Lovely apartment in centre of Aberdeen. Access system is very modern.
Location & facilities. Laundry came in handy as a work traveler.

My accommodation at Victoria was great. Everything worked very well. The location is excellent, the room is very complete and Stephen's instructions are clear and quick.

Convenient position
It was dirty when we arrived the fridge and the microwave both were cleaned the next day. It was down a very dirty alley with an old fridge and lots and lots of cigarette ends outside.
The very small table with two chairs was directly under the TV so sitting at it and watching TV wasn’t realistic the room was very small. The window was open when we arrived and we couldn’t shut it as it was dangerous to climb over a 2 meter kitchen surface to reach it. There was no facility for luggage storage despite their being a sign saying there was.

Good design. Roomy.
Awful. Booked for 15 nights but had to leave after 6. Spent nights huddled in my coat because a window had completely blown off before I arrived. It was right outside the bedroom so I had a choice of door banging all night or leave it open and put up with wind and rain coming into the room. Chose the latter hence the coat. Notified the owner straight away (Saturday). By Thursday nothing had been done so I had no choice but to move out. The place was uninhabitable. Aberdeen in January .. try that without a window! I believe a refund was justified but after a LOT of chasing I’ve been offered a refund for 8 nights. I stayed 5 uncomfortable nights and had to pay the full price for 6! That’s indefensible. I should’ve had a full refund for 9 nights and a partial refund for the 5. Property owner just avoided any attempt at contact and booking.com resolution service was not very proactive at all. I feel I’ve been totally ripped off. Had to pay for alternate accommodation so I’m out of pocket (and have a nasty cold which may well be a product of my al fresco apartment camping experience)

The property was lovely and clean and checking in and out was straight forward.
I would have liked the bedding to be a bit warmer as I was a bit cold during our first night

The location was perfect for us - easy walk to several sites of intertest

Fabulous location. Well appointed and clean. Thank you for the complimentary wine.
Swivel sofa looks good but is impractical. One of the chairs is past its best.

Location, hot water. Quiet
Dark, cramped room for two people. We had to switch the light on as soon as we entered the room so that we could see. Even in bright sunny days. No view (only a wall). No air circulation so had to keep window open. Noisy fridge very close to the bed. There was only one fork so had to buy cutlery. No instructions for cooker. Kitchen area unusable for cooking. The room did not look like the photos we had seen on booking.com. I tried to contact Stephen Westall on evening of Sun 6th. No response. Tried to phone him on Mon 7th and then sent an email to the address he had left on his voicemail. He made no offer to change our room. He offered to refund our cutlery cost. On his own website, his description of room 10 is fairly accurate but this is not a deluxe room and does not match the description on booking.com. We had to dance around each other when moving round the room. Ridiculous for a 5 night stay. We feel sadly let down. We have used booking.com many times and have trusted that the information is accurate. I have taken various photos but will keep them for a further complaint.

Well I'm disabled and suffering chronic nerve damage to back and legs and wasn't told I had to go up 60 stairs to get to apartment I thought there would have been a lift or help as there is a desk there but no one was ever there plus my wife suffers fibromalegia and her legs have swelt up due to goin up and down them stairs then it was a nice room but bed was so uncomfortable as the springs were coming threw and didn't help ny back at all not a good sleep plus the bathroom shower was not clean they were hairs fom last person plus stains on toilet plus no microwave and no disabled blue badge parking had to pay £34 pound for my car to be in the multi car park but I'm a blue badge holder so was not happy as a good walk from there to apartment so had to come home Sunday as my back and legs were that bad I couldn't stay another night so I left around 2pm Sunday as was so uncomfortable and not good for me or my wife her legs are bad due to all these stairs I said I was disabled person b4 I went up but no mention of I had to climb all them stairs with no help from any staff as was always closed the bottom of the apartment's were the bit you're meant to sign in so it wasn't a nice experience as suffering in pain so is my wife but for wat I paid defo not worth the price the view from balcony was the best feature but having to come home early and it was our 11 years wedding anniversary and it was spoilt due to these issues I'm gutted as not enough information especially with disabled people as if I knew I would have to climb them stairs up and down plus the bed was so uncomfortable with springs coming threw I certainly would have went elsewhere and not spend over £400 to come home early and In pain defo gutted I paid that much

When we arrived at the suites the outer bins were overflowing onto the floor, we couldn't get into the actual apartments for 10 minutes because the instructions were inconsistent as they gave us 2 pins in totally different places. We then entered into the apartments, and there were no staff to be seen and letters piled up at the reception with no one on site. There was also a trash bag full and toed up in reception. We then got to our room had the same issues with the pin codes when entering. We then got into the room and the door handle was barely attached and you could see the screws. There was chips in the floor and the boards weren't connected together, all the walls had marks on and the toilet door was dirty (seemingly faeces) and the window was covered in clouded film so you couldn't actually see out of it. After 10 mins of deciding if we should stay we decided to book with another hotel

Location with balcony.
Badly damaged mirror in apartment. Not much thought put into layout of both rooms. Seemed to be designed for people under 3’ in height. Couldn’t sit up in bed due to slope on ceiling so little point in having tv opposite! Shower grout and silicone need cleaned/replaced as manky! Cleanliness could have been better. Decor was fair.

Very central and an ideal starting point in a lovely historic part of Aberdeen on the doorstep of local shops takeaways and restaurants

location, spacious and bright with large windows and industrial view of the docks. Very clean
table/furniture little bit dated and kitchen looking slightly tired. outside of main entrance door lots of rubbish strewn about from bins so not very pleasant but not necessarily anyone’s fault

Apartment described as deluxe yet it was less than 30 sq metres not as advertised. In the corner was the only window 4ftx3f with frosted glass obviously hiding the dreadful view of a broken TV aerial and roof covered in bird poo. Walked out as soon as we entered and found somewhere else to stay.
No compensation offered by owner, disgraceful

Fabulous Apartment. Great Central location. Really comfortable cosy and spacious Fully equipped self contained kitchen facilities for as and when needed.
Very lucky to have discovered this hidden gem
A small desk chair would have been handy to make use of the impressive work desk if needed to use for paperwork etc. However, everything was fine. Really felt homey

Fantastic location. Nice panoramic view. Very good supply of kitchen utensils.
The furniture is a bit worn off, and pillows are not quite comfortable (but still OK)..

Amazing location lovely clean apartment and balcony
Alot of steps up to the penthouse flat, an extension lead so you could plug your phones in directly beside the bed would be beneficial. Other than that perfect

Excellent written communication prior to my arrival, describing the location of the apartment and how to access it. I loved the information about where to park, very much appreciated.
This lovely apartment, located centrally, was in tip top condition. Kitchenette, bathroom, bedding, storage facilities all fabulous. Wifi access details were provided; internet connection was stable throughout.
There was a bottle of red wine on the table as a welcome treat, a nice surprise. Thank you.

location
January… Scotland, definitely need heating!! unfortunately that wasn’t to be, we messaged quite a few times for help and only got automated replies!! Penthouse … more like a fridge!! Separate toilet was also the same … came home to have a shower in warmth!
Don’t think bedding had been washed, lipstick on pillows and long hairs over sheets.
Awful, what a waste of money
