1. T V did not work last two days we were there. 2. The carpet needs to be replaced, we had bites on ankles, stomach, arms,legs. I never went to the sand. I think fleas r in the carpet. Kids barely went to sand. I had bites on me also.

Reviewer Comments: This property only has an ocean view from a corner of the living area and master bedroom. Nevertheless, it is close to the beach. It appeared to be very clean when we entered. Later, however, we found a rotten apple under the TV stand. Housekeepers need to check under furniture. The property is very well-stocked - kitchen, especially. We also found ample amounts of tissues and toilet paper, bedding, blankets, extra pillows, etc. My only comment on the furniture is that it is old, especially dining room table. The futons may be ok for sleep, but very uncomfortable for watching TV. We are very happy with the friendliness and helpfulness of Coastal Vacation Rentals staff.

You are right by the pier, the best restaurants, and fantastic shopping. Our stay was enjoyed by the whole family.

The kitchen needs a new range and some of the cooking utensils were rusty. Also, for $2000 a week, I didn't expect to be sitting on futon furniture in the living room.

Overall our stay was wonderful. Unfortunately I booked it quickly and didn’t read the “No wifi”. Some of my adult kids/partners needed to work during the week so they had to wait to arrive until mid week. If there had been wifi it would have been 5 stars!
