Space is elegant and welcoming. Excellent access to the beach and easy to shops and restaurants. A/C worked beautifully - kitchen and screened in porch were lovely.

I loved the house especially the screened in porch. Our biggest complaint was one kitchen towel and one bath towel per person for a week is a bit stingy. Needless to say laundry had to be done often. We could have used at least one more towel per person. Two rolls of toilet tissue? For the price I think soap at the sinks and more than 2 trash bags would be appreciated and a few rolls of toilet tissue. Plan on going to the store to buy these items. The dishwasher did not work so hand washing for the week was the way to go. The stove temperature was inaccurate to the point it took 1 hour to heat up and the stove top never got hot enough to boil water. The place needs new appliances. We had maintenance come because the door knob fell off numerous times from the front door.

We came to Tybee Island to relax and to spend a couple days in Savannah. This house was the perfect relax house. All the comforts of home and the screened in porch is heaven. Don’t need to bring anything but clothes and food.. well appointed house all around. Location is perfect and very very clean!!

The property was better than we expected! It was gorgeous and very clean! We really enjoyed our 1st stay at Tybee island. We loved the pool too. We even went into Savanah on 2 nights. Driving around was so easy. My only suggestion would be to provide directions to the beach! It is a very short walk, but there are mutiple private paths you aren't allowed to get to the beach. Thanks for the wonderful time!

The week was great! We did lose electricity for a while, but no fault of management. The house is beautiful ,clean. It is walkable to the Bayside, which is beautiful but for people our age that walk to the north beach isn’t as easy as it sounds. I love that it’s not far from Savannah so all in all it was a great week.

It looks new inside, very clean and nice touches everywhere. Big screened in porch. All in all a good place to stay. The island itself was okay. Beach was fine too. Lots of pretty birds. The water treatment is close by and the sewer smell was around sometimes, mainly outside of the house. Again the house was well maintained and cleaned.

Really enjoyed our stay at Tybee Island!
Rental house was comfortable, kitchen was roomy and well- laid out. Bedrooms had nice fans, plenty of storage space and bathrooms were also adequate and clean. Living room and porch were also spacious and great places to relax. Nice to park underneath the house and out of any potential weather, but our weather was perfect. Convenient location as well - to both Tybee’s restaurants and shopping and a short trip to Savannah. Great place and highly recomnend it!

House is on the inlet not the ocean however, location and parking were convenient for Tybee Activities. A few more amenities would have helped the value proposition. A little coffee a few more towels and shampoo/soap would have been perfect for a short stay that didn’t allow for a lot of time to shop.

It would have been helpful if more information was provided regarding the location of the beach, particularly North Beach. Also, the pool location was not very convenient and very small. We also experienced some challenges with locking the front door and unlocking the back door.

Buyer beware - Shady management company
Overall it was a nice home. The property was clean and roomy. The only issue was that the front door, unfortunately, didn't lock properly.
The problems come post-stay. The management company came up with a claim to get another $50 out of me for an already high-priced stay. It was a ridiculous claim that they can't prove happened with us and I, obviously, can't prove wasn't us. I will tell you, however, that our children were never out of our sight and they are very trustworthy. They said they saw the item outside and thought that was how it was supposed to be. I pushed back on the claim and they apologized, but no adjustment of the charge.
I will never stay at another property managed by Southern Belle. Good luck to you if you do. It is very likely they find an additional $50 from every guest.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We practically lived on the screened in porch! It was just a short walk to the beach, where we were treated to awesome sunsets. This was a wonderful place to stay on Tybee Island.
