The location was wonderful. The property was very nice but the floors were dirty. There was molding between the doorway and the hall that was loose. We did not have tissues in the unit and not enough kitchen towels. The location was wonderful and the property overall was very nice. It’s just the cleanliness needed a little more attention.

We are on our way home and atill smiling about the wonderful atay we had at Bright Bristal Condo. The condo was clean and had everything we could ever have needed or wanted for our stay . The beach towels, chairs were great. We will be back Thank you! Your home is beautiful.

This well-furnished apartment is extremely convenient to Lido Key beach. It's hard to tell from the photos, but it's actually across the street. The street is quiet and there is a crosswalk so you don't even need to break your stride getting there.We mostly ate out, but the kitchen appeared to be stocked with pots, pans, and silverware. They had some coffee fixings (like filters) but you'll probably have to get your own. Note that there really aren't any grocery stores on the key, but there is a large Whole Foods in downtown just across the causeway and a Publix just a little north of that.There was a bottle of wine and some chips and salsa when we arrived, a nice welcome. Our unit was quiet.Parking is right out front and convenient. Note that this unit is actually on the second floor. There is a single, outdoor staircase that is easy to access.St. Armands Circle, where there are countless restaurants and shops, is only a 10-minute flat walk away. You'll probably just want to walk as parking there can get a little right.This is a good choice for a winter getaway.

Great location! The place looked exactly like the pictures so there were no surprises. Across the street from the beach and a short walk into St. Armand's Circle. The king mattress could use replacing, but overall everything was great.

Property location could not be better. Overlooks Lido Beach and only a short walk to St. Armand’s Circle. Really enjoyed our stay.

Cannot say enough great things about this rental. Great location, well stocked with amenities from beach gear to shampoo/conditioner & even wine and snacks, and easy check in/out process. We will be back!

Outside of staying directly on the beach, you cannot get a closer or better location. The condo is modern, new, and extremely clean. The owner has PLENTY of beach chairs, umbrellas, and other toys for the kids. I highly recommend this property! Great location! Great Fun!

The location of the condo is incredible! The beach is across the street and St. Armands Circle is a short walk away. The beds were comfortable and the condo was well stocked. We (family of 4, all adults) really enjoyed our stay, and I would not hesitate to book this again!

We came to Lido to visit with family before the holidays. This property was the perfect retreat for us. Across the street from the beach for easy morning shell hunting. Walking distance to St. Armand’s Circle for restaurants and fun. Big enough for our family of 4 and totally comfortable. Will absolutely look for this place if/when we need to come down again.

This location has comfortable access to the beach and shopping areas, and restaurants. The furniture, rooms, and kitchen were all clean and we had everything we needed. Checking in and checking out was done without face to face contact and was very simple. Katia, the host, answered any of our questions quickly whenever we needed help. Overall experience was very good and we would definitely return.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for 2-4 people. Great view of the beach from the deck out front. 10-15 minute walk to Armands Circle and right across from the beach. The property was clean and ready for us when we got there. Great communication as well. Don't hesitate to reserve this one!

The overall stay was pleasant. If I could mention anything that could change is the beds. Master bed was uncomfortable. The mattress was very worn. There were no pillows cases to cover the extra pillows. We had to go and buy pillows and pillow cases for the stay. Thought I’d share .

Had a great 5 night stay at this property. Lovely beach view from the big deck and living room. AC works great! Full kitchen and 2 separate baths. A short walk or drive to St. Armand's Circle which is an awesome shopping/dining area. Would definitely stay here again!

Cannot say enough great things about this condo. There are three condos in the building. GREAT location. You are as close to Lido Beach as you can get. Short walk to St Armands Circle. Unit has everything you need - a/c works great, beds are comfy, bathrooms are clean, etc. The unit is as good, or better, in person! The ONLY thing that was sort of strange is the one staircase to upper units. You have to walk by the other unit to get to the far unit - could be a bit awkward if those folks are hanging outside on the balcony. Not an issue at all - just something to know ahead of time. We would definitely stay here again!

Our 2nd stay with more intended...easy access to the beach, great views from the front balcony and the location is perfect!

Beautiful beach front home, right across the street from Lido Beach. You can see the gulf from the kitchen window and living room too. There’s a balcony to sit out on and view the ocean as well. It’s walking distance to St. Armand’s Circle. The home was plenty big for our family of four. The house comes stocked with towels, paper products, and all the kitchen supplies you need to cook during your stay. All you need is a quick stop at the grocery store and you’re ready for a wonderful vacation. It has a shared laundry room too. The home was clean and the beds were comfortable. Love that there’s a lockbox to access the home. Definitely would stay here again.

Location was spectacular, beach right across the street Restaurant around the end of the block to a very trendy restaurant circle where locals and tourists gather!! All the surrounding Island keys are a short scenic drive!!

Location Location Location!!!!! Property is across the street from Lido Beach!! Just steps to Beach and Restaurants !!! Siesta Key, Long Boat Key and Anna Maria Island, are all very close scenic driving!!! Red tide was bad but that's Mother Nature more reasons to explore all the other Keys in the Vicinity!! Thank you we had a Wonderful Time!!
