Rental is clean and in a safe neighborhood. It was very quiet at this time of year. The location is good and close to restaurants and the beach.

The place was fine, everything was as expected. I was warned, but Tybee is a pay to park island and that bothers me since there were not many people there. Multiple business lost our business due to paid parking, in December. We picked a cold week to visit but liked the cleanliness of the island.

Served our needs just fine. Convenient. Quiet. Adequately appointed.

The cottage was all I expected it would be from the pictures!! I enjoyed my stay!!!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Great location j less than a block from the beach; clean & well sticked; plus plenty of room for the two of us.

Great location for the wedding and reception

Place well maintained. Only two block from beach. Three blocks from several eateries. About 1 mile from Tybee Island Pier and major hot spot for everything else. Spent two weeks and only used car once. Rented bikes from Zoom Bike Rentals. They deliver and are much cheaper than other bike rental places. Ate at almost every restaurant and a couple of the bar/grills. Highly recommend Salt Island Fish and Beer and Nickie's 1971 for lunch or dinner, and Sunrise Restaurant for breakfast.

Easy check in and clean. Spacious and inviting.

We would stay here again. A few things need updating, like the dishwasher! Bed was comfortable and check in was easy.

I like how it wasn't crammed with furniture. And everything was fairly new. We would absolutely stay there again.

Perfect location, good neighborhood and very comfortable, spacious unit but I have to agree with previous renters… the noise from other occupants was too much at times. Walls seem paper thin. Rental agency was great and very responsive- much appreciated. Tybee island is a beautiful place to visit.

Nice place but noisy neighbors with all the thumbing and bumping made for a noisy stay. Southern belle kept in touch and was very accomadating.

The unit was clean and accommodations were very comfortable. The location was perfect, and the neighborhood was quiet. My wife and I both thought the property could have been cleaner and better landscaped. Overall, we enjoyed staying at this property.

Our place was perfect. Very roomy, comfortable bed and bedding, large fully stocked kitchen - everything we needed. Easy walk to the beach and perfect view for a sunrise pic. The only issue we had was operating the TV controls.

Nice location, just a short walk from the beach. House was clean and quiet. Next to a park. Property managers were very responsive. Downside was the pool was more than a mile away and only paid parking was available.

My friend and I found this property perfect for our stay. Easy walk to the beach, comfy and cozy. Everything you could need was available for meals in, etc. there was an issue with another guest and parking but the property team stayed in contact and remained professional until it was resolved. It was not their fault. We will be back!

Clean, great location, private, you will have all the basics you need

The property itself is gorgeous. There are 2 big reasons I left 4 stars. I considered leaving 3, but decided on 4. First reason: the pool is NOT on the property, and is a far walk away. It wasn’t until after my booking that I found the pool was far away from the property itself despite the listing saying “on site.” The owners know there is pay to park all over the island, so IF you were to find a spot, you’d have to pay to park, when the cost of the pool is already included in your stay. Which leads me to reason 2, there are no bikes or beach towels provided despite this being a beach house. They only provide 2 towels per guest for the whole stay (4 in our case) so you’re using a regular towel as a beach towel. While not the end of the world, it’s frustrating, especially for being listed as a beach unit close to the beach. Also, the property is more north on the island, and the better restaurants and shopping are all on the south, so provided bikes would have been helpful. For the cost of the property, I would think this would be beneficial to all guests, instead of having them rent bikes. Other than those two things, this was truly a beautiful property and very clean.

First time at tybee. The sundial rental was in the perfect location. Walking distance shops, restaurants, stores. The cleanliness of the rental was superior and the check in process "none" was amazing. Thanks, The Wyricks

Nice place. Quiet..

Property was in walking distance (5 min walk) to beach which was wonderful! Unit is as shown and was large enough for what we needed (2 adults and one child). It is a house with other units attached so we ran into a problem with guests smoking in another unit which came into our unit. Property owner addressed the situation. While it wasn't resolved in the first attempt, it was after the 2nd.

The condo was a good size for my husband, myself and 2 small kids under 5 years old (slept on pull-out couch). Grrat location! Super easy check-in! The only issues were a smoke detector that went off randomly everyday during our stay (not even when we were cooking). We told property owners and did not come to replace or check on it during our stay. The toilet did smell a little but everything still seemed clean.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this property. It was perfectly clean and ready upon arrival. The location is great, only a short 2 minute walk to the beach. Only 25-30 minutes to downtown Savannah.
