This was a really nice property. Good location, comfortable beds, well-appointed kitchen and bathrooms. The two car garage was a huge bonus for us, as we were moving our daughter into the dorms, and used the extra space as a place to stage all of her gear. Nice little coffee shop just a few steps away. Will definitely return here!

Stayed with my 17-year old son for USA Climbing Nationals. Property was as described. Nice and clean. Went to the coffee shop every morning. Only minor issue is nearby motorcycle club on weekend. Little loud on Friday and Saturday night. But otherwise it was a great stay. Thanks.

The property was extremely clean and well stocked. So much better than staying in a hotel. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of space. Having a garage was a great feature. The host was great at sending messages with things to do, places to eat, and stores. Would definitely stay here again.

This modern apartment is located just perfect for walkable distance to the nightlife and center of SLC. There are many kitchen amenities. It's clean, nicely decorated, close to restaurants and grocery stores (by car). Communication worked very smoothly. We can recommend this spacious apartment and had a great time!

Very good stay.

Four of us stayed at this fabulous townhouse. It was immaculate and beautifully furnished. The location was perfect for us and is very close to all the downtown sights and close to restaurants. There isn’t one thing I would change about this place. It was really nice having two master suites, each with their own bathroom. There is way more to see in SLC than I realized. We will definitely stay here again the next time we come.

This could not have been a better rental for my daughter & I!!! My son lives right around the corner & the area has so much to offer including some mountain views! This rental is very well appointed & the host is very quick to respond! I absolutely would rent again!!! Do not hesitate to rent this great townhouse!

This space was just what we needed. We were meeting family in Salt Lake and wanted a place that was conveniently located and walkable. This place had TONS of great places within walking distance including an incredible city park (Liberty Park). The hosts were very communicative and gave us plenty of tips for places to go. The only downsides were that the internet access wasn’t great and unfortunately they are apparently doing overnight construction for the next two months so sleeping wasn’t the greatest (but obviously not their fault when it comes to the construction) Definitely recommend and would totally visit again :)

We stayed in SLC so we could enjoy all the different ski resorts. The townhome was the perfect size for a family of 4. We were located centrally and in walking distance to a great coffee shop! Would definitely stay here again!

This is the clean and fragrant house

We stayed for two nights in December after a week on the ski slopes. The apartment is lovely, well furnished, really well decorated, clean and comfortable. The garage is huge with a remote controller and direct access to the apartment. Everything you need is in the apartment and there was even coffee beans for the grinder and coffee machine. The beds were really comfortable and there were toiletries and everything provided. There was a convenience store right around the corner and a 7-11 the other way. Various shops (cafe, ice cream shop, bakery, Cat Cafe) all in walking distance. Would definitely recommend, we really enjoyed our stay.

This place was just as advertised. Very modern and clean. There are stairs to get into the condo and stairs to get up to the bedrooms, so beware if you have a problem with stairs. Nice double car garage if you have a car or a rental car. Enterprise rental is right around the corner. The only confusion in the directions is that there are no keys on the table. Everything is keyless so you use the combination to get in near the garage door and go upstairs and there you are in a nice comfortable living room with that beautiful kitchen . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Our adult family of 5 had a great stay at this property! It was very clean and very comfortable! Fun to have tvs in the bedrooms. I recommend this property for anyone visiting Salt Lake City!

Clean and neat and near to our primary activities. Only issue we noticed was on Friday night there seems to be an apparent cruise area down State Street that is somewhat noisy with revving engines by cruisers late night on Friday. That activity wan just that one night. That said, we were very happy with the facilities.

The townhouse is very clean and spacious. The private garage is an added feature that provides an extra benefit. The host is available anytime needed and provided valuable information about where to eat and what to do while visiting.

The property was clean and nice. 2 different flights of steps to make it up so if you have mobility issues or heavy luggage…just something to keep in mind. It’s in a transition type of neighborhood and not totally a place to walk. A few houses down the street was a biker meeting house which had nonstop loud road noise until 3 or 4 in the morning one night and the other night the road noise was less yet it was still very bothersome for sleep…not really something the house can control but if you are looking for a quiet night of sleep…you may not get that. Others said they had great communication with the property manager…I sent 2 different messages in our stay… one asking if there was a log in for spectrum and one to say we left early…I heard nothing back to either of my messages…not that my messages were important per say… but it would have been nice to have heard back.

We had a brief stay at the unit before flying out of SLC. Everything was great! The unit was very neat, clean, and organized. Also, a garage if you have a car and only a short drive to downtown SLC. Highly recommend!

Nice stay, had trouble with the ceiling fans only running on high, otherwise all good.

This was a great place for my family of 4. The space is awesome and beautifully decorated with everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and we loved the connivence of having the garage. Communication was quick with the property managers and check out was easy. I am so glad we found this spot! We will definitely return for our next stay!

The property is just as pictured. It is very clean and well equipped for anything you may need. Having a garage was a plus. Communication from the owner was great! They offered plenty of suggestions of things nearby from restaurants to outdoor adventures. Overall we were very comfortable here.

The property is located downtown in a convenient location near cafes, brunch places, ice cream parlour. It feels like a young and hip area. The property is beautifully furnished, modern and clean. The kitchen is big and well equipped. There are 2 en suite bedrooms on the upper level provide privacy. My family of 4 adults was very comfortable. The host was very organized and check in and check out were very easy. We loved the experience and would come back!

The only reason for 4 stars and not five was it was missing the air mattress the first night we were there. I messaged the host and it was dropped off on our second day.
