This place was fabulous. Exceptional! Great location, very clean, extremely comfortable bed with a wonderful walk in rain shower. Kitchen had everything you need and patio doors out to an enclosed garden. The host was spot on with communication and went out of his way to help with anything you needed. We will definitely be booking this wonderful hidden gem again. Top marks!

The house was clean and modern. Nice little garden and tucked away location.

We were not given the key code prior to arrival and were unable to contact the agent to begin with so had to wait outside the property for a while before we could gain entry. Not enough towels or toilet rolls left out so had to contact the agent. Also the sofa bed wasn't made up and we had to look for the bedding and duvet. No hairdryer and coffee machine had wrong pods. We were woken at 5 am as the smoke alarm was chirping loudly due to a battery fault. We again had to contact the agent but had to solve the problem ourselves so we all had a lack of sleep as a result of this.

The house itself was lovely and clean

We had an extremely stressful start to our trip due to the host not sending us check information and having to contact two separate property management companies to try and resolve this. In addition the information provided about the address is incorrect . The property Is not on Newark road like the address states and the post code provided take you to a location that’s 19 minutes drive from the actual house

1 the owner we felt was not really up to date with his property 2 it is unsuitable for 4 adults . The bed was so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the floor. 2the small sofa bed it had no bedding,we had the call the owner. He assumed the cleaner left it out. We were expected to make he hed ourself. The duvet and pillows was very dirty, so we did not use it. 3 the garden is very untidy. The garden chairs has tairs in the seating. So dangerous to use it. Overall, very disappointing.

Nice decor and garden - we were able to sit out and enjoy the sun! Very clean and tidy with free parking.

Not much at all - apart from the letter box flap kept falling off. :-)
