Everything was great!

Would love to give this place 5 stars, it is very well furnished an exceptionally clean. The location is great except for the fact that it is above a bar. I I read the other reviews and thought " how bad can it be? " I did not expect total silence at 9:00 p.m. . But it was past 2:30 a.m. both nights.

expected street and some crowd noise but unaware apt was located above a bar. this was not in description of property. the level of noise late at night disrupted everyone's sleep, especially sat eve., loud music persisted until after 4 am. we all had minimum of 3-5 hr drives home. additional fees assume related to property management did make this rental expensive compared to other vrbos I have rented. it was great that we could park and walk everywhere.

We had a great stay in the VRBO - I could not have asked for a more convenient location! We came for the weekend for Mid West Music Fest and the apartment was within easy walking distance to all of the venues, coffee shops, hotels and more. Parking and getting inside were a little bit confusing (watch all of the videos before you get there!) but once we got settled it was fine. It would be great to add an electronic keypad to the outside to avoid key shuffling, but that was minor. The back room was pretty loud from street noise - (take advantage of the handy earplugs!) but we expected that. Our room also had a weird sort of loud vibration type noise from the HVAC system, but it went away after we turned off the system and didn't seem to come back. All in all a gorgeous place! I appreciated being able to text the property manager with questions and he got back to me right away. Thank you very much! This was our first stay in La Crosse but won't be our last.

2 of my friends and I stayed here for a girl's weekend. The apartment is wonderful! It is thoughtfully decorated, clean, comfortable, spacious and equipped with anything you might want! There is shopping and restaurants right outside your doorstep and the river is a couple of blocks away. The information given is thorough and very user friendly from the lock boxes to TV instructions. As stated in other reviews, the noise is a real thing at night, so it's worth bringing ear plugs. I used a white noise app on my phone which really helped. But overall, I would definitely recommend this apartment if you are staying in the La Crosse area.

This is a great place to stay for a weekend. The property seems really well updated as far as the furnishings, large fridge, central air w/ceiling fans as well, etc. Two bathrooms with nice stand-up showers. Huge open kitchen/living room. Plent of room for a Fantasy Football Draft and we had no issues w/WiFi and multiple laptops, streaming music. Location is great because we did just walk everywhere all weekend (it was loud at night but they're up-front w/that because you are surrounded by bars...and we were in them, so it didn't affect us). Not sure all the guests on the property adhered to the two parking spaces a piece thing but there is a public ramp just kitty-corner across 3rd Street. The electronic lock on the apartment door was a breeze...the outside building door lock box took a couple tries but once you're in there's an outside door key you can just take with you. I would say there's a 100% we'd stay here again :)

This is a nice property and the location can't be beat - especially if you have an event at the convention center to attend. Noise was an issue the first night from the bars and restaurants below - but ear plugs or noise cancelling headphones did the trick for the second night. But knowing that noise can be an issue going in, we were prepared. I would book here again.

We all had a great time at our cousin reunion in LaCrosse. The loft was beautifully decorated, super clean, & had everything we needed for our fun weekend. The location can't be beat if you want to be right down town in the heart of great bars, restaurants, & shopping. Please note that the warning about the noise is real - if you sleep on the pull out in the living room you will need the recommended ear plugs. The couples sleeping in the bedrooms heard very little noise. The hosts were wonderful to work with & quick to respond. We all hope to return again soon!

Everything about this warm, inviting and welcoming apartment was exactly a perfect fit. Perfect location for our favorite places while we visit our daughter who attends UEL in La Crossse! Extremely comfortable, clean, everything we needed and more. Thank you for this wonderful stay at your home. Will not be our last stay!

Myself and three friends in our late 30s went on a girls trip! This apartment was perfect for us and we loved the location! As it states: the apartment is loud from the bars down below the apartment, it is true. However we were not bothered by it at all and actually able to sleep through the noise. The apartment is easy to get it in and is beautifully decorated. All four of us girls said when we come back we would completely stay in the apartment again.

Property was very clean and well stocked, management was very easy to get a hold of and responsive. We are night life people, so the location was ideal. We will definitely book again on return visits to the area.

The property was super clean, very nice and decorated adorably. The only issue is that it is loud very late into the night as it is located above a couple of bars. All in all a nice place to stay.

The property exceeded our expectations. Everything was clean and new, and the location was perfect - easy to walk to the riverfront, bars, and restaurants. We were there on a Monday night, just passing through town, so we didn’t hear any nighttime activity. Beds were comfy! All in all a really lovely stay. We will definitely consider staying here the next time we’re in Lacrosse!

Property was wonderful. They thought of everything. Towels, linens, coffee, salt and pepper...even snack packs in the fridge for purchase if you need something. Home had good wait everything. Beds were great. Location was fun to be able to walk to so much. It could be noisy from the outside at times but nothing terrible, just wasnt used to it. Couldn't hear our friends in the next room. Overall and excellent stay!
