The Hampshire unit was exactly as described. The unit was very clean, comfy beds better than my one at home, and very well stocked with everything you need. If we are in this area we will certainly come back.

A wonderful property for our weekend vacation.

Beautiful home with great views of hills mountains and stars! Love the layout and decor of home. We enjoyed walking path behind home, eating meal ‘in’ as a family, playing cornhole, and swinging in breezeway. Home clean, beds comfortable. Quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our second stay at Black Sheep Inn and plan to return again. As always Clay was quick and courteous in responding to questions. The Shakespeare Festival is wonderful and staying here only enhanced the experience.

This is our second stay during a trip to the Shakespeare festival. We love the kitchen set up, the good lighting, Comfortable beds and chairs. The creek and Canyon nearby are a real treat!

We were so fortunate to find Black Sheep Inn for a short stay in Cedar City! Our unit was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished and the location is fantastic - walking distance to all that downtown Cedar City has to offer. In addition, the property backs to a popular city park with a beautiful trail which is a “must do” for guests. We’ve already planned our return...and look forward to staying at the Black Sheep Inn this fall!

This home is so beautiful! Clean, great location-backed up to a trail with a river and park, and fit our family of 6 perfectly. They thought of everything and made our stay so easy.

This was my second stay at this property. Everything is clean and like new, the neighborhood is scenic and quiet, and the location is perfect if you’re heading out to hike or see a play at the Shakespeare Festival. The owners are also pleasant and super responsive.

Easy rental process!

I was pleasantly surprised to find how remarkable this place was. Highly recommend this brand new property with a wonderful kitchen and two roomy beds with a very clean open floor plan .

We stayed at Black Sheep Inn for 4 weeks for a workcation! We worked during the week and then took long weekends to explore beautiful Utah. You are close to Bryce, Zion and Capital Reef National Parks, Kanab and not too far from Goblin Valley, San Rafael Swell, Page, and Great Basin NP. We had two to three bars of cell service with Verizon and used our own 5G T-Mobile hotspot for work purposes and had no problems at all. If you are just looking to stay close to town when visiting, Black Sheep Inn is beautiful, quiet, close to downtown and many eating establishments and there are many walking/bike trails right outside the back door. There is also a beautiful covered common area with large swings, tables to enjoy a beverage of your choice and corn hole! This would be a great place to stay for larger family gatherings as well as there are basically two sides with a common area in between and each side has two rentals that have a locking door in between that could be opened between the two. Clay and Theresa, the hosts of Black Sheep Inn, went above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience!!

Great stay! Unit was clean , comfortable. Beds are very comfy! Great location for all the sight seeing! Very responsive hoat.

This is an excellent stay for 3 or 4 people. It’s a smaller space but beautifully done and right at the foothills of the gorgeous Cedar City mountain range.

We stayed here to visit Cedar City and go to the slopes at Brian Head. The property has everything you need and was incredibly comfortable. We are looking into getting new beds at our own home because these were so comfortable! Highly recommend this place!

This is one of the nicest VRBO properties that I’ve stayed in, and certainly the nicest in Cedar City. The condo is super clean and decorated very nicely. It felt like we were the first people to ever stay there. There is nothing cheap in the home. The owners provided high quality everything, from the hair dryer to the mattresses to the towels and washing machine. We enjoyed our time in the unit so much, we had as much fun off the slopes as on. I give this rental my highest recommendation! Great location to town and the slopes as well.

Darling decor, comfortable space, nice location right by some fun hiking trails. Owners were very accommodating. We were sad our stay was not longer.

Perfect for what we needed.

The home is exactly as described. Directly on a walking trail, close to a park, near the University and close to restaurants. Brand new home, inside very clean and had all the necessary items for our 3 night stay. I would highly recommend and will be staying again next time we are in town.

A clean, tastefully furnished spacious retreat awaited us, nestled in a locale close to town with a gorgeous view of nearby peaks. Clay was a fabulous host who messaged us throughout our stay to ensure we were comfortable and our needs were taken care of. Five stars all around !!

We enjoyed our stay in Cedar City and appreciated Black Sheep Inn. The pictures are accurate and Clay was very responsive and helpful. We loved the walking path just outside the backdoor and how clean the place was. We hope to stay there on our next visit.

The Black Sheep Inn is an amazing property. It's got location, cleanliness and style going for it and the owners are super nice also.

The property was great. Everything was perfect. My only small knit to pick was that there was no window covering on the front door. I would stay there again and again.

The property is beautiful and the hosts were very helpful. In the evening you can sit on the patio and view the majestic mountains, Coal Creek running by, and a hiking trail. Cedar City is a town with an extraordinary history and friendly people. We plan to return.

We loved everything about this cozy, charming unit. It’s brand new and decorated beautifully in a farmhouse chic style. It had everything we needed and we loved the trails and park just out the back door. The location is quiet but also close to everything we wanted to do. We look forward to staying here again!
