Teresa is an "above and beyond" Host. This made the stay really relaxing. The property is immaculate, full of everything you could ever need (really), and has an amazing view and an outdoor patio/porch to enjoy the views. Property was an easy 18 min to Sundance for Zip Line rides and MTB riding. There is a trail network that goes everywhere, literally, 2 blocks from the property. I rode my bike on this paved network all the way to Deer Creek Reservoir. I will be staying with Teresa again. Location, location, location.

The hosts made this stay particularly nice. Very friendly and prompt. Nice place to stay while visiting family. Close to everything and had everything we needed. Son loved the Pac Man game! I loved the gas fireplace! We all loved the view. Very comfortable. Clean and well supplied. Looking to stay there again in the future!

The location of this place is very nice and the neighborhood is quiet. During the day you can hear the people upstairs walking around, but it was very quiet at night. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. There were lots of thoughtful touches that you don't find at all places... snacks, extra toiletries, etc.

My son and I came to Utah to check out colleges. We stayed in this perfect place!! Everything was as listed plus more! The cleanliness to the ease of checking in was amazing! The view and location were both spot on! We’ll be back!!

We absolutely loved our stay! It felt so comfortable and there are so many extra details that Teresa puts in to make it enjoyable. We looked forward to heading back at the end of the day. It was very clean and cute! Perfect for wanting a cozy little spot close to UVU and BYU. I plan on staying there again soon!!!

My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Soldier Hollow. This house was perfect and had all of the amenities we could possibly need. The location was perfectly situated near Salt Lake City, Soldier Hollow, and many other ski resorts. The host was also incredibly responsive and checked in on our stay several times to make sure that all was well. I would highly recommend this stay!

This was the perfect place for me to recharge and visit family. Among the pleasant surprises: reclining couches, a microwave that was also an air fryer, cookie jar full of hair and bath products, snack basket, view of Provo River while reclining, sunsets, being in the mountains without being out in the 'sticks.' I will stay here again. It exceeded my expectations. Not for the very old or very young because there is a steep driveway to traverse upon arrival. You will be on the first floor of a large home. This is not a basement in someone's home. This is the first floor of a beautiful home with amazing views! I felt that I had complete privacy and also felt that I was not completely isolated (being a single lady traveling alone). You will be in a neighborhood, but up far enough in the mountains to benefit from the views.This was the perfect spot for me!

I made a spur of the moment trip to visit my college daughter. I was lucky to come across this listing at the last minute! It was a perfect spot for the two of us to enjoy the weekend. Teresa has thought of so many little details that make the stay comfortable. Two bedrooms is perfect for a small family or a few friends. Great location, easy to get around to food, shopping, etc. And the view from the front door is breathtaking! I hope to be a frequent visitor!

Everything about the stay was great but by far the best thing was how great Terrsa was as a hostess. She was very accommodating in letting me park at the top of the driveway so my folks did not have to walk up it. She even brought down a chicken noodle packet when she learned that my parents were under the weather. Overall a great stay! Would stay again if the opportunity presents itself.

The home was clean and it is in a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. It sits up on a hill with a nice view of Utah Lake. I enjoyed sitting on the porch in the morning eating breakfast looking out over the city and Lake in the distance. Walmart in Lindon is not too far away. Also easy access to Provo Canyon and Bridal Veil Falls. You do have to park on the street and there is a steep hill up to the door, but you can park next to the door to unload. The owner lives above the rental. She was very friendly and easy to contact. The only thing I wish it had was a washer and dryer. Overall we loved our stay.

It took me awhile to find a location in this area that didn’t require a lot of stairs to enter. I am so glad I found this!! Views were AMAZING! Loved seeing the deer throughout the day! It was so clean and the kitchen was the most stocked kitchen I’ve ever experienced. Host was so easy to work with and quick to respond! In fact, she let us check in a little early due to my son having had invasive knee surgery that day! Fabulous price, too! Loved it!

This was the best unexpected place we ever stayed! Teresa was welcoming and helpful at every stage of the stay. The rooms are lovely, homey, and comfortable. Everything we forgot or couldn’t take on our flight was waiting for us in the cupboards! The view from the patio is amazing and it’s a peaceful place to sip morning coffee and enjoy bird watching. The entire neighborhood is filled with beautiful flowers and well landscaped. Close enough to destinations to be convenient, yet set apart enough to be a welcome retreat. We did a day trip to Cedar Breaks and another to Salt Lake. Bridal Falls was stunning. We met new family, learned to share their love for the area and local must-see/enjoy features. The wedding was a success. We laughed, we cried, we were blessed! Thank you Teresa for you part in that!

We love staying at Teresa's basement apartment. It has everything you could need while traveling. It feels like a home away from home.

The host was wonderful! Nestled in a lovely neighborhood, the view of the lake and city was amazing. Located perfectly for a bicycle vacation, we did not need our car to access the trails.

This property was absolutely lovely. The hostess was amazing and friendly. We were not lacking anything. I would highly recommend this property!

We stayed at the property for three nights in April. Everything was as described in the listing. There were plenty of travel size soaps, shampoos, and lotions to choose from. There were plenty of towels and everything looked clean. The kitchen was well-equipped and we had no trouble making ourselves breakfast every morning. Because we had a baby, Teresa offered us a pack n play and a walker which our baby liked using. There was an issue with the digital entry lock not working, but Teresa found a solution for us very quickly and communication was great. Overall, our small family enjoyed our stay here very much. Thank you for renting to us, Teresa!
