no frills,budget hotel,clean room,cooked us breakfast,whatever we wanted,friendly owners,great location overlooking the harbour in fethiye,have stayed here before,and will stay again,its not 5 star,but for the price,we couldnt complain about anything.

Hamdi the owner of the hotel is an exceptional person. he is very helpful and professional. He did his best to please us and helped us a lot. the view from the room was amazing. We had a tight sleep in this hotel. The housekeepers are very nice and always ready to help. the location of the hotel is excellent.

Location is ok but it is at the end of marina with some walking up pool was nice, small but nice rooms were clean breakfast is nice but need more staff as they ran out of food and have many times ppl are waiting for bread, eggs, potatoes…etc

everything was wrong from the first moment …it is a family hotel and you feel they are under huge stress all the time trying to find you parking for car as no private parking there, trying to make food for many guests 1-the owner gave us the key at check in without having a chance to tell us any info about breakfast time, wifi password …etc..he just ran away😳 2-once we entered the room we noticed the view is not city view at all it is side view of other building and you have to keep ur curtains closed all times as its is very near to you and you feel p are sitting with you in the room 😀😀 3-there is only one electricity socket in bed back which is a very weird place that someone can not put his head on pillow if any charger is put in socket 🤔 4-no place to put mobile or camera while charging on this only charger , you can only put it on bed or on floor 5-the socket seemed dangerous as it is out of its place and wires are obvious to us …once we put a charger there was electrical circuit in our room😡i went to the owner and he answered immediately it is not their fault that i have malfunctioned charger 😀without even checking 6-After checking and fixing the electrical issue we did not hear sorry ever on contrary he said how can i know that wires are all out like this until an issue happens, i guess they never heard about regular maintenance 7-as it is a family hotel and it has tiny reception which is the only common sitting area and family is always sitting there and you feel like an intruder 😃 8- the tv is not working and neither satellite nor local channels are there as claimed 9- no telephone at room 10- fridge is not working all fruits went bad even water was not cold and i complained and he responded it is a tiny fridge you should not put anything in it 😄😄 even water i guess 11- clothes detergent was taken from my room and the owner yelled at me when i told him saying we don’t need your detergent😛😳 but they bought me another one after some arguments

Great location with super view of the marina and a short walk from the centre. Our room was at the front with a balcony. It was comfortable but furniture is a little tired. Shower worked well and plenty hot water. Breakfast was adequate.

Breakfast could have been more extensiv. Swimming pool is too small for a swim and needs a good clean (vents etc very dirty) though water was ok.

The location the view from the balcony . And most important the manager Mr hamdi he is a great person very friendly very helpful .the hotel is a great value for money

The location is very nice, just a few minutes outside the center. Parking was - while not private - kept for us and for free. Nice pool where to have a quick bath in the evening. Rooms are clean.

A few things would need to be fixed, but really nothing serious (e.g. our room door was a little difficult to open).

all I’m saying is we left after one day, I will NEVER EVER get a cheap hotel again .

The rooms are cozy and spotless and the swimming pool is well maintained, hamdi the owner is a very helpful individual and will do whatever he can to help in any way, the hotel is perfectly placed just by the marina and 5 minutes will take you to the marina where there are many wonderful cheap day trips , 8 minutes takes you to old town and there are loads of food outlets supermarkets etc, breakfast consists of eggs fresh bread, olives cheeses, tomatoe , coffee and tea, you can bring your own fruit juices or cereals no probs, we will certainly stay at hotel status again in the near future, 9 out of 10 for us , thank you hotel status for your wonderful hospitality

The hotel is a well located family owned business, mr Hamdi in the reception was very helpfull, he was very welcoming and checked us into our room once we arrived despite our early arrival, he also organized daytrips at very good prices and we even exchanged money at the reception at a good rate which is usually not the condition in most hotels, the hotel its self is nice and cosy, with comfortable rooms, the breakfast hall is on the swimming room which was nice. I will definitely choose the hotel again if i returned to fethiye.
