The doors of flats are directly accessible to public and didn’t notice any security or CCTV around. It doesn’t feel very secure. The bathroom floor was wet all the time regardless of the use of showers. We were not sure whether it was waste water or not. We had to use slippers when needed to access the toilet. The safe was not fixed - you could simply take it and place it in your trunk. Safety is a concern. Such basic stuff are below the standards of western tourists.

The apartment is very spacious, we were 3 girls with a lot of suitcases…we loved the nespresso coffee machine, as we used to drink our morning coffee on the terrace. We had a washing machine which is really helpful if you stay longer. The kitchen has all the equipment needed, we used it to make breakfast every day. The staff were very helpful in reserving restaurants for us, thank you for that! Location is very central, close to the beaches, restaurants, everything is walking distance.

The only downside is if you are sleeping in the living room, the outside noise from the main street outside can be quite loud at night.

Fully functional room with a large space. Internet speed and Netflix service was good. Very pretty unit.

1 AC unit and ceiling fan didn’t cool the room as effectively as I’d like. Temp wouldn’t drop below 23 degrees.

Beautiful spacious rooms, very modern and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. Rooms look as good as the pics. Lots of natural light. Excellent tv options for kids, complimentary detergent for laundry, nespresso machine with complimentary pods. Rooms themselves were amazing. Beautiful olive trees everywhere and the staff were friendly and accomodating. Great info brochure about marmaris provided.

Location. A few blocks walk from the beach boardwalk and a drive/bus journey away from any swimming beach. Lots of balconies but all adjacent to other buildings so none feel very private as you can see into other properties and they onto you. Very close in cases. Its on the main road and you have to double park to offload your vehicle. Parking is a 2 block walk away. Also noisy through the night. Lots of noisy people from the main road. We had some drunken people screaming middle if the night.

The Staff, Burak, he was super helpful and friendly always responsive and we felt at home. Super clean and safe accommodation.

The location: the location of the property was great. it is walking distance from beach, restaurants and shopping areas. it is only 5 min drive from city center. The staff: the staff was amazingly friendly and extremely helpful. The property: i booked 2 apartments [one standard and one with balcony]. both were spacious enough and good to fit 4 guests each. both apartments were well equipped. highly recommended property and will certainly return back.

There is no lift to take you to the apartments.

the place was comfortable, very clean and it had all the amenities needed, the location is very good, few walking minutes away from all the restaurants in town and places to swim, also market cafeteria, fruit shops, everything was super near and convenient. very centric and easy to move around from there. the back area garden was actually very pretty. actually all the building is well painted and looks very nice. a lot of plants and trees add to the beauty of the place. we enjoyed watching movies in the night tv screen, and was very easy to find a parking place near by.

I think it was a little bit noisy when the windows were open of course nothing too bad considering that it is a very centric location, it also had two balcony so the one behind was very calm and peaceful and the one in front you could have a glimpse of the city life. our balcon didn’t had soft sits, the neighbors balcon had them … the personal in the check in were very busy and we had to wait quite some minutes. the personal in the check out were super friendly.

Cycladic architecture room made in style. All the rooms are well equipped. They were clean and comfortable. Staffs were very friendly and we had an amazing time.

The internet was not working for some reason. The reception girl was trying to help us but for some reason the connection failed. However, we stayed for one evening only so it wasn't a big deal.

Massive room including the kitchen. The bed very comfortable. The location located in a good area. Not too far to the beach & super market. Room very clean and modern hotel.

price benefit performance 10 out of 10. It was a clean and simple and very successfully designed hotel.

When the heating kicked in, it was very comfortable. Good to have hot water and a washing machine. The staff were very helpful.

Some things need to be added: a door mat, you need to wipe your shoes before entering, the polished concrete floor became slippery when walked on wet. In winter, rugs on the floor. For westerners, a bottle.opener.

We will be booking again when we visit marmaris, very clean lovely decor, bed very comfortable.

Maybe a toaster for kitchen, only think I could suggest that we felt we needed for breakfast making

We liked the location and the reception staff that was kind and friendly.

The photos they are showing on Booking are nothing compared to reality. I uploaded some photos but in reality is much more dissapointing. I booked based on the photos on Booking that look very luxurious but in reality there’s nothing like that. Also, the air conditioner did not work during the night and in the morning there were doing some construction workings (drilling, etc.) just above our apartment. I wrote to the manager but he didn’t care at all. He didn’t try to solve our problem. We would never come back to this property.
