We had 9 of us staying including 2 small children. House was perfectly equipped and a wonderful location. Would recommend!

Nice House
The rental home was clean and had plenty of space. We had a group of 6 people, but it could easily accommodate 8 - 10. It was nice that each room had access to its own bathroom. The pool area was very nice and it is right on the canal and not too far from the main river.

Cape Coral Home in Great Location
Great location, plenty of space for eight adults with king beds and four bathrooms. Clean and comfortable. Heated pool and tiki bar were a bonus. Only issue was the steps leading to the tiki bar deck are very slippery with wet feet. Guests slipped on the steps repeatedly. Needs non-slip strips on steps to prevent falls.
Otherwise it was a very enjoyable stay and would stay here again.

It took a few days to get the pool to a warm temperature, but they were responsive and it happened
No cable, if you don’t subscribe to a service, difficult to watch TV. The downstairs master did not have any remotes, but the property manager sent a new one
Boat obstructed the water view.

A wonderful Week in South Florida
Our family of 10 adults (ages 20 to 81) had a marvelous stay and highly recommend this property. The home had everything we wanted, kayaks, a pool, grill, dining facilities for our entire family to eat as one, great food preparation area with every utensil needed, a superb book of help with local opportunities and home care and great sleeping accomodations. It was perfect!

Amazing place to stay
This property is amazing! Perfect for 2 families. We had 10 people total and had plenty room. The two master bedrooms (one on main floor and one on top floor) are amazing! There are 4 full bathrooms total! The dining and living room are all open and they have 2 tables, so enough seating for 10x. The pool area is nice and spacious and the location was perfect. The property manager Cindie was outstanding, quick to respond and very kind. Brenda at The office was also wonderful. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing home, even greater host!
This house was truly perfect for us, and there are more than enough beds and bathrooms to accommodate a larger family. Completely well equipped in every room, even a compressor in the garage for your inflatables! The host literally bent over backwards, to make our stay AMAZING, especially after having travel difficulties. She made all the worry go away and allowed us to focus on just our end. We will definitely stay again, and is a HIGHLY RECOMMENDED property!!

Family Fun
We had two families vacationing to Florida and this home was great for the 10 of us - plenty of space and lots of activities. We enjoyed the pool and the deck by the canal - especially the tiki bar. The kids could fish off the dock and it was a close walk to the beach. Stacy was very easy to work with and responded very quickly whenever I reached out to her. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Cape Coral!

Beautiful & Relaxing
We had 10 people with the age range of 1 yr old to 56. The house was awesome for all ages. We enjoyed several meals out but also enjoyed several meals in. Grocery store was close as well as nice restaurants. We would highly recommend this property and Cape Coral area!

Perfect location!
We had the best stay. This property is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood walking distance to the best tiki bar. We rented a boat for our entire stay and highly recommended staying here if you plan to do any boating. It’s so easy to get out of the canal and into the river. The home is beautiful, pool was heated when we arrived, beds were cozy, never ran out of hot water with 9 people showering, fully stocked, and super easy check in. We will be back. I have stayed in a a lot of home rentals. This one is at top of my favorite list. I feel it’s important to get what you pay for. I hate being disappointed when I show up to a rental and it’s not what you thought. If you rent this home you don’t need to worry about that. It’s everything and more.

Better than advertised!!
Rick’s place is gorgeous and very well maintained. It is one of the few places I’ve stayed where I can say the pictures and the listing do NOT do it justice! The house is spotless and very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool every day! The tiki bar down by the canal is a great spot to hang out in the evening. We also loved walking to the beach and kayaking on the quiet canals in the area. Rick was extremely responsive and answered our questions quickly. I would highly recommend his home for a peaceful family getaway on the Florida gulf coast!

Exceeded my expectations!
The home was ideally located in Cape Coral with easy walk to the Yacht Club where we had lunch often. The pool, tiki bar and deck were great for hanging out with our large family of 12. We took advantage of the bikes and kayaks daily. Could not asked for anything more!

Winter Vacation
The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the local beach and restaurant. Loved the beautiful home on the canal watching the boats go by and affording easy access for the kayaks. The heated pool was so nice and numerous floats and toys were provided. The home was more than spacious enough for our 10 guest family and the pictures are exactly as it was. The owner Rick is extremely attentive to your pleasurable stay and provides a list of things to do, where to go, beaches by car or boat, bike trails, restaurants, etc etc... He made us feel like we made a new best friend. We will definitely return to this property. 5 stars is not enough!

Fun in the Sun
We had a great time at this amazing house. Everything was great. We enjoyed the water around Sanibel, Captiva, Cayo Coasta by boat everyday. The house is set up great for boaters. We used kayaks everyday. Nice dock to tie off for the week. Public boat ramp 2 blocks away made it easy. Owner Rick was great to work with. Would definitely recommend!

Well maintained property excellent location with many amenities. The pool and surrounding deck area were the focus of much of our activities. We also rented a pontoon boat and made many excursions out to Sanibel Island.
