Apartment was spacious and clean. Towels were provided. Several slippers were provided. I liked that the hosts took off their shoes before entering the apartment, respecting their place and taking care of hygiene. View from the room is good, and fabulous from the rooftop. There was no hairdryer in the apartment. Upon request, the Captain provided his wife's hairdryer. Great customer service! Iron and iron table were available. Kitchen was available, but we didn't use at all. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Both Captain and Mehmood were nice and friendly, but their English was poor. We managed with google translator. Lift was fine for us, but I can imagine why the westerners/europeans were a bit skeptical about it. Daily power outage (4pm-5pm) didn't bother us, since we were outside. I would recommend everyone to plan their routine accordingly. Wifi was good. Location is good, and several economical and good places to eat nearby. Good for the price.

Wear and tear of the furniture is definitely visible. Good working toilets and shower, but needs upgrade. Also, continuous leakage of water near muslim shower's tab. Windows of the rooms didn't close perfectly, so cold air and noise were constantly sneaking inside. Apartment can get a bit chilly (we went in February), since there is no central heating. Although bad, these things didn't bother us too much. Pre-arrival communication was poor from owner. I had requested him something. Instead of accepting or refusing my request, he just kept me waiting, which delayed things for me. What we didn't like the was that bathroom were not properly cleaned before we came. Example, there was hair in tub drainage. Also, there was beard hair in the sink. Toileteries are bare minimum, and poor quality. Another thing that I didn't like the most was that I had already informed of my arrival time and date in advance, yet both Captain and Mehmood were not there to lead us to our apartment. Thanks to the taxi driver (who was unrelated to them and went above and beyond), we managed to get hold of Mehmood. Otherwise, we had made our peace of finding something else in the middle of the night.

Spacious apartment, clean sheets and bed spreads, gracious host.

Bathrooms need update, noisy surroundings, photos are misleading. No direct view of the sea.

وقت وصولي واقامتي في الشقه المرظفون يتدخلون بشئوني الشخصيه وقت راحتي يضربون الباب علي للدخول والقبطان يتدخل باموري الشخصيه ويحاسبني لم ارتاح وقت سفري وهو يعلم اني مسافره للترفيه انا حره بدخولي وخروجي وعند اقامتي بالشقه الي انا حجزتها

The apartment was very clean see the see by side and all the facilities were good .there are clean bed covers and clean bathroom towels and tissue. Wifi available. All staff are very polite and helpful all the time. Thanks for the captain, yousry .

Captain Mohammed Yousuf and Ezzat were fantastic, making us feel so welcome. Incredibly good value for money.

It’s one of the best located villas in the city with a fare price and best service, clean, and spacious. Everything was perfect and it’s very suitable for families as it has all needs right at your hands. It also has internet. The owner is very welcoming and helpful and always ready to help with all, Super friendly!

A very nice flat with good furniture, two bathrooms and two balconies. Yousef the porter/bowab was so kind and friendly, always there to help.

There was hardly any Wifi signal, the only place was on the balcony and even there it was very low.

The apartment view is amazing .clean and so nearest for everything The owner he is professional and so helpful, captain Mohamed yosry and the Building concierge he's name abo yousef he is so helpful and professional I hope to spend a lot of time next time

Elevator sometimes not working well

The apartment owner is very friendly and welcoming ....... the apartment was spacious, and the household was very clean and comfortable..... all the facilities were excellent ( hot water , cooker , strong wifi , AC ) ..... the view was great ( two balconies with sea view )

Captain Mohammed, the owner, is very nice, friendly and welcoming, he made us feel very welcome.The apartament is very spacious and the terrace and the living room were really nice. The view from the terrace, with the sea was just amazing.The location is ok and there it is a huge night market next to the apartament. Thank you for helping us with the luggage and saying to the driver where to come.

There are a few things to improve but nothing major.
