Late stopover, so didn't have much chance to assess. Brief stay, but all seemed clean, tidy and as expected.

Loud fridge in room made it hard to get to sleep.

Lovely host, made us feel very welcome on arrival. Fresh milk and bottle water in fridge, shower products in the shower. Very clean. Good location

No allocated parking, although nearby free parking. Guest in room upstairs snored very loudly and could be heard very loudly in bedroom which was hard to ignore.

noisy! 2.30 in the morning people up and down, again at 6am! can hear every noise in the house whether that be other guests or owners..no sleep!

Bed not very comfortable, no aircon. Parking not next to accommodation so not so convenient for luggage. Also owners dog barking in middle of night.

The accommodation was fine for the price but I expect a queen size bed these days.

the tap in bathroom took a long time to get hot water. the shower was boiling hot for first shower, my partner went in straight after and it was freezing cold.

The location, Warm and friendly Landlady and a nice clean comfortable room with Tea and Coffee & milk available. I would recommend this Guest House to all.

Too cramped

The room is on the ground floor facing the street but it's a quiet road so wasn't disturbed at night. It is nicely decorated and the bed is comfortable with good quality linens. The en-suite is well designed with a large shower and provided shower gel, shampoo. etc. The water is hot and has a decent pressure. The fridge had a pint of fresh milk to go with the tea and coffee making facilities and the tv seems to have a good range of channels. The location is an easy walk down hill into Llangollen where there are lots of cafes, restaurants and pubs.

The fridge was a little buzzy, but I just turned it off overnight. There is no immediate parking as the road is narrow, but free parking can be found about 200m uphill.

Perfect 1 night stop off on way to North Wales.
