Grwat condo. Right by the beach. Woke up each morning listening to the waves crash. Fun place

We had a blast celebrating my sons 16th birthday. Walking into the village every night for dinner was so enjoyable and you can’t beat the location for surf.

This townhome was perfect for our needs for a last minute trip to Carlsbad for Spring Break. Price was reasonable. It was a great landing spot for what we wanted to do on our vacation. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Condo by the beach. Steps from the Ocean and loved by adults and Kids. Had everything that we needed. Plenty of plates, utensils. There was enough room to lounge and the balcony was perfect. It rained the whole weekend we were there but we still enjoyed the views. 5 stars all around.

We had a great stay! The property came with everything you could ever need. The patio was a little disheveled and umbrella was broken so we didn’t really use it but the upstairs porch was very nice! Thank goodness there was a heater because we were pretty freezing when we first arrived it was very foggy and chilly. Not much instructions on how those work but they did have one thank goodness. The location was so spectacular we could walk to the beach in just two minutes and the kids loved it. We will definitely come back to stay again!

Kitchen had a surprising quantity of pots and pans to accommodate all of our cooking needs.

This home is seriously a 30 second walk to a sandy, clean beach. We watched the sunset from balcony. The place was very clean. There were a couple things broken (the door to the bathroom in the master) and the bottom floor was pretty warm. Other than that, we had a great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay in Carlsbad. This property had everything one could ask for in a beach vacation. Close proximity to the beach, ocean view, 3 good size bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, an open floor plan with large living room and kitchen, a 2 car garage, a nice patio and yard, an outdoor shower, beach toys, lots of towels, great appliances (I want them at my own house), and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Anyone looking for a great place to stay in Carlsbad this is a great option! We hope to make it back next summer!

The location was ideal- beautiful view of ocean and beach entrance right across the street. House was only partially updated. Main living area was nice and roomy but the bedrooms downstairs did not appear “put together “

This was an amazing property!!! Location was simply the best!!!! Half a mile to the village with tons of restaurants and shopping and across the street from the ocean. The house had everything we needed. A fully equipped kitchen and beach towels and chairs. We would definitely stay again!! We

The place is fabulous, we really enjoyed the beach chairs. The hosts left us wine and a couple of beers. The view is amazing. Our only complaint is that the Master Bedroom bed was so uncomfortable that she couldn’t sleep in it. I also got bit up a little bit from the bed. So change out the bed and the place is perfect.

We loved everything about the house, from the number of rooms, to the two car garage, the balcony for sunset dinners and being right next to the beach.

Well stocked house with a beautiful view! The beds were also extremely comfortable. We arrived to water in the fridge and a bottle of wine to welcome us. Very nice touch.

Very easy to rent this property. Check in and out was a breeze. Only wish that the fire pits worked. There was no way to turn the corner fire pit on and the free standing one didnt work because the on /off knob was broken.

The unit itself was very quiet, but you are right across the street from a 4-lane road, which stays very loud until 10PM or so. I had hoped to sleep with the windows open and listen to the ocean. That was not possible with the people, mostly motorcycles, running up and down the road.

The bed in the master is very soft. If you like soft beds, you'll be happy. The bathrooms are OK.

The whole unit could use a bit of updating/paint. It wasn't an issue, but it would be hard to give this 5 stars with some of the visible bumps and bruises.

Location could not be better! We love Carlsbad and the village the house was a great location to it all! The house had everything you need exactly as pictured, we will book again real soon!

The property is very nice. The condo is really only a block to the beach which makes spending the day there very convenient—can grab snacks and beverages or take a break from the sun with ease. There is a busy road between the condo and the beach which may bother some travelers. Also, short walk to downtown Carlsbad and restaurants. The weekly Farmers Market provided a tasty dinner one evening. Thank you!

Great house that is only a hop, slip, and a jump from a fantastic non-crowded beach.

Liked the location right across from the beach and close to downtown Carlsbad.

Perfect location! Went for a beach vacation with the family and everyone loved it! House was perfect for our family of 7. Only very minor things that needed to be fixed (I told the property mgt company so they can be fixed) but nothing that affected our stay while we were there. There were some surf boards and beach gear in the garage to use. We will be staying there again.

This is a great 2 story home across the street from the beach. Everything was perfect. The only downside was the listing picture showed direct access to the beach. Instead it is down 3 fights of stairs. Usually not an issue. Difficult with little ones though.

Very clean home with plenty of space to spread out. We had 2 families and there was plenty of room. Right across the street from the beach and had a great view. Walking distance to old town Carlsbad and all shops and restaurants. Nice place, I would stay again.

the exhaust fans in the bathrooms did not work. The lower level has a musky smell (maybe due to the recent weather?) more explicit instructions for the TVs would be nice. there were no trash bags. there was only one packet of dishwasher soap. The unit was very clean and the location is really great.

This property was more than I could have imagined. My family and I had a wonderful stay. We walked into town,the beach,and sat by the fire pit in the evenings. Beautiful property would definitely stay again.

Upstairs is open and great for entertaining.

Great location but pretty worn vacation rental. Bedding needs to be replaced in every room, very lightly furnished, no soaps or shampoo provided. No ESPN or sports channels whatsoever....you get the picture.
