Perfect for our family of 4. Each room having their own bathroom was great. Down stairs bedroom needs some deep cleaning. Ceiling fan was very dusty. Rest of house was great. We would definitely stay here again!

We loved this house! Quiet area with a short Uber ride downtown and to major attractions. It’s very clean and perfect for a girls trip or couples trip! Highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and comfortable, fitting the entire group with nice decor and vibe. We also appreciated having 4 bathroom options, including showers!! A LOT OF STAIRS, just a warning that I wasn’t expecting to experience. We had very good communication with the host and they gave us all the answers to our questions. I would recommend this condo for larger groups!

This property had everything we wanted and was within short Uber rides to the best that Nashville has to offer. Our bed was more comfortable than what we have at home. Woukd stay here again if we ever return to Nashville.

I stayed in Nashville for a long weekend with four friends. We were close to everything, the property site was safe, and the house was great! Very clean and fun space to stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Stayed here for a girls trip and we had a great time! The place was so roomy, beautifully decorated and a short Uber ride to downtown Nashville. Highly recommend! Would suggest installing a solar light above the address numbers on the garage. It was very difficult to find when we arrived at night.

What a Great place! Very clean! Conveniently located about 10 - 15 minutes from most attractions imcluding Broadway. So, a quick uber ride. Highly recommended!

They were accommodating to our early check in request for a nominal fee. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen and appliances were new and clean. There are a lot of stairs so beware of that!! Overall it was great. Would stay there again!

We had the most amazing stay during our girls trip. There was plenty of room for all of us. The space was decorated wonderfully and had everything we needed. I reached out to management with questions a few times prior to our arrival and they responded immediately. They also made some helpful recommendations for storing our luggage that worked out well for us. Great stay. Would definitely stay again!

My elderly mother, brother and I stayed here for a week in April. The property was very nice, centrally located to a lot of things and decorated exquisitely. It is very obvious that the owners take pride in their property. The garage was a bit short but big enough for our Murano. I liked that there was a bedroom next to the garage so that my mother did not have to walk up many steps when we arrived back after a long day. Also, the kitchen was fully stocked with utensils. My one negative was that the toilet tissue was of low quality and very rough. Everything else was of high quality. I have added this to my favorites list and would definitely stay here again.

We loved our stay here. The place is as it looks in the pictures. Close to downtown Nashville and short ride with Lyft or Uber. We would recommend this as a great place to stay for your next trip to Nashville.

Location in general good in east Nashville but in very un zoned area, adjacent to businesses, very old neighborhood with some newer revitalization. Garage barely fit sequoia, larger suvs had to park in limited parking areas. In general clean, but ceiling fans, air intakes were not dusted, likely in a very long time. 2nd floor Master and additional bedroom swapped… king bed in 2nd bedroom, 2 full/queen beds in master. This makes for very limited space in bedroom with the king which parents are likely to take as well as smaller bathroom. Those are the negatives, but enjoyed otherwise convenient and comfortable stay.

Everything about the stay was great! From the convenient location, to the cleanliness, to the decor...overall amazing stay. There was one very small hick-up with the combo to access the unit however they were very prompt on getting it resolved. We would definitely stay again!

A geat location for easy access to downtown. Cleanliness was an issue, floors were dirty in all bathrooms along with the kitchen, hand prints in walls. If you have more than one car, that could be an issue as parking gets filled up quick. The fan light in the top bedroom continuously went on/off between 1am -3 am. So getting rest was an issue.

Great location. Easy access to down town and else where. Built to keep out noise. On the surface was clean but needs deep cleaning. Lots of towels and supplies. Would definitely stay again

This house is a great location and incredibly nice. I rated the house a 4 because upon arrival we cleaned and it appeared as if the floors had not been swept, there were handprints on the windows, we were missing extra sheets and blankets for the pull out couch, the toilet in one room was broken away from the floor. As far as essentials everything you need is there, but be prepared to clean yourself and bring your own blankets.

This was a very well maintained home and property management responded asap to even the most minor issue with lock codes. Nice location just minutes from downtown. We would certain stay here again.

This was a cool house to stay at. Everything was ready for my family. Nearby neighbors in complex was a bit rowdy but good stay overall!

The place was great for the few days we needed! The only down side to this place is that every room is equipped with remote controlled ceiling fans... which normally is ideal right? Wrong. During the middle of the night the light would randomly come on, full blast, and wake you up. These things are easily controlled by your NEIGHBORS, so that wasn't a fun experience. Honestly the place is fine but when my sleep is constantly interrupted, here we are.

This place is super cute (I love a great interior design) and the location is easy to access. We used Uber and they all found it quite easily. Having a lot of bathrooms was amazing and saved a lot of time. It's very updated, clean and communication couldn't have been better. I highly recommend. Easiest VRBO I've used so far.

Great place for a girls' weekend! The location was perfect, very close to so many attractions, but tucked away out of the busy areas. This home is gorgeous, very well kept and great layout. Everything was exactly as shown in the photos. The property management was very responsive and the pre-check-in communication is the best I have experienced. Definitely would stay here again.

This unit is very nice and suited our family well. Two sets of stairs to get to upstairs bedrooms but that was not a problem for us. However, be aware that any large SUV or truck will not fit in the garage. It is not long enough and all trucks/SUV’s fight for the limited on site parking each evening.

When we arrived, the property was in very poor condition. Three indoor stairs were very dirty, with pieces of street dirt all over them. The floors and couches were extremely dusty. The ceiling fans had an inch thick of dirt on them. When we contacted hosts about the issues, the host sent us a condescending response and made no attempts to have the property cleaned. Upon leaving the property at the end of our stay, we contacted the hosts asking to be refunded a cleaning fee, As we felt paying a cleaning fee for a dirty house was not the right thing. Not only were we not refunded, but on the contrary, the hosts started bullying and threatening us with prosecution or sending sheriffs after us. Upon further research, we found quite a few reviews of that property with similar complaints regarding it being dirty. Please stay away from this property

Nice place for 3 couples !

Awesome place with lots of space. Quiet area but close to almost everything. Great that you can eat in but also get to downtown and nightlife quickly. Highly recommend this place to stay! We hope to return. Manager was great with communication when we had a small issue arise. The manager responded within 5 minutes which was great.

Lights and fans were a little wonky.. still it was a good place to stay

Property was very clean & comfortable for 3 couples. Sugar ants can be a problem so don’t leave any food out. Toilet in upstairs DD bedroom is loose, reported to management but wasn’t looked at before we checked out. Should have address numbers on or near garage doors as we arrived after dark and had to wander around the complex to find the unit.

Three old high school friends enjoyed the condo. Nice accommodations. Couple suggestions: Toilet seat in room with two beds is not seated to the floor. Needs to be bolted down. Bathrooms need more towel hooks Ceiling fans have a mind of their own, they would turn off and on many times a day especially at night Cleaning crew needs to pay more attention to the stainless steel and the ceiling fans were very dirty. :

I’m really picky about the places I rent and I searched tons before deciding on this one. And I definitely wasn’t disappointed! The communication was perfect and made everything so easy. We were traveling with elderly parents and the downstairs bedroom was a nice option for them. We would definitely come back to this house!
