Very cute unit! Easy check-in process - very clean. My only very small suggestion would be to provide some paper towels or napkins in the unit for small spills. :)

Place was clean and check in was easy. Apartment is located on the third floor and close to restaurants, the Civil Rights museum, Beale Street and other tourist attractions. Trolly runs right in front of the building. As described, apartment does not have an elevator. This place was the best value for the money - especially if you are staying for several days.

Great location and this apartment is fantastic! Love the exposed brick and history of the building. Open concept and layout was perfect. The only things missing were paper towels and a small dresser would have been nice in the bedroom. Overall, you will not be disappointed. Too, the host was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided a list of favorite to do’s during our stay.

We enjoyed staying here. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The communication with the property manager was prompt. We were in walking distance to Beall Street. Graceland was 20 minutes away which was an awesome experience.

Loved the loft. Vert convenient. Lots of steps. We did okay with them, but would be hard for many of our senior friends.

The place was extremely clean and very well kept. Very close to Beale street and all the entertainment downtown. I totally messed up and meant to book 2 nights and only booked one. The manager was more than helpful and went out of his way to accommodate me. Can’t say enough good about this place.

The property was very clean with elegantly decorated modern decor, lots of wonderful windows, quiet, and with coffee service. We walked in the area,and had wonderful cocktails in the Peabody Hotel main lobby bar. The weather in Memphis was mild and the AC unit worked great! We ate most meals in The Picaddilly cafeteria in east Memphis. The mattress was super comfy, and the shower/bath tub was pleasant. Excellent choice for a VRBO stay in Memphis! Third floor walkup was not difficult, and automated door security was handy. Parking was convenient and secure. Pleasant and easy walk to overlook the Mississippi River.

We spent a few days in Memphis for our anniversary. Enjoyed being able to walk to Bealle Street, Civil Rights Museum, eating joints, etc. Excellent place to stay.

Very enjoyable stay in this apartment which was in a fantastic location, easy to walk to Beale St and Downtown Memphis. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby but we didn’t have any problem with noise at night. Host company were excellent and responded to any question we had very quickly. I’d definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as described in the listing. We discovered the back stairs for the building, much easier to get in and out that way, so we were ok with the lack of an elevator.
We enjoyed our stay and we will rent the space again when next we come to Memphis.

The apartment is great! The location is great! You are within walking distance of many restaurants and Beale Street. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking at this property. It's nice having a dedicated parking spot too. We will definitely stay here again. We also recommend eating at SOB, it was really good.

We stayed here for 3 nights and had an excellent time. The property is bright and cheerful and looks just like the photos. The bed was comfortable and the shower was great. The parking is super convenient. The location allowed us to walk everywhere...including to Beale Street! We enjoyed a fabulous dinner at SOB on the main floor of the building. There are also many great restaurants in walking distance! A great time and we highly recommend! We hope to come again!

We really enjoyed the South Main St neighborhood. Great food, fun stores, short walk to the Mississippi and Beale St. The Forum is just a couple blocks away as well as Civil Rights Museum. 12 min drive to Memphis Zoo and Rhodes College which is why we came to Memphis. The condo has historic charm but as a modern space with everything we needed for our downtime from activities. We will definitely be back if we are in Memphis again.

This is a great rental site. We walked to Beale Street, Cotton Museum and the National Civil Rights Museum. If you want you can also hop on the trolley cars going by regularly. There are excellent restaurants in the immediate area. Really handy.
The rental is in a great brick building and updated really nice with a comfortable bed, couch and kitchen. Plus a convenient off road parking spot and nice hot shower. We highly recommend this place. We would absolutely stay here again.

We stayed for 5 days. Everything was as described and there were no issues. The property was clean, well-appointed and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was strong. The location is perfect for south main and beale street activities. We would stay here again.

We stayed in Memphis for a week. During that time we wanted a place close to Beale Street for part of the trip. This place was close to several downtown attractions in a safe neighborhood

The condo is in a great location, close to everywhere I wanted to go but still quiet except for the occasional train. The only drawback was no elevator when you're carrying your bags up, but that's noted in the listing and the stairs aren't too bad. Very nice!

Nice, clean property in a great location for the tourist sites and cool local shops. Hosts were responsive but clearly paid employees with little insights or recs about the community. Kept referring us back to their standard list of pre-determined businesses. We like to get local tips on less travelled spots - didn’t get this from our hosts. All in all a good value if you want to DIY your trip - more like a midrange hotel experience.

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed the location. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops on the doorstep and walking distance to Beale Street and Civil Rights Museum.
Free and accessible parking which was really important to us.
Apartment was well stocked and very clean. Communication was clear and timely.
Would definitely recommend and book again if we revisit Memphis.

I do not recommend this for anyone over 30
No elevator, very difficult to carry luggage up several flights of stairs, the unit was ok, bed was ok, living room furniture was NOT comfortable, the stairs and hallways needed vacuuming, location was marginable.

Excellent location and cozy apartment. The check in and out process was smooth. Only suggestion, would be to have a better description of the coffee maker. We expected a full size maker since we love our coffee. Luckily, there were excellent coffee shops steps away.

Perfectly for relaxing
So clean and updated but so much character at the same time. We loved the proximity to all of the great things downtown has to offer with the added convenience of an excellent place to eat right downstairs. Be sure to pack light because there is no elevator but would stay here again without hesitation.

Great Apartment!
A very comfortable and attractive apartment. Hosts responded quickly to questions. Having the restaurant on the first floor of the building was nice after a long, rainy drive to Memphis - plus, the food was very good! This apartment was perfectly located for enjoying the sights of Memphis.

Amazing Stay
Our stay at the property was nothing short of amazing. Everything advertised and shown through the photos on the posting was downright accurate and clean. We were close to many restaurants and Beale Street was just a 10-12 minute walk away. The host was accomodating and responded in a timely manner. We would come back and stay at this property if given the chance to. We loved it.

Just as described! Perfect for feeling out of the hustle and bustle, but walking or trolley distance to all downtown sights and sounds. Clean, quiet and exactly what we needed for a quick getaway.
