentary coffee supplies.

Stayed for two nights for Samford Gradation. Just what we needed. Property was clean. Neighboring properties were questionable but this space was great for us.

My husband & I spent three nights visiting family nearby. The location was perfect for us! Beautiful wooded area, quiet but close to anything you may need. Comfortable beds & nicely updated! We enjoyed our coffee from the deck & watching deer grazing below. Thank you sharing!

The townhouse was an ideal place for four people. It was well-equipped for any meal with a washer and dryer. One of the neighbors commented that it was the “baseball” townhouse and it definitely was. We were in Birmingham for a baseball tournament and it worked out great. It was within less than 15 minutes of most of the venues and in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very reachable and responsive to any questions. Other than advising Jared that we had arrived or departed, everything went smoothly. Instructions and information about the unit were provided and easy to understand and follow. This was definitely a rental to keep on your list of places to return to. A 5-star + rating for Jared and unit.

Great location for access to the area of Hoover we needed to be each day. Comfortable home with good amenities for our use in the kitchen. Beds very comfortable and it gave us plenty of space to spread out for individual space.

This property was very functional and tidy. Comfortable bed, clean shower, clean towels, tastefully decorated, nice couch, swivel chairs in the living room, plenty of pots and pans to compliment a fully stocked kitchen and a back patio to enjoy the evening.

The house is in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Birmingham. It was very clean and Jared was very responsive. It is a two story with all bed and baths on the second floor which would be a problem for those who struggle with stairs. Also the street to get to the house is dark and the turn sneaks up on you, but that is why it is so quiet. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved our stay! The house is just as described - very clean, well-equipped and nicely updated. The location is convenient to shopping and great restaurants. Jared was so helpful and communication was quick and easy. We will stay here again when we are in the area!

Great condo - quiet, clean, and ubpdated
We stayed at the property with our son who was having surgery in town at Andrews sports medicine. We needed a clean, quiet, comfortable place and this fit the bill perfectly. Close enough to everything to be convenient though out of the way so that he could get rest. The condo is updated with new high-end appliances and has been recently remodeled beautifully. Exactly what we needed. Communication with the owner was prompt and his instructions website contained all the information needed. Five stars for sure.

A Home away from Home
This was our second time to stay at this precious condo; it’s so cutely decorated and super quiet. It’s great for an hour stay away from home when we spend the day on the course! This place was even better in person! It was very clean, comfortable, and had every amenity we could have wanted for our weekend in Birmingham. Location is great and close to anything you could need. Perfect for us.
The townhouse worked really well for my husband, me and 2 long-time friends. The weather was actually fairly crummy for the weekend, so we stayed in by the fire, talked and watched football and baseball (Braves, World Champs, whoo-hoo!) The house was very clean and the pictures accurately represent the property. We would stay again the next time we are in Birmingham.

Clean and Comfortable
We rented this townhome for a short visit to Samford University, and it was clean, comfortable, and nicely renovated. The pictures are accurate. We weren’t there long enough to appreciate the kitchen, but it looked fully stocked. We had minor issues with a couple of doors that didn’t latch properly and wouldn’t stay closed. Although the owner was very responsive and offered to fix the problem, we just worked around it, given our short stay.

Great Townhouse
Jarod was very responsive and helpful! Townhouse was perfect for my children and I for a long weekend. Very clean, everything is updated and in a good location. Downtown is only 10-15 minutes away and the Summit Shopping Center is very close as well. If we’re ever in Birmingham again we’d book this property for our stay!!
