Near to university facilities, parking for a very good price in the same cul-de-sac as the entrance, within 150 yards of a park, a number of good fast-food outlets within 200 yards !
No shower ledge for my shampoo bottle !
Information Folder hidden in a drawer … with the free www access code; I at first thought that I would have to pay for www access.

Nothing, ceiling is cracked, doors are like paper walls from plastic, you can hear sound from everywhere, very very very noisy
Attitude of Kelly, she's is very very very busy and doesn't remember who she has as a guest, very very very rude, no manners, accusing of theft, stole money from me, stole my deposit, threats.

Self -catering- Area was ok for me - but if i had brought my partner she would have been nervous walking around alone.

Value for money. Cleanliness. The quality of crockery, linens and towels. Close by a parking space. Accommodating staff. High response times.
Smoking area too close to Flat 1. All the smoke comes inside the room.
Mailbox is - unsecured, full of mould, and out in the open for anyone to access your mail.
Staircase. Difficult to access for people with lots of luggage.
Laundry facility is not available although the same mentioned as one of the amenities on the booking.com app.

Flat 1 The place was very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Very centrally located too. Contact staff is very accesible and responsive. Highly recommended!!
The only drawback is that the television reception in that flat was not always the best, though the wifi quality otherwise was excellent.

Centrally located. Close to shops, buses, taxis, Uber, train. Close to wharf and good place to stay going to and from a cruise line.
The entrance is behind the building and is difficult to find. The entry into the building was complicated, lots of stairs.

Apartment was perfect in size and facilities for the purpose of my work visit.
For the apartments to be described as Luxury was a little exaggerated given the area the property is located in, the way you enter the property and the general condition of the surrounding area. The apartment itself was fine.

It was exactly what I needed, a little crash pad with a comfy bed, a little kitchen, somewhere to get some work done and a bathroom (with a great shower). Super clean and well considered. I felt safe as a solo female traveler (with the keypad lock and the door lock) Customer service was helpful and responsive before and during the trip, even though it’s a self service property. The best thing was the location, literally around the corner from The Joiners and walking distance from everything in the city. Perfect.
The entrance is unfortunately near some slightly disheveled bins, this could be off putting. The Wi-Fi could be a little hit or miss. Probably needs to be more cutlery if more than one person is staying. All very minor and won’t stop me booking to stay again.

I’ve tried to contact the owner several times to report an issue on arrival as I then had to pay for further accommodation. They have not responded to my messages.

Secure, clean, comfortable, great parking, good facilities
Not a particularly nice area, but the location is convenient and the flat was really nice so it's not much of an issue

excellent value. 5/10 minutes walk right into the centre of the city, check in was easy, the staff (Kelly in particular) were excellent, apartment was clean and had everything you need for a city stay
The immediate aurrounding area is pretty squalid - the oweners obviously cant do anything about that, and its reflected in the excellent price (i paid less for 2 nights than the cheapest city centre hotel price for 1 night).
Wifi was really bad. This should be a relatively simple fix, but the connection never went above ‘very poor’. in the end i gave up and just used a mobile hotspot off of my phone.

Apartment is very clean and tidy, bed is comfortable and bathroom is clean with attention to details. Heating works perfectly. Very easy access, communication went smooth. Recommended!

Well decorated space, fair amount of light in the room. Heating was functional.
Landlord was most pleasing and supportive.
Everything else worked just fine.
Matrass was overused, so a new one would be preferable, some basic kitchen utilities like cutting board or a toaster would be handy.
Internet connection was absolute rubbish.
Annoying buzzing broken movement detector at the entrance.
No place to leave a single towel in bathroom.

Having booked through Booking.com and paid in total upfront through paypal (which of course keeps the banking details hidden from others) i was then sent a request for a copy of my driving licence or passport as well as a scan of my bank card or else the booking would be automatically cancelled. I think they were asking for the bank card so that they could deduct a 'deposit' for breakages and suchlike meaning that i was expected to make a further payment ontop that was not mentioned in the earlier booking process. This situation left me completely uncertain as to whether i had a confirmed booking to stay that night or not. Having been the victim of identity fraud before owing to a rental agreement where the renter had my driving licence (thereby a photo, date of birth as well as address in a scanned copy capable of being sent onwards as proof of identity) credit card details and phone number I use Booking.com precisely to avoid situations like this in future. I took it up with Booking.com who were helpful and tried to contact the landlord. They said that the bank card was no longer needed and i could contact the landlord on an email address. When i used the email address it was bounced back as being 'unknown'. I stayed there for 2 nights. The accommodation itself (one of 4 flats they operate) was very pleasant, clean and i have no complaints about it. Sat around 4pm a family turned up with 4 children and were having difficulty getting in. They were told they had booked flat 4 but there were no keys and when someone knocked on the door the flat was already occupied. They asked me if i had contacted the landlord and i responded i had not. When asked to check for contact details i had the same details and them. This was a problem for them as when they phoned the telephone number given there was no response to their calls. The additional 'policy' of the landlord has no place in the B.
