fantastic location, lovely sea view room and the roof terrace is the best in Chania Town. The staff were friendly and helpful. George the owner was so nice and knowledgeable of things to do and places to eat. I can’t recommend the Suites Pandora highly enough.

The location is fabulous although, being extremely central (it overlooks the Venetian Harbour) it is quite noisy at night. We didn't have a problem with this as its to be expected in this superb location. The staff are extremely friendly and approachable. Breakfast is amazing on the roof top terrace overlooking the harbour and fort.

The parking is on-street and a bit touch and go. We arrived on a Saturday evening and ended up parking a five minute walk from the Suites. However, can't hold the Pandora Suites responsible for the on-street parking. It is a central location of a busy city, you take your chances.

Wonderful view on the port during the breakast. Very central location in a beautiful building. The personal was very pleasant.

A little noisy during the weekend and difficult to park near the hotel. There is a free parking at 5-10 minutes walking distance.

- Very clean. - Excellent location, in the old harbour. - The mattresses we super comfortable. - Really picturesque entrance. - Amazing view from the roof, while taking the breakfast. - The two separate bedrooms are convenient.

- The hall was a bit dark. Could have more lights to be brighter. - There was a club playing music until 04:00, and the bass could be subtly heard & made it difficult for me to rest until that time. The rest of the family did not have any problem, though, so perhaps it was only me on this. After the club closed, it was super quiet. - Breakfast can get definitely richer. - A bottle of water is a standard amenity in hotels, and here it was not the case. Not sure if tap water can be drank, though. If yes, it could be mentioned in the reception or with a note in the room.

Liked the grandeur of the building and the view from the rooftop where breakfast was served was fantastic

I loved this adorable hotel. The view of the Old Town Chania was incredible, especially at sunset. I would stay here time and time again. The staff was also extremely nice.

To park the car is a little bit tricky, but nice owner can allways find the place.

Interior design, sanitary, furniture, beds etc. Everything is really perfect. But terrace view is the best attraction for me. 😊

Great location and panoramic view. The hotel is very close to the city centre, easly reachable, whitin walking distance. The breakfast is served in a roof terrace facing the harbour. The room is not so big but it was perfectly decoreted with amazing attention to details.

Parking is not the easiest, you can use the public ones on the road but as you are very close to the city centre in high season that won't be very easy to find! Beside this it is an amazing location
